Why is keeping our spine moving so important for our longevity, emotional and mental health? The air travel situation around the world is not looking much better than last week, and doesn't seem to be holding much hope for the rest of the summer. Strike action cancelled at Heathrow, news from Canada, Frankfurt, Malta and some easing of restrictions with Qantas. We should never think we have to sacrifice our life for someone else. God, spirits, divine or source whatever you want to call it has not created us with an intention for us to throw our lives away. But to live it with love, purpose, meaning and being ourselves to uplift, inspire and share our light. We come to the World pure and remember who we truly are until we unremember everything and get so conditioned and programmed to believe in the fears our trusted parents have infused us with. To believe their traumas and experiences to be ours. But they are not. They are theirs to be healed. Unfortunately, we took them already on board and we have to uncondition ourselves and try to be in this pure state again where we believe in abundance rather than scarcity… just because of the beliefs of our parents and most likely their parents etc. We can manifest what we want and don't want. That's how powerful our minds and hearts are. So we need to handle them with care. Self love ❤️ I believe very much in this love that makes you smile and laugh every day and just want to be in the presence of this person that just vibes on your level. The person you can be raw and vulnerable with. Someone you want to make love slowly to rather than have sex. Someone that loves you so much to let you go and keep your freedom to fulfill your dreams. The yacht chef community grumbles whenever we hear about the Ships Cook Certification or SCC.  Chefs that have been in the industry prior to it's implementation will grumble even more.  It's a strange culinary test that many even take a prep course for, conveniently offered on the same premises.  The course and the test cover some classic French and British recipes and techniques.  Thats a strange coupling of cuisines for a very international industry but so be it.  What's important to me is the fact this has been built into the MLC for the specific purpose of making sure that whoever is cooking for crew on commercial ships has the wherewith-all to provide healthy meals while keeping in mind religious sensitivities of, again, an international crew.   This is obviously very important criteria and I think the initial thought behind it was a brilliant and noble one.  The part I have a problem with is the cowboy implementation of these criteria via the SCC and the blatant profiteering and misinformation surrounding it.   This is to the detriment of new crew to the industry straight out of restaurants trying to get into an industry that already has high entry fees (STCW) that unbeknown to them, they can easily get a certificate sent to them after they've provided their flag state with sufficient evidence of training and experience.  Green chefs can't push back at all and assume that in order to get into a galley they need to be assessed.  It's ironic that this doesn't happen in the restaurant industry on land, when you're hiring someone you're meant to know how to read a resume and chase down references. Introducing Superyacht OLYMPIA   The 57m  'Olympia' was built by Feadship in the Netherlands at their Aalsmeer shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Mark Hampton and exterior design by De Voogt. She was completed in 2002.    Olympia has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 16 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.   Superyacht Olympia has an Approved RYA Water Sports Centre, Sundeck Jacuzzi, Putting green, a Master suite with private Jacuzzi, Shallow draft of 2.4m for close beach access an extensive selection of water toys and a cinema.   Olympia is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar  1,500hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 4,700 nautical miles from her 100,000 litre fuel tanks. Her water tanks store around 24,400 Litres of fresh water.   Superyacht Olympia was rumoured to be originally built for Roman Abramovich, who gifted the yacht to Putin in 2016. Introducing Superyacht Solaris   The 138.96m expedition yacht was built by Lloyd Werft in Germany at their Bremerhaven shipyard and was delivered to her owner, Roman Abramovich,  in May 2021. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Australian designer Marc Newson with the interior designer unknown.   Solaris has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 36 guests and up to 60 crew in its 48 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yachting experience.  Her features include eight decks, a helipad, a beach club aft, a large swimming pool, sauna, beauty salon, gym, wellness center, jacuzzi, several lounge areas and to aid with the tenders on board, there is a crane. With 20 high speed jet skis, a helicopter, a sub and more.  Superyacht Solaris is also extremely security conscious with radar-controlled missile detection system, bulletproof windows and armored protection. Solaris also features an elaborate anti paparazzi system and uses lasers to detect digital cameras as well as disrupt the ability for the camera to take a photo.   Solaris is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She is powered by 6 MTU engines, comfortably cruising at 15 knots, reaching a maximum speed of 18 knots. An on-board stabilization system ensures comfort when underway.   Superyacht Solaris is owned by 55-year-old Roman Abramovich who is worth an estimated 13.3 billion US. The last sighting of Superyacht Solaris was just off the coast of Turkey at anchor. With sanctions becoming ever tighter, there aren't many safe havens in which to hide a superyacht of this size, let alone the rumoured other two that Roman is reported to own. Introducing Motor Yacht A   This multi-award winning 119m motor yacht was built by Blohm + Voss in Germany at their Kiel shipyard. Her interior and exterior are designed by Philippe Starck. She was ordered in 2004 and delivered to her owner in June 2008.   A has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 suites, consisting of 1 owners suite and six guest suites. . Additionally, there are 2 staff cabins aboard which can accommodate up to 4 members of the owners' staff and security team. She is also capable of carrying up to 35 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yachting experience.  Her features include three swimming pools that create currents to swim against, a glass roof looking up into one of the swimming pools, a beauty salon, a stern hatch that opens up as a huge swim platform over the sea, several side garages with tenders, a helipad and more.  A is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel 6,035hp engines running at 1000rpm, she comfortably cruises at 19 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 23 knots with a range of up to 4,250 nautical miles from her 757,000 litre fuel tanks at 23 knots. Her water tanks store around 94,000 Litres of fresh water.   Motor Yacht A is rumoured to be owned by Russian Billionaire, Andrey Melnichenko, who has a net worth of somewhere between $15.8 Billion and $17.4 Billion, depending on the source. Melnichenko was placed on the EU sanctions list on the 9 March 2022 on the basis of being "one of the leading businesspersons involved in economic sectors providing a substantial source of revenue to the Government of the Russia".[67][68] In response, Melnichenko commented that he "had no relation to the tragic events in Ukraine" and "had no political affiliations". It was reported that he "stepped down from his positions at both Eurochem and SUEK and withdrew as the beneficiary at both firms". [ Reuters has reported that Melnichenko will be disputing the sanctions listing.  Another yacht that is Attributed to Melnichenko is Sailing Yacht A, worth an estimated $580 Million US. Sailing Yacht, A is currently seized in Italy, and according to reports, Motor Yacht A went dark, switching off its Automatic Tracking system, two days after, on March 10, near the Maldives. Pure thoughts, pure intentions lead to pure actions. We can either take responsibility or just victimize ourselves in staying stuck in negative beliefs and thought patterns. The supremely spacious full beam master suite incorporates its own study and dressing room as well as a his and her bathroom. She is also capable of carrying up to 36 crew onboard.  Her features include separate crew passageway, beauty salon, movie theatre, underwater lights, gym, large swimming pool, and a foredeck helipad.  Amadea is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel MTU 5,766hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots with a range of up to 8,000 nautical miles from her 392,000 litre fuel tanks at 13 knots. Amadea features at-anchor stabilizers supplying exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 77,000 Litres of fresh water.   Superyacht Amadea has hit the headlines recently as it is currently in the centre of a legal battle between the US authorities and the Investment firm that claims to own it. Having arrived in Fiji on April 12th, the Superyacht has cost the Island Nation a total of $5 Million for its upkeep to date, roughly translating to 1% of the country's entire health budget.  The US claims that the yacht is owned by Suleiman Kerimov, one of the wealthiest billionaires in Russia, estimated to be worth $16 Billion US.
