#ZecheZollverein #UNESCOWelterbe #Industriekultur #Essen #Ruhrgebiet #Kulturwandel #Industriegeschichte #ZukunftRuhr #potteinander --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/potteinander/message

So far, Growth Island has been full of industry insight and awesome storytelling. My pursuit to constantly learn and try new things drove me to try and implement these lessons into my regular practice. It might sound easy and simple when you listen to it, but trying to find the time and place to actually commit to doing these can be harder than it sounds :) However, these lessons resonate with me a lot and I had to give em a try and practice those as much as possible. 5-20% performance increase might be the difference between success and failure. This is one of the promises of biohacking. In a high performing start-up culture, burnout is a real issue and often people are too stressed out to even see a doctor.  As a result, many fall into a vicious cycle of bad habits including energy drink, sleep/stress medication, quick and unhealthy meals and no time for exercise. This again is where biohacking comes into the picture. Focus on maximum benefit with the least amount of resources and time.
