Leverage Your Incredible Factor Business Podcast with Darnyelle Jervey Harmon, MBA
You have not lost your edge. You've outgrown a growth strategy built for a smaller version of you.” — Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon This episode is powered by The Ascension Archetype Quiz. Season 7 of the Move to Millions Podcast is about pulling back the curtain on a truth most CEOs are never told: success is not the problem. For many high-achieving entrepreneurs, the tension, heaviness, or resistance they feel as they grow is not a sign they are doing something wrong. It is a signal that who they are becoming is asking for a different way of leading. If you've been following the formulas, doing the work, and still wondering why growth feels heavier than it should, this episode is the wake-up call you didn't know you needed. This conversation goes beyond tactics and strategies and into the deeper work of identity and divine wiring, revealing why effort alone eventually stops working and what actually allows success to expand without costing you your peace, alignment, or sense of self. Here's the truth: Success doesn't create safety. It exposes the absence of it. Most leaders don't fail from lack of strategy, they fail because their internal capacity hasn't caught up to their external results. That's the silent sabotage happening in most seven-figure businesses. You'll walk with a radically new lens on your next level, one that prioritizes your divine wiring, nervous system regulation, and the necessity of internal congruence. You'll understand why your current tension is not a sign of failure—it's a signal that you're ready for a new kind of leadership and that your ascension has already begun. Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover: ✔ How to recognize when your business model is no longer serving the version of you you've become ✔ How to discern the difference between strategic expansion and spiritual misalignment ✔ How to lead from embodiment rather than exhaustion at the seven-figure level ✔And so much more This episode is a call to release the outdated belief that more effort is the answer to expansion. If you've outgrown your old success strategies but don't yet trust what's next, this is your moment. It's time to set the tone for a new kind of seven-figure leadership: one anchored in alignment, identity, and internal safety. This is your invitation to stop forcing strategy to carry what only your nervous system can hold. You've evolved, but are you still running a business that reflects an earlier version of you? You'll hear the deeper reason success starts to feel like pressure, and what it means when your business is growing but your identity hasn't caught up. This conversation ignites the recalibration required to lead from your wholeness, not your hustle. Have you hit that point in the year where you're dragging yourself toward the finish line, promising yourself that you'll rest once this one last thing is done? I know that feeling well. In property management, it can become so normal that we stop questioning it. Busy turns into an identity. Stress feels familiar. And exhaustion quietly becomes the baseline. In this episode I'm having a very real, honest conversation about the mindset shifts that have completely changed the way I work, lead and live. I recorded this episode as I was counting down to a 6 week break, and it felt like the right time to pause and reflect on what's actually been driving my stress, overworking and constant pressure. This isn't about a new strategy, planner or system. It's about the unconscious beliefs that were running the show for me without me even realising it. I share the 5 mindset shifts I made this year that helped me move out of survival mode and into a calmer, more sustainable way of running my business and showing up as a leader. “ The best way I have found to get conscious and have the space to be conscious is by giving myself rest and having a space, and rest isn't the reward. It's a responsibility. If I'm a leader, I set the tone. If I'm exhausted, so is my team. And if I'm running on empty, my clients can certainly feel that as well. So I now prioritise rest, I schedule it into my calendar like I would a meeting.” - Kylie Walker We cover:How I realised I wasn't just busy, I was actually addicted to stress and why that's so common in property managementShifting from reactive property management to building systems and processes that create calmer, more organised businessesHow scarcity thinking shows up as “there's never enough time, money or support” and what changed when I challenged thatHow I released limiting beliefs that were impacting my confidence, leadership and business decisionsWhy rest isn't something I earn once everything is done, but something I'm responsible for as a business owner and leaderHow mindset work supports clearer boundaries, better leadership and sustainable business growthWhat's changed for me since I stopped overworking and started prioritising energy, clarity and long term impactKylie's Resources:Property Management Growth School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/TPM-BDMSchool Digital Marketing School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/digitalschool That Property Mum Courses: https://www.thatpropertymum.com.au/courses/ The PM Accelerate Membership: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/accelerate Book a Strategy Call with Kylie:...

As the year winds down, December can feel like the busiest, loudest, most exhausting month in property management. Phones ringing nonstop, urgent maintenance requests, owners wanting zero vacancy over Christmas, and you barely remembering what a proper lunch break looks like. Somewhere in the middle of the chaos, you probably promised yourself that this year would be different. In this episode I chat about what the end of year really looks like for property managers and why it so often ends in burnout, guilt, and working through holidays that were meant to be for rest. Drawing on my lived experience, I share practical, realistic strategies that help property managers protect their time, support their clients properly, and actually switch off without that constant “what am I forgetting?” feeling. This episode is especially for Property Manager's who love their work but are tired of sacrificing family time, presence, and energy just to keep everything running. These 5 practical hacks help property managers manage end of year stress, set clear boundaries, and stay organised in a high pressure property management job. “ You are allowed to rest. You don't need to earn it by crawling to the finish line, half dead. You've done enough. You are enough. It's the holiday season. Choose calm, choose boundaries, and most of all choose you and time with your family.” - Kylie Walker We cover:Why blocking out a dedicated pre closure prep day is the most effective way to reduce holiday stress in property managementHow automating holiday communications creates clarity, professionalism, and stronger boundaries with tenants and ownersA simple maintenance triage system that helps property managers respond to urgent maintenance issues without panic or holiday burnoutHow email and communication templates reduce decision fatigue and save hours during the end of year rushWhy planning your first day back before logging off helps property managers avoid post holiday overwhelm and ease back into workHow giving yourself permission to rest and set boundaries leads to better focus, better service, and less burnout in property managementKylie's Resources:Property Management Growth School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/TPM-BDMSchool Digital Marketing School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/digitalschool That Property Mum Courses: https://www.thatpropertymum.com.au/courses/ The PM Accelerate Membership: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/accelerate Book a Strategy Call with Kylie: https://calendly.com/kylie-tpm/coaching-call Kolmeo: https://kolmeo.com/ Find out about our Done for You Lead Generation - https://calendly.com/kylie-tpm/done-for-you-leads-discovery-call35 AI Prompts to help you Grow your Business on Social Media:

Have you ever had a moment in your life where you realise you're not the same person you've been for years? The roles you've held and the identity you've been living in suddenly feel out of alignment, especially when you're moving through big life transitions and personal growth. Most of us don't talk about identity shifts, especially when they show up during big life transitions in our family, business or career. They can feel uncomfortable, emotional and hard to explain while you're in the middle of all that change and personal growth. They usually arrive in seasons where something ends, something new begins and you're standing in the middle trying to understand who you're becoming next.In this episode, I chat about what it's really like to let go of an old version of yourself and step into a new chapter. Which is exactly what's happened to me recently. If you've been feeling stuck, restless or unsure of who you are becoming outside of your everyday roles, this conversation is for you. “ You are allowed to outgrow the life that you built. You're allowed to want something different, and you're allowed to become someone new..” - Kylie Walker We cover:What identity shifts really feel like when you're going through big life changes like kids finishing school, career transitions and letting go of routines you've lived in for years How I realised my identity as a mum was changing and why it pushed me to reflect on what this next season might mean for me The impact of selling my business and leaving my hometown and how those decisions made me aware of how strongly my identity had been tied to certain rolesWhy so many of us stay stuck in old identities after we've outgrown them and how we can start noticing the signs that it's time to shift into who we're becoming nextHow to recognise when your current identity is no longer aligned with the person you're becomingThe key questions that helped me understand what I truly want now rather than who I thought I needed to be in the pastHow journalling, reflection and checking in with my future self supported my personal growth and helped me reconnect with who I want to be in this next stage of lifeWhy it's important to give yourself permission to disappoint people when you're choosing a life that supports your wellbeing and goalsHow identity change happens through taking simple steps at a time, not through burning everything down at onceKylie's Resources:Property Management Growth School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/TPM-BDMSchool Digital Marketing School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/digitalschool That Property Mum Courses: https://www.thatpropertymum.com.au/courses/ The PM Accelerate Membership: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/accelerate Book a Strategy Call with Kylie: https://calendly.com/kylie-tpm/coaching-call Kolmeo: https://kolmeo.com/ Find out about our Done for You Lead Generation -

If you've been in real estate for more than 5 minutes, you already know that recruitment can feel like a never ending headache. The revolving door, the job ads that go nowhere, the people who seem perfect on paper but last 3 months tops, it all adds up. And in property management, where expectations are high and the pace is relentless, it can wear even the most experienced business owners down.In this episode I chat with Katie Cotton who is Managing Director Recruit RE formerly of Ray White and has been a driving force behind strategic Recruitment, Recognition, and Retention initiatives that have strengthened the network. Katie has spent almost a decade inside real estate and another chunk of her career in tech, franchising and recruitment. She's seen the industry evolve and she understands why so many agencies are struggling to hire and keep good people. What I love most about Katie is that she doesn't sugarcoat the challenges, but she also doesn't accept that “this is just how it is.” She has a clear view of where recruitment is breaking down and what needs to shift if we want teams that are stable, aligned and actually happy to be where they work. This episode is a chance to rethink how we hire, what we value and the way we build cultures in a world where everyone wants different things and where the industry isn't always keeping up. “ We often get caught up trying to find the perfect skillset instead of the perfect person, and that's where recruitment keeps falling apart” -Katie CottonWe cover:Why hiring feels so exhausting right now in property management and the real reasons so many teams are burning outThe biggest mistake agencies make in job ads and why leaving out the salary turns great people away instantlyHow confusing, over the top job descriptions are scaring off the exact candidates who would actually thrive in the roleWhy the right attitude and energy can matter far more than ticking every technical skill boxThe growing gap between long time Property Managers and the newer generation stepping in, and how that divide shapes cultureThe leadership behaviours that push good people out, even when the business means wellWhy so many people leave real estate in January and what owners can do to prepare for itKylie's Resources:Property Management Growth School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/TPM-BDMSchool Digital Marketing School: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/digitalschool That Property Mum Courses: https://www.thatpropertymum.com.au/courses/ The PM Accelerate Membership: https://courses.thatpropertymum.com.au/accelerate Book a Strategy Call with Kylie: https://calendly.com/kylie-tpm/coaching-call Kolmeo: https://kolmeo.com/ Find out about our Done for You Lead Generation - https://calendly.com/kylie-tpm/done-for-you-leads-discovery-call35 AI Prompts to...

This episode is powered by The Seven Figure Shift 3-Day Workshop with Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon “Your business will always expose what you haven't healed." Darnyelle Jervey Harmon It's not your funnel. It's not your launch. It's not your marketing or your team. It's your nervous system. In this final installment of the For the Love of Money series, Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon pulls back the veil on the hidden forces sabotaging your revenue, no matter how brilliant you are or how many millions you've made. If you've ever felt stalled, burned out from striving, or stuck in a silent spiral of sabotage... this episode is going to feel like spiritual surgery. We go deep into the three invisible money traps that plague high-level CEOs, and why the real cost isn't just missed revenue, but missed purpose, peace, and legacy. If you're a 7-figure CEO in the making, or already at seven but silently circling six, this conversation is your mirror, your map, and your mandate to move. We don't do surface-level here. We excavate patterns, confront your subconscious thermostat, and call in the healing required for your next level. Here's the truth: You cannot build legacy in a body that doesn't feel safe with overflow. Until you address your nervous system's rejection of abundance, your strategy will keep stalling, and you'll keep thinking it's a business problem when it's really a money identity crisis. Scaling without safety isn't leadership. It's survival. And that pattern ends here. You'll walk with a visceral understanding of why your income keeps resetting, no matter how hard you work, the three survival-mode traps successful entrepreneurs unconsciously fall into, a new lens for viewing launches, hiring, pricing, and burnout through a nervous system and spiritual healing framework and clear next steps to begin healing your money trauma, and a powerful invitation into the only container designed to do just that: SANCTUARY. Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover: ✔ How to recognize when your growth ceiling is actually a safety ceiling, not a strategy gap ✔ How to identify whether you're stuck in the Stall, the Strive, or the Sabotage pattern ✔ How to shift from money-based panic into identity-based overflow using spiritual and somatic integration ✔And so much more This episode is a call to put your strategy down long enough to get honest about what's really running your business behind the scenes: your unhealed money story. Dr. Darnyelle doesn't just name the subconscious sabotage patterns holding you back, she brings receipts, neuroscience, scripture, and personal stories to show you the real reason your growth feels stuck, stalled, or suffocating. This is spiritual alignment meets somatic safety meets unapologetic truth. And it's everything you didn't know you needed before you scale again. This is your invitation to stop pushing. Stop performing. Drop the mask, press play, and listen like your future depends on it, because it does. If you've built the business but your peace is bankrupt, or you've hit new revenue highs but secretly feel more pressure than prosperity, this episode will explain why… and show you how to heal it. If you've ever felt anxious after a big win, like the next shoe will drop or someone you love will resent your success, this conversation will feel like a spiritual intervention wrapped in strategy. This is money healing at a cellular level, anchored in nervous system regulation, success identity, and soul leadership. This is not an episode about how to make money. It's about how to keep it, and feel worthy as you do. Here's the truth: You don't just fear failure. You fear what success might cost you. The guilt of growth is real; and it's often rooted in unprocessed emotional residue that keeps your nervous system dysregulated around money. If your income rises but your peace shrinks, you're not scaling. You're silently self-destructing in a more expensive outfit. You'll walk with a breakdown of the five hidden drivers of financial sabotage, even at 7-figures, a spiritual and somatic understanding of what it takes to feel safe with overflow and language to finally name what's happening when your bank account grows but your joy disappears Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover: ✔ How to recognize the guilt of growth and what triggers it in high-achievers ✔ How to connect emotional safety to financial overflow ✔ How to shift from subconscious sabotage to spiritual stewardship of wealth ✔And so much more This episode is a call to break the unspoken patterns of sabotage that 7-figure CEOs don't talk about publicly. It's a raw, real-time exploration of how unresolved trauma and spiritual misalignment can hijack your financial future. Dr. Darnyelle shares the emotional breakdown that followed her first 7-figure year, why she stopped celebrating wins, and how she healed the subconscious link between success and loss. This is your invitation to pause the hustle and examine the cost of your next level. If you're doing all the “right” things, but the overflow still triggers fear, guilt, or spiritual fatigue, you're not broken. But you do need new tools. Grab your journal and come behind the curtain of what it really looks like to hold millions without losing your peace, people, or purpose.
