They then reviewed new products, including a limited-edition Undertaker bobblehead inspired by the Backlash 2008 poster, and discussed Funko's upcoming releases featuring Uncle Howdy, Jesse Ventura, Bray Wyatt, Jey Uso, and two Rhea Ripley variants. Finally, they mentioned that Junk Shop Dog is releasing three different looks for Tanahashi, who is retiring early next month.   Wrestling Tag Teams Legacy Debate Scott and Jefry discussed the legacy of various wrestling tag teams, including the Hardys, Dudleys, and Road Warriors, and debated who should be included on a hypothetical "Mount Rushmore" of tag teams. They also talked about Ringside Collectibles' new Joe Hendry figure, which is ready to ship and includes a bass that plays his theme music.    Mick Foley's WWE Departure Discussion Scott and Jefry discussed Mick Foley's decision to part ways with WWE due to concerns about the company's relationship with Donald Trump. They admired Foley's ability to stand up for his principles and walk away from the company. The conversation then shifted to new wrestling figures, including Tito Santana in his El Matador gimmick and a highly anticipated Coco Beware figure, which Scott placed on his top 11 list for 2026.   Rob Reiner Event and Licensing Jefry and Scott discussed the upcoming Rob Reiner annual event, which will be the first official one and will feature a "Top 11" list. They also talked about action figures, including the inability to use the Superman logo on WWE products due to licensing issues. Scott expressed surprise at learning that Andre's license is no longer with WWE. They briefly discussed the possibility of future DC-WWE mashup figures and the likelihood of John Cena being featured as Peacemaker. Lastly, they mentioned that WWE is open to working with Target and potentially using other LJN lines for future products. LJN Product Line Future Discussion Scott and Jefry discussed the future of the LJN product line, agreeing that it would likely continue for about 4 years before a reevaluation. They emphasized the importance of including a ring and cage as a package deal, as well as releasing tag team sets. They decided against producing thumb wrestlers and stretch wrestlers but expressed interest in potentially creating Bendy figures in a few years if the LJN line remains successful. The conversation concluded with a brief discussion about potential upgrades to wrestling belts, with Steve mentioning that the classic IC title was next on his wishlist for belt upgrades. Wrestling Belt Nostalgia and Upgrades Jefry and Scott discussed the nostalgia and upgrades of wrestling belts from the 1985-1986 era, highlighting significant improvements across major organizations. They expressed hope for the release of the AWA tag team titles, with potential candidates like the Road Warriors or Hall and Henning, though Scott noted limited options for tag champions. It's a huge Christmas Celebration of The Shining Wizards Wrestling Podcast Tony has internet issues from go & he loses his mind, then Brundo tees up Matt to get annoyed with Twitter/X. We get that out of the way and head into talking about Ring of Honor's Final Battle. Matt can't get his head around it being called ROH and rants & raves about the few matches he saw & the go home show from Watch ROH. We are then joined by Alex Reiman, the Pro Wrestling Magic Heavyweight Champion. He minces no words when talking about his big match this weekend with Shawn Donavan, & how it's past the point of personal. Alex is intense when talking about Shawn, but we get a few laughs out of him when we reveal that Tony was also trained by Gino Caruso, we talk about mutual friends, shitting of pants and much more. If you're not familiar with Alex, this is a great introduction. We put a bow on the ROH Final Battle talk before taking a commercial break. Back form the break we talk some WWE, as we have new Raw Tag Team Champions & new Women's Tag Team Champions. This leads to the PWI Top Tag Teams, Matt is annoyed with it being Bianca & Jade, but Tony defends the decision. We talk a little about the Lee Fitting situation & more PLE's in other countries for the WWE. Talks turn to AEW and Matt has a list of things he liked and didn't like from AEW this weekend. It's all about WWF Prime Time Wrestling Halloween 1989, battle royale style with Jeremy Phelps the Alamo City Santa,  CM Chuck from Just Another Friday Night, Joe from Now Watch This, Manny from Feliz Christmas, Merry Navidad, and CJ from Rose Suchak Ladder! We talk Bobby the Brain and Gorilla! Also, we dive into Hogan and Savage! We body slam Andre the Giant and the Red Rooster! This episode has it all!Airing October 30, 1989, the matches begin with Red Rooster taking on Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, however an interruption by Rugged Ronnie Garvin disqualifies Rooster. Mean Gene recaps the Hulk Hogan/Ted Dibiasi match. Zeus and Hulk fight, though Dibiasi hits Hulk from behind. Luckily, Jake the Snake dops in and saves Hulk. Meanwhile Bobby and Gorilla argue about trick or treating, and plug the Survivor Series matchup on Thanksgiving. Oh, and Roddy Piper dressed as Bobby the Brain for Halloween.Tito Santana performed the Mexican Hammer and defeated Bob Emory. Subsequently, Haku and Andre stunned Mike Williams and Chuck Casey. As well, Dusty Rhodes beat Joe Cruise with a big elbow. Consequently, Roddy also beat Brother Love in studio C, and puts a skull mask on him! The Iron Sheik was author Brad Balukjian's favorite wrestler as a kid growing up in the 80s, and directly inspired his new book, “The Six Pack: On The Road in Search of Wrestlemania.” Brad took a road trip to find and meet 6 of the Sheik's wrestling contemporaries including Hulk Hogan, Tony Atlas, Sgt.
