They also talked about the delay of the "WCW Revenge" episode for the Nintendo 64, which will now debut in the week after next. They also discussed the recent retirement of John Cena and the high value of his autographed cards, as well as the discovery of a rare Tom Brady card. Wrestling Era and Figure Discussions Jefry and Scott discussed their opinions on the recent era of wrestling, particularly focusing on John Cena's last run. They then shared their experiences with the new LJN-style wrestling figures, with Scott describing the nostalgic feeling of holding a figure from his childhood in 2025. Scott also read a message from Russell Cartwright who had canceled pre-orders for Hogan and Cena figures after listening to their podcast, and instead found them at retail, which brought back childhood memories. WrestleCon and Upcoming Product Releases Jefry and Scott discussed the rarity of Rick Martell's autograph signings and speculated that Martell's participation in a New York signing could indicate an upcoming announcement for WrestleCon. They then reviewed new products, including a limited-edition Undertaker bobblehead inspired by the Backlash 2008 poster, and discussed Funko's upcoming releases featuring Uncle Howdy, Jesse Ventura, Bray Wyatt, Jey Uso, and two Rhea Ripley variants. Finally, they mentioned that Junk Shop Dog is releasing three different looks for Tanahashi, who is retiring early next month. They admired Foley's ability to stand up for his principles and walk away from the company. The conversation then shifted to new wrestling figures, including Tito Santana in his El Matador gimmick and a highly anticipated Coco Beware figure, which Scott placed on his top 11 list for 2026. Rob Reiner Event and Licensing Jefry and Scott discussed the upcoming Rob Reiner annual event, which will be the first official one and will feature a "Top 11" list. They also talked about action figures, including the inability to use the Superman logo on WWE products due to licensing issues. Scott expressed surprise at learning that Andre's license is no longer with WWE. Lastly, they mentioned that WWE is open to working with Target and potentially using other LJN lines for future products. LJN Product Line Future Discussion Scott and Jefry discussed the future of the LJN product line, agreeing that it would likely continue for about 4 years before a reevaluation. They emphasized the importance of including a ring and cage as a package deal, as well as releasing tag team sets. They decided against producing thumb wrestlers and stretch wrestlers but expressed interest in potentially creating Bendy figures in a few years if the LJN line remains successful. The conversation concluded with a brief discussion about potential upgrades to wrestling belts, with Steve mentioning that the classic IC title was next on his wishlist for belt upgrades. Wrestling Belt Nostalgia and Upgrades Jefry and Scott discussed the nostalgia and upgrades of wrestling belts from the 1985-1986 era, highlighting significant improvements across major organizations. They expressed hope for the release of the AWA tag team titles, with potential candidates like the Road Warriors or Hall and Henning, though Scott noted limited options for tag champions. They also discussed the possibility of signing legends like Marty Jannetti to future deals, and Jefry confirmed that Barry Wyndham is still under contract, despite no new figures being made since 2010.

Scott suggested adding characters from 80s wrestling teams like the Young Stallions and Boris Zukov to fill collection gaps. Wrestling Action Figures Collectibles Discussion The group discussed various wrestling action figures and collectibles, including Latoonie figures, Road Warriors, and Ringside Collectibles pre-orders. Scott shared his wishlist items, including the Dudley's Ultimate 2-pack and a John Cena figure from the vault. Look, I am going to level with you.. D is a polarizing game. Some may not really even consider it a game but more a form of punishment that you are made to endure. Want to see where the LJN gang lands on the subject*? Then tune in and listen *No John or Robby tonight
AI wrote our show notes, so here is most of what we talk about on this show Taco Bell Dessert Strategy Debate Scott and Jefry discussed the Baja Blast Pie from Taco Bell, with Scott expressing indifference towards the pie due to its unappealing color and high price. They agreed that Taco Bell should focus on reviving the Choco Taco instead of the Baja Blast Pie to truly dominate the dessert market. Jefry mentioned that he and his coworkers had been discussing the pie on Instagram, noting that reviews were generally underwhelming. The conversation concluded with a reminder for listeners to support the podcast by purchasing shirts from Pro WrestlingTees or WhatAManeuver.net, and to send emails to Fully Poseable WFP at gmail dot com. 2025 Toy Hall of Fame Inductees Jefry and Scott discussed the passing of Norman J. Lewis, co-founder of LJN, and reflected on the impact of LJN's toys and video games. They also talked about the Big Rubber Guy Edge figure available at ShopAEW.com, with a limited variant featuring Darby Allen face paint. Finally, they briefly mentioned WWE Minx Collectibles' new series of figures and the upcoming Best of Ultimate Edition Series 7, featuring AJ, Cody, and Undertaker. Failed ECW Video Game Critique Scott and Jefry discussed Hardcore Revolution, Acclaim's first ECW video game released in 2000 for multiple platforms. They criticized Acclaim for simply reusing and reskinning the WWE Attitude game rather than creating a unique ECW experience, leading to poor reviews and disappointment among fans. The game featured button combinations for moves, terrible graphics, and a basic career mode, while Acclaim's subsequent game, Anarchy Rules, was similarly lackluster. Despite the initial success of Acclaim's WWE games, Hardcore Revolution failed to capture the same magic, and Acclaim eventually went out of business in 2004, with its assets being acquired by THQ Acclaim's Revival and Gaming Future Jefry and Scott discussed the revival of Acclaim Entertainment in 2025, led by Russell Binder, Mark Kaplan, and wrestler Jeff Jarrett, with Alex Joseph appointed as CEO. They reviewed Acclaim's announcement of nine indie games, including "Katu" and "Basketball Classics," and reflected on Acclaim's past wrestling games, criticizing them for reusing the same engine and not innovating despite competition. Scott and Jefry also shared their disappointment with the ECW Hardcore Revolution game, noting its generic music, poor character animations, and lack of innovation compared to other wrestling games of the time. They briefly discussed eBay prices for various gaming cartridges and the concept of graded video games as collectibles. 1985 was quickly becoming one of the most competitive years in the history of animation, setting the stage for future 80s nostalgia. There were so many classic 80s cartoons released in 1985-- including a unique new series called ThunderCats--that it was going to be difficult to stand out. But fortunately, the production company behind the new show knew a thing or two about capturing the attention of kids, as they had been doing it during the holidays for decades. But now, they were moving to after-school and Saturday morning cartoons. From the studio that brought us beloved Christmas classics like Rudolph and Frosty came the story of a race of humanoid feline superheroes. With characters like Lion-O and Snarf, and a very popular line of toys from LJN, the ThunderCats quickly became a new breed in children's entertainment, a standout 1980s cartoon, and a pop culture phenomenon. Released in 1989 exclusively in North America, the Friday the 13th video game for the NES has gained a reputation over the years—but not necessarily a good one. Published by LJN, a company infamous for its poor-quality licensed games, it's easy to dismiss this title outright. However, what if we told you it was developed by Atlus? Could there be more to this game than meets the eye? Is it a hidden gem worth revisiting, or does it deserve to be condemned to retro gaming purgatory? Press B To Cancel now on YouTube! Look, we are going to level with you here. . Road Rash for the 3DO is peak '90s. Motorcycle street racing with weapons is radical enough. But pair it with FMV cutscenes, chain wallets, and Soundgarden's "Rusty Cage" blaring in the background and it may just be the apex of 90's attitude. So come along for the ride with the LJN crew to see what they think about this EA classic.
