Comedian Kevin Nealon feels nothing about being Conan O'Brien's friend. Kevin sits down with Conan once more to discuss how a certain cat and a pair of jeans inspired the title of his new stand-up special Loose in the Crotch, painting celebrity caricatures, sneezing loudly, and futile attempts to support each other. Later, Conan demands to know how Sona and Matt would spend their lives without the performing arts. For Conan videos, tour dates and more visit TeamCoco.com.Got a question for Conan? Welcome to another unhinged episode of The Rizzuto Show, the comedy podcast that proves no topic is safe, sacred, or left un-roasted. Today's show starts with the Grammys — or as we now call them, the annual reminder that none of us know who the new artists are anymore. We break down bizarre performances, why music might be officially “complete,” and how farming equipment somehow became more exciting than pop music. Then it's Super Bowl season, baby. The gang debates whether anyone actually cares who wins, dives deep into prop bets that absolutely should not exist, and asks the important questions — like whether Bad Bunny is legally obligated to expose a nipple during halftime. From there, things escalate quickly into Super Bowl proposal etiquette, public embarrassment thresholds, and whether romance should ever involve buffalo chicken dip.Kevin Nealon joins the show and somehow makes everything calmer and more chaotic at the same time. He talks stand-up, art, hiking, forgotten awards, his YouTube special Loosen the Crotch, and the now-legendary story of burying his cat in his favorite jeans. Normal stuff. The episode also features a deep dive into “cigarette mom rock,” a genre you didn't know existed but absolutely lived through, plus a Wisconsin woman caught pooping on a public trail by a heat-sensing drone — which turns into a full-blown debate on gender, preparedness, and human behavior. If you're looking for a comedy podcast that feels like hanging out with your funniest friends who should not be allowed microphones — congratulations. This comedy podcast episode of The Rizzuto Show starts exactly how all respectable daily shows should: by debating whether modern music is officially over and if society should pivot directly into farming equipment reviews. The crew breaks down the Grammys, admits they don't recognize a single song anymore, and listens to a savage breakdown that suggests we've officially run out of music and should all start worshipping heavy machinery instead. Honestly? Fair. From there, chaos naturally escalates into Super Bowl talk, where nobody knows who's playing, nobody cares who's winning, and yet everyone has extremely strong opinions about who they hate. Prop bets take center stage, including the most important wager of our time: will Bad Bunny expose a nipple during the halftime show? College funds are hypothetically endangered. Community college is discussed. Then—boom—legend enters the chat. Kevin Nealon joins the show and instantly reminds everyone why he's one of the most effortlessly funny humans alive. We talk his new stand-up special Loosen the Crotch, the deeply emotional backstory involving a cat, a burial, and the perfect pair of jeans, and why attention spans are so fried that comedy specials now start like TikToks.Kevin dives into Saturday Night Live stories, including Weekend Update, being labeled a “mushmouth” decades later, and surviving the Steven Seagal era (including people getting thrown into actual wall studs). We also cover his art career, banjo playing with Steve Martin, hiking shows, Oscar-nominated documentaries, and the strange overlap between comedians and musicians who secretly wish they were each other.Somewhere in the middle, we solve the mystery of whether the breasts on Kevin's head in Little Nicky were squishy (spoiler: better than squishy), debate dementia vs. distraction, roast modern phone addiction, and accidentally hand out multiple fake awards that Kevin will absolutely lose in his garage. It's long. It's unhinged. It's heartfelt. It's a comedy podcast that somehow covers nipples, farming, comedy legends, and why nobody can sit still without a phone anymore—all before lunchSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

You may have noticed the Chicago Bears were down by 18 points to the Green Bay Packers at halftime during their game in the NFC Wild Card round. Sports fans everywhere said the game was over. The Bears were a fluke. The Packers would win easily with Jordan Love playing the whole game. Chicago is cold. Okay, that last part is accurate, but all too often, we see people putting down a team during a game, and then that team comes back and wins. And people far pettier than us will keep those receipts and make you look silly. Talking trash during a game is all well and good—just remember to finish it off. Which, you know, is tough for fans, because none of us are actually playing in the game.Plus, Joey saw a very funny comedy set from Kevin Nealon, Sean is still glad he's not playing fantasy football, and this exchange between Liam Coen and maybe a reporter is incredibly heartwarming: https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/1qadgk3/highlight_awesome_postgame_exchange_between_a/Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/sports-r-dumb/donations

This week on Myopia Movies, we watch an entire town kick around a illiterate little person for 75 minutes. We watched Eight Crazy Nights, we tried to keep it festive, but Adam Sandler giving a TBI to the protagonist after the musical number about how great the mall is, was the best we could do. Happy Hanukah! How will Eight Crazy Nights hold up? Directed by Seth Kearsley Starring: Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, Jackie Sandler, Austin Stout, Kevin Nealon, Norm Crosby, Jon Lovitz, Tyra Banks
My thoughts are, I'm making you miserable It just doesn't mean as much I can't catch a break, I guess Chipmunk in cheekbones And missing this presence It's never escape this dismensions Or never dealing the message Or never just getting the lesson Move past it, It's kept in a box That has locks more secure than your mess is Entire apartments. From the start the argument has been, if not about this, than what? If not about us, than when? Or who? You should have been accomplished; Compliments to the chef, If you can cross this off your checklist You might have even made it To the age inside the matrix. It's just a broken down truck A whole damn box of tools You lose yourself and pretend You don't forget to use, But it's just useless Lower dosage, Pay the tip and pay the postage Post matron mortal, A whole box A whole box of chocolate Lost on your Botox Oh, but we're friends now? No. Robots in a digital world, Only programmed to carry out certain tasks, And then vanish. I dig up your past, and then replaced it with a mattress And a box of matches; Whoever does it next can have it— How they're making hatchbacks out of plastic, I can't manage, But it's fascinating. —The edit effect. Good to see I'm not the only one who noticed— turns out I am a trendsetter, trendsetter Now inaction doesn't really make the pain better But the strain of sweat and tears will make my bed wetter. Just a clip— The college kids don't know the difference It's just a temporary love because I'm friendless— The predicate of this is that the people never get it. As it happens, once I'm past it But let's have a laugh at medicine Inside my head and bring it back again, The panic So much for tall dark and handsome When it's decided that I want something Everyone does sure follow I am a trendsetter. Go back and get the song back, Jack Johnson For nine seasons I was Kevin Nealon, Ten since tent cities and intensities— Oh, there are English pubs? I only had the Irish, Blimey. Ten times limon, Rice and beans and I'm convinced I'm dying Cut my eye out Blood and ribbons, tenements and genre binders Television friends and Lipton dipping into Hot boiling water Have a monologue prepared And mother? Never talk about her. Tip the tooth fairy, bet she does her job Your wings are growing out in February Never leave the nest, dear Gotta wait till next year. These printers and prenups are dripping in women It's finally winter with little indifference To the matter at hand; You're well enough dressed But wet and soaked in raw sewage Standing in your ankle socks, You wanker. An addendum to all my ever living misses And these premium obsessions, So neglect the data that you entered, Even for a minute, introspections, Get the limit in but never medicine the mister You probably should have been there— It wasn't your decision. Encrypted sir, For heaven's sense, I love a good caricature But Heaven hasn't said a sentence since just after dinner When the strict caloric deficit set in With all the evidence collected. This is what become of the avoidance, I have to cut you out and then in the way, I guess I get rewarded but it shouldn't ever hurt this much just moving forward It really shouldn't ever hurt this much just moving forward. Apologies to Matt Damon, I am in pain And then the very subtle finger tips I will admit Could calm me down a bit I panic at the passkey woven case If all these baseless claims And waves of delusional grandeur; You can love that but never afford it How and arrow in a stray hat The fact is, I'm just a madman And a phantom And yet The cracks in the mask have been detected— An internet trend that I can pretend I hadn't mentioned to my artificial intelligence, Then again Curiosity let the cat out of the bag, But couldn't for a second bring him to have the heart to kill him. How many mistakes can I make in just this commercial break— They're breaking my heart from the land of the lost! You can beat the boss, but there's just another one You can play the game, but you can't turn it off— You get more lives than one, But I promise, you wouldn't want them It just gets harder, I walk on quantum physics Mystified by Wall Street, we all learn to die at once To become what we always wanted; Peace and nothingness, the power to see beyond screens, Out of the box where the state of the art Is the way of the world, And never the opposite. So I shared my toy With every other girl and boy Inside the World Wide Web Who wanted playing with it Guess you could say in a way I am giving, On the prejudice That all I'll ever get is just a glimpse or image With respect To turning my eyes backwards before it gets to damage any valuables. That Show Hasn't Been Funny In Years: an SNL podcast on Radio Misfits
Nick takes a deep dive into one of the most important turning points in Saturday Night Live history — Season 12. After the chaotic collapse of Season 11, Lorne Michaels returned, cleaned house, and rebuilt the show from the ground up. The result was a brilliant reinvention that launched a new era of comedy greatness. This season introduced future legends like Dana Carvey, Phil Hartman, Jan Hooks, Kevin Nealon, Jon Lovitz, and Dennis Miller, along with instant classics such as The Church Lady, Tommy Flanagan, The Sweeney Sisters, and Mr. Subliminal. Nick revisits all 20 episodes, sharing behind-the-scenes stories, memorable sketches, and standout moments from hosts including Garry Shandling, Sam Kinison, Sigourney Weaver, John Lithgow, Willie Nelson, and Bill Murray. A true comeback season that restored SNL's legacy — funny, fearless, and unforgettable. [Ep 146]
