One of the big winners at the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards was none other than our 2013 Man and Producer of the Year, Pharrell Williams. His choice of headwear may have been the talk of the night, but we can't let that overshadow his four wins, including Producer Of The Year, Non-Classical, and his big performance with Daft Punk and Stevie Wonder. Last year was a huge year for Skateboard P, but we've been loving him and his artistry way before 2013. If you've been a Pharrell fan from way back like us, then you will love this latest #InstantVintage mixtape from World Famous Super Friends DJs DJ Trauma and DJ Mars who lace us with the third in the mixtape series with Pharrell's Places & Spaces.Presented in conjunction with SoulBounce, Pharrell's Places & Spaces takes a stroll through Pharrell's catalog of solo outings, group recordings with N.E.R.D, productions as part of The Neptunes and other assorted songs that he's had a hand in whether as songwriter or guest artist. Pharrell's catalog is so deep that this mix only scratches the surface, but it's a damn good place to start. Maybe DJ Trauma and DJ Mars can be talked into doing a part two (or more), but let us not get ahead of ourselves. Pack your bags and press play to hear a little bit of everything that the talented Mr. Williams has touched and be sure to collect the free download while you're at it. 01 NERD-MAYBE LIVE 02 SWV-Use Your Heart 03 Sade-By Your Side Neptunes Remix 04 NERD-Provider 05 NERD-Back Seat Love 06 Frank Ocean-Sweet Life 07 NERD-Ive Seen The Light 08 702-I Still Love You 09 NERD-Bobby James 10 NERD-Wonderful Place 11 Kelis-Roll Through The Hood 12 Kelis-Get Along With You 13 NSync-Girlfriend 14 Jamie Cullum-Frontin 15 Faith Evans-Goin Out 16 NERD-Stay Together 17 NERD-Run To The Sun 18 Usher-I Dont Know ft Puff Daddy 19 Usher-Certified ft Pharrell 20 Ray-J-Wait a Minute ft Lil Kim 21 Angie Stone-Everday Neptunes Remix 22 Daft Punk-Lose Yourself to Dance ft Pharrell 23 Maroon 5-She Will Be Loved Pharrell Williams Remix 24 Babyface-There She Goes 25 Pharrell-Our Father 26 NERD-Bobby James pt 2 27 NERD-Lap Dance ft Lee Harvey 28 Kelis-Keep it Down 29 NERD-Break Out 30 Rolling Stones-Sympathy For The Devil Neptunes Remix 31 NERD-The Wa She Dances 32 NERD-U Know What remix ft Santigold 33 NERD-Party People ft TI 34 Kenna-Say Goodbye To Love 35 Sleep Brown-Margarita ft Big Boi and Pharrell 36 NERD-Hot N Fun 37 Pharrell-Happy

It's safe to say that Robin Thicke is the man right about now. He's got an international hit on his hands with the song "Blurred Lines," which is still going strong months after dropping in March and has fans from eight to eighty (despite the sketchy subject matter). But "Blurred Lines" isn't Thicke's first time at the rodeo. On July 30th he'll release his sixth album, and what better way to celebrate this occasion and his revitalized career than with a retrospective of his past work? And who better to do just that than DJ Trauma and DJ Mars who took a stroll through Robin's catalog to hook up The Robin Thicke Theory, the second mixtape in their #InstantVintage series in association with SoulBounce. If you loved what Trauma and Mars did with their Raphael Saadiq The Sounds of Saadiq #InstantVintage mixtape, then you are going to lose your mind when you press play on this joint right here. These two World Famous Super Friends curated selections from all of Thicke's albums -- from singles to album cuts -- alongside remixes and interview clips to create a mix that you'll keep in heavy rotation. Check the full tracklist after the bounce to see what goodness is in store. Get into the groove of The Robin Thicke Theory right here, and avail yourself of the mixtape with the free download right now. Atlanta Hip Hop has a rich tradition and history in radio. It begins with WIGO and WAOK and quickly became stronger in the college radio scene with stations like WRAS (Georgia State) and WREK (Georgia Tech), The Fresh Party on V103 as well as community radio WRFG. We all know about the stories of Greg Street and Frank Ski. Atlanta is blessed to have had those dynamic DJs help push the scene. This is the other side of the story, the story of DJs that year after year worked the club circuit before graduating into ATL radio. In this episode we hear stories from DJs that started their careers on these stations and others that witnessed these careers grow. We learn more about Lil Jon’s House, Reggae and Hip Hop DJing days, The Beef © between P. Diddy and Atlanta DJs and how early DJs used the radio as a springboard into the Hip Hop industry. Stories heard from: DJ Mars, Smoove Matty Matt, Brian Lassiter, Talib Shabazz, H20, DJ Jaycee, J of Earwax Records, Shannon McCollum, DJ Nabs, Marcel Daniels, DJ Applejac & DJ Mafioso. These episodes first aired on Brooklyn Radio in late 2010 and early 2011. They are being offered as a podcast, as promised, for free. The film version of this documentary is in production. Thanks for listening. All tracks used are from Atlanta Hip Hop artists: Triple Crush - “The Groove” (DUB) D Rock & Swift C - “Who Rocks (Remix) Arrested Development - “Revolution” GooDie MoB - “Goodie Bag” P.A. aka Parental Advisory - “Ghetto Head Hunter” Youngbloodz ft Lil Jon - “Damn” Young Joc - “It’s going down” DJ Unknown aka JBrew - “Untitled” Grip Plyaz - “Untitled” (Live) Headland & Delowe: Atlanta Hip Hop from ‘79- ‘til by Dominick R. The city of Atlanta has a complex and long history with Hip Hop going back into the late 1970’s. Much of this history pre-LaFace records, pre-Outkast and GooDie MoB isn’t known. Headland & Delowe is a documentary series attempting to weave together the story lines of the artists, managers, promoters and journalists of Atlanta Hip Hop over the past three decades to get an understanding of where Atlanta Hip Hop has been and where it might be going. In this episode I speak with pioneers like B-Boy Zapper of ATL’s HBO crew, MC Shy D and DJ Jelly, current stars like Cee-lo, Pill and DJ Mars and underground stalwarts like Senor Kaos and H20.
