Hour 1 In a shocking turn of events, Giancarlo Stanton is on the IL again. He's out at least a month with a hamstring injury. Al had ‘hamstring' in the pool from 10 days ago when we predicted what would eventually put him on the shelf. The guy barely runs and he still hurts his hamstring. He spent the entire offseason doing things so that he didn't hurt his hamstring and he still did it. Both the Mets and Yankees are off today as they play each other tomorrow and Wednesday. C-Lo is in for Jerry and is here for his first update. He starts with Edwin Diaz being tossed for ‘sticky stuff' at the start of the bottom of the ninth. Boomer and Gio both think he used sticky stuff to get the edge back that he lost when he blew all those saves. We heard from Stanton on his hamstring injury. The Yankees acquired former Met JD Davis. Protestors rushed the green on the 18th hole at the Travelers. In the final segment of the hour, we both think Edwin Diaz was indeed trying to get the upper hand by using sticky stuff. He had been struggling, so it makes sense that he would use it. Hour 2 Howie Rose will be on with Evan and Tiki from 5-6pm today, and then will host from 6:30pm-8:00pm to celebrate 50 years on the radio. Stephen A. Smith wants $25 million per year from ESPN. They offered $18 million a year. Dan Le Batard said ESPN is low-balling him. Gio wonders how they determine what a guy is worth at ESPN. Keith Hernandez posted something on Twitter that is confusing. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with Edwin Diaz getting tossed for having sticky stuff on his hand. We also talked about the Yankees losing another series to the Braves. In the final segment of the hour, on Saturday, Gio woke up to a fireman in his bedroom. Gio made eggs when he was drunk and he left the burner on. Three firetrucks showed up to his house. Hour 3 Francisco Alvarez hit a HR at Wrigley Field and the tradition is you throw it back if it's an opposing player. A Mets fan actually caught it and then the guy threw it back. Steve Gelbs told the guy to ‘grow a spine'. We also talked about the loser protesters on the 18th hole of the Travelers. C-Lo is here for an update and starts with audio from Evan Roberts' ‘Rico Brogna' podcast where he had some technical issues when talking about Edwin Diaz being tossed for sticky stuff. Giancarlo Stanton is on the IL again with a hamstring injury. He'll be out for at least a month. We have game seven in the NHL finals tonight in Florida. In the final segment of the hour, news emerged that Bill Belichick's new, young, girlfriend dated a 64 year old just before Bill. Boomer thinks the Giants would think twice about hiring Belichick because he has a 24 year old girlfriend. Hour 4 Hasson Reddick was spotted vacationing in Tokyo. We still have no idea where Aaron Rodgers is. We talked some NFL and Boomer does not think that Drake Maye is going to start the season in New England. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with Edwin Diaz getting tossed last night for sticky stuff. The Yankees lost a series to the Braves, that's three straight series. The Moment of The Day involves Joe Benigno, the original ‘Hawk Tuah'. In the final segment of the show, Howie Rose will be on WFAN later today to celebrate 50 years of being on the radio. The flashing Edmonton Oilers fan signed with Playboy. Gio is not as interested in her now that she cashed in with Playboy. Tonight is game seven of the NHL finals in Florida. A caller wants the Jets to cut Haason Reddick.

A caller clears up that Evan Roberts is an alternate juror which means he'll probably be summarily dismissed with a “see ya” before deliberations. Another caller underlines the importance of alternates to the judicial system. A third caller who was charged with a crime clears up the notion of self-defense. Lo and behold, Evan Roberts calls in to defend himself against charges he misrepresented his jury status to the listening public. He also remarks on his enthusiasm for Grimace. Al breaks news of Justin Timberlake being arrested for driving while intoxicated. Yet one more caller asks Jerry if he allows himself to have a fan's reaction when calling Rutgers games. A criminal defense attorney checks in to tell us why he would have never picked Evan for a jury. C-Lo is in but we start with discussion of golfing experiences. The final sports report of the day begins with more Mets from their hit-fest against the Rangers. We talk about Lindor finally in the swing of things. Steve Gelbs talked to deGrom about his time with the Mets. Yanks get back into it with the O's in town. Gerrit Cole back from IL starts tomorrow. Ben Rice was called up to replace the injured Rizzo. Celtics are NBA Champs. McIlroy praises DeChambeau. Moment of the Day involves Al's envisioning male coworkers having sex. The show ends with callers including one 65 year old gentleman who is quite satisfied dating younger women.
Hour 1 It's Al & Jerry this morning as Boomer & Gio take the day off for whatever reason. The sports talk starts with the Mets who have gone 10-2 during the last dozen games. They ruined the Rangers last night with a lineup that just tee'd up on Texas pitching. Whatever the reason - the team is clicking right now, Grimace, the “gay” Mets - it's working. Just go with it, fans. We drift into talk about Al's dislike for Canada. This becomes a mention about how much of America looks the same with malls, stores, fast food, etc. We touch upon how it seems Pete Alonso simply should be a Met. He fits and is comfortable here. C-Lo is in the update spot today and brings us sounds of the Mets victory including post-game stuff and their new secret handshake. The Arlington, TX mariachi band was playing Creed to soothe the dying souls of their fans. We also go into an aside about Grimace from the McDonald's Cinematic Universe throwing out the first pitch. Celtics beat the Mavs to become the 2024 NBA Champs. We end the hour with Jerry making a comparison between how the Celtics built a championship team and what David Stearns and Steve Cohen want to do with the Mets. Al has been paying attention to the patterns of attractive joggers on the way to work - the way serial killers do. Anthony in Belleville regales us with his stunningly bad “Gay Mets” theme song. A caller loves the Who album, Tommy, and we remember the Elton John and Billy Joel tour. Hour 2 Jerry reminisces that the NBA Championship used to be a big deal for sports fans “back in the day” and now, not so much. A caller asks whether Cole is coming back too soon and what the Yankees pitching rotation will be moving forward. We preview the Yankees/Orioles series which begins tonight. Another caller asks that now with Rizzo injured, would the Yankees attempt to make a run at Pete Alonso. Unlikely. C-Lo pops up with sound of the DJ Stewart home run from last night's Mets victory. Would people recognize DJ Stewart if he was walking down the street? We have a clip of Sal Licata extremely agitated that Grimace is being mentioned as a catalyst for the Mets run. On the other hand, Evan Roberts is on board and offers to make love to the McDonald's mascot. Reports that Anthony Rizzo will be out 4 to 6 weeks. Sound of the Payton Pritchard buzzer beater to end the first half. Jayson Tatum sound from after the game and he's happy. Celtics owner mistakes Lisa Salters for another woman reporter. Mike Breen points out an inappropriately mouthy fan saying bad things at Kyrie Irving. Panthers/Oilers tonight with Florida trying to close it out. The person called “Oilers Girl” is unapologetic about her world famous display - as well she should be. As the hour grinds to a halt, Jerry has an 80s baseball quiz for Al. A caller mentions how a shirt kept him safe from opposing fans. Another caller with deep knowledge of alt rock history. A Red Sox fan doesn't understand why the Steve Cohen regime is being disparaged so much. The hour cuts off because they didn't go to a break so pick it up next hour. Hour 3 We open the hour with talk of the Bill Belichick relationship with a 24 year old. He gave her a nice note with his autograph that now her friends have shared with TMZ. We discuss the notion that their meeting was innocent because young men think that older men talking to young women does not have a threatening aura. Are people obsessing a bit too much about this (this is me, your writer, asking this). Before C-Lo gets going with an update, a mention of Gisele Bundchen's partner morphs into discussing which male coworkers can be seen being sexual. Sports talk shows up and we have the Mets banging out 22 hits in their victory over the Rangers. They were just hitting their pitching hard. As for the Yanks, they open a series with the O's. Rizzo is out with a broken arm - 4 to 6 weeks. Yanks will bring up the hot Ben Rice and give him a shot at first base. Jomboy provides some lip-reading of a manager vs. umpire argument. Rory McIlroy posted his disappointment at losing and congratulated Bryson DeChambeau. He's taking a month off to get ready for the Scottish & British Opens. In our last hourly segment, Al says he would love to be a juror in retirement. Jerry suggests that Al should study up and be a judge. Hour 4 A caller clears up that Evan Roberts is an alternate juror which means he'll probably be summarily dismissed with a “see ya” before deliberations. The Mets implosion is the story of the day. Reliever Jorge Lopez got tossed from the game, threw his glove into the stands, and then told Steve Gelbs he's on the worst team in MLB. Boomer feels bad for Manager Carlos Mendoza, but Gio said it has to be partly his fault. Gio doesn't feel bad for the manager, he feels bad for the people who sell Mets tickets for a living. Boomer said that Mendoza needed to put his foot down but doesn't have the experience that a Brian Daboll does. Gio said Mendoza is another in a long line of guys that looks great until they get to the Mets. When you come to the Mets, ‘you become an idiot'. In addition to that fun, Edwin Diaz went on the IL and Pete Alonso got drilled in the hand with a pitch. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and has all the audio of the Mets implosion. First up, the Ohtani HR. The SNY booth describes what's happening with Jorge Lopez. Carlos Mendoza reacts. Lopez said he didn't regret it because he's on the worst team in MLB. Edwin Diaz talked about his shoulder tightness. The Yankees beat the Angels as Luis Gil pitched 8 innings of 2 hit ball. In the final segment of the hour, Boomer is having problems with his earpiece.

In the final segment of the hour, Boomer is having problems with his earpiece Hour 2 The Mets hit the pinnacle of disaster with yesterday's performance against the Dodgers everything that was said after the game. At least we know where the Mets stand between now and the trade deadline, which is now 8 weeks away. Mets fans have to be desensitized to all of this now after all of these years. If you believe in David Stearns, he is now going to be in full control of blowing this up. This is probably going to be the best thing for Stearns. Jerry returns for an update and has audio from 2 years ago where Boomer & Gio are excited about Steve Cohen and the Mets. We heard from Howie Rose as the Mets lost to the Dodgers. After the game, reliever Jorge Lopez said he did not regret his actions because he's on the worst team in MLB. Francisco Lindor called a team meeting after the game. The Yankees beat the Angels as Alex Verdugo hit a HR. There was also an infield fly/interference double play on the Yankees which Aaron Boone called ‘wonky'. He was tossed for arguing. Jerry has audio of Sal telling a caller to ‘kiss my ass'. In the final segment of the hour, we talked about LPGA golfer Charley Hull and how she was photographed smoking a cigarette. Boomer invited Al to tonight's Rangers game but that is completely out of Al's comfort zone. Hour 3 Boomer really wants to take Al to the Rangers game tonight but he has no interest in going. Boomer expects tonight's game to be super intense. We took a lot of calls from Rangers fans that wanted to change up the lines and the power play. Jerry returns for an update and starts with the disaster that is the Mets. We heard from Howie Rose as reliever Jorge Lopez tossed his glove into the stands. Boomer found out that Lopez's son is waiting for an organ transplant so he understands what he might be going through. Luis Gil threw 8 innings of 1-run ball as the Yankees beat the Angels. Quinnen Williams just found out that this is Aaron Rodgers' 20th season in the NFL. UFC fighter Sean Strickland went all in on Tom Brady for the way he behaved at the roast. In the final segment of the hour, Boomer got a tumbler with a bluetooth speaker in it. A caller coming up for Darryl Strawberry's jersey retirement went through a litany of Mets disasters over the years. Hour 4 Boomer said Matthew Tkachuk called out Chris Kreider and now he needs to respond tonight. Gio said the first goal scored tonight will be huge to set the tone. We also talked about the Mets and Gio said David Stearns is going to give this team a colon cleanse. Everyone will be gone. Jerry returns for his final update of the day and starts with the disastrous day the Mets had yesterday and the Yankees win in L.A. over the Angels. Jamal Crawford compared Inside the NBA to the Golden Girls. The Moment of The Day involves Al complaining about Rangers talk and 7-game series. In the final segment of the show, a man in Michigan Zoomed into his court hearing for a suspended license. The problem is, he was driving while Zooming and he doesn't have a license. Boomer is doing a cleanse right now so he can't even enjoy any good food and drink for tonight's Rangers game. Boomer said Kreider will very much be in the mix tonight.

Hour 1 Jerry is in for Boomer today so it's Gio and Jerry. We start with the Aaron Rodgers news from yesterday, where a CNN reporter claimed that in 2013, while at the Kentucky Derby, Rodgers told her he didn't think the Sandy Hook shootings really took place. Gio does not believe that Rodgers really believes those shootings didn't happen. We also talked about the time Rodgers talked to a rookie QB in Green Bay about 9/11 being a conspiracy. Gio also doesn't think Rodgers really believes that. C-Lo is here for his first update but first Gio wanted to go over the heated discussion on the Warm Up Show between Al and C-Lo. Mike Francesa has an interesting way of pronouncing David Bakhtiari's name. We heard Jerry Recco on the call as Rutgers lost to Maryland. In the final segment of the hour, Aaron Rodgers has not been able to comment on these things since he's on an ayahuasca retreat. Hour 2 Gio heard an interesting sports minute on NCAA women's hoops. J.R. referenced Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese and ‘the giant Brazilian woman from South Carolina that knocks people over'. Gio thinks Joe Douglas has done a great job filling up the offensive line this offseason. Gio also doesn't want David Bakhtiari coming here even though he's Rodgers' friend. It doesn't really feel like Super Bowl or bust now with the Jets. Rodgers has said he wants to play 4 or more years. A caller wonders who on the show Gio would eat if he had to in order to survive. C-Lo returns for an update but first we talked about our next live show. Tickets for Jersey City's White Eagle Hall go on sale at 8am today. C-Lo wonders what will happen if there's a Rangers playoff game. C-Lo has audio of Al taking calls on the Warm Up Show. Kennedy Jr is.Evan Roberts explained why he would pat his penis dry after peeing. Gio shoots holes in Evan's theory. It's from Al back in 2011 referencing wanting to have toilet paper near the urinal to pat your penis after urinating. A caller said he saw a pic of Joe Benigno with Rob Saleh as Joe was presenting him with Omaha Steaks. Brandon Tierney said Aaron Rodgers better figure out what he's doing before OTAs begin. Jason Kelce talked about Saquon entering a great situation in Philadelphia. C-Lo also has some classic WFAN audio of Jody Mac teasing an upcoming segment where he was not really aware of what he was saying.
