Matthew was a young gay man who was tied to a fence on a cold freezing night, beaten unconscious, and left to die. His face was so bloodied except for two tracks from his eyes where his tears fell.   Sa kasamaang palad, kakaunting Pinoy lamang ang nakakaalam ng kwento ni Matthew whose story sparked a wave of outrage and protests around the world and pushed for laws protecting the LGBTQIA+ community against bigotry and violence.   Maraming haka-haka surrounding Matthew's story, pero iisa ang malinaw: NO HUMAN BEING, gay or straight, black or white, rich or poor, DESERVED TO DIE THE WAY MATTHEW DIED. There have been way too many “Matthews”. He offers advice for what foods to eat to rectify the situation -- including Gouda cheese, organ meats, and fat from pastured animals.
