    Ivy Insights

The Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support podcast is a game-changer for anyone struggling with adult ADHD. Hosted by Michael, the podcast provides valuable insights and practical solutions to help individuals understand and cope with their ADHD. Michael's understanding of the struggles faced by those with ADHD is evident, and he offers effective strategies that can help people thrive. This podcast has truly been life-changing for me, and I am grateful for the valuable information and support it provides.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is its clarity and conciseness. The topics covered are relatable, making it easy for listeners to connect with the content. Additionally, the tools provided in each episode are practical and can be easily applied to real-life situations. What sets this podcast apart is that it caters not only to so-called "hunter types" but to anyone who can benefit from the information presented. The concept of being a "hunter type" instills confidence, which is empowering.

While I have found this podcast incredibly helpful, one potential drawback is that it may feel repetitive at times. Some listeners may find that certain ideas or strategies are reiterated across multiple episodes. However, repetition can also be beneficial as it reinforces important concepts and ensures they are fully understood.

In conclusion, The Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support podcast is an invaluable resource for anyone struggling with adult ADHD. Michael's expertise and empathy shine through in each episode, providing listeners with a sense of understanding and support. The practical tips offered are life-changing and can significantly improve one's ability to navigate daily challenges associated with ADHD. This podcast comes highly recommended as a tool for personal growth and empowerment.

No matter who you are, we all have a very deep and profound desire to feel safe, peaceful, and secure. In this episode, we'll discuss how to hack your brain into feeling safe. The anxiety and fear mechanism is ancient, and has kept the human race alive so we could be here in this moment. However, this primal part of our brain, when subjected to the modern world, often detects physical threats where there aren't any, leading to a constant and low level feeling of anxiety. This can reduce our mental capacity and lead us into distraction, often shrinking our world and masking those positive opportunities that are available to us. Specifically, we'll discuss: The biological purpose of fear and anxiety The brain chemistry of feeling safe  Scientifically proven ways to feel safe and minimize anxiety Specific meditation practices that can quiet the mind and create deep feelings of safety and stability Long term strategies that can bring an overall sense of calm and peace into your life Links Mentioned in this Episode: (Workshop) ADHD Time and Task Management (Episode) Meditation Practice (Episode) The Brain Chemistry of Courage (Episode) Dopamine Detox (Episode) Stress Management and Addictive Behaviors (Product) Fitbit Charge 6 Health Tracker Don't see a player?
