Her clinical and research interests have included coronary interventions, invasive hemodynamic assessment of heart failure and valvular heart disease, non-invasive cardiology (with particular attention to risk factor modification for cardiovascular disease prevention), and the evaluation and management of cardiovascular diseases in women and minorities, as well as understudied and underserved populations. A creative who has a passion for artistic expression, Dr. Osei-Wusu has spent many years as a professional dancer, has a lifelong interest in the culinary arts, and is a self-professed plant-based foodie whose vegan journey began in 1997. She also continues to expand her skills as a fashion designer and sewist, focused on women's apparel and accessories.
