    My guest on today's show is Yusupha Manneh. Yusupha is a 29 year old man from Gambia. He is a highly sought after speaker particularly by youth groups throughout Gambia. Yusupha graduated from St. Augustine's Senior Secondary school in 2012, and his performance earned him a spot at the Gambia College School of Education where he studied education from 2013 to 2016. He majored in English and Agriculture. He graduated in 2016. He was hired by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education as a qualifed teacher. He now has 5 years of teaching experience.In 2017, Yusupha, along with a group of like-minded youth, started a movement that advocates for sustainable peace through youth employment creation. He served as the founding secretary general of the Youth Movement for Employment and Violence-Free Africa from 2017 to 2020.In 2018, Yusupha was selcted as part of the YALICOHORT 10 Accra Participants, where he went through an intensive 5 week onsite leadership training program in entrepreneurship.
