Marc Allen started what was supposed  to be a short walk to a friends house on the evening of March 29.1986.  He was never seen again. Marc's disappearance didn't garner much media attention partly because the local police dept. didn't want to start a panic. Several years earlier two boys around the same age disappeared while delivering newspapers in the early hours.
