Welcome to The Love Show! The purpose of this episode is to ramp up your self love game and help raise your vibration through happiness and joy. We are entering an exciting new cycle of expansion and it's time to step up and claim the love and happiness that is there waiting for you. It's a time for mindful gratitude, personal growth and owning your power. So what are you waiting for? Let's do it together and manifest more days of joy! My favorite way to do this by starting the day in the high vibration of "YES." Yes to love, yes to happiness, yes to feeling inspired, yes to abundance, yes to joy, yes to my desires becoming my reality.... What are you a "yes" to? Take a moment now and start your own 'Yes" rampage by saying or writing down the first things that come to mind that make you feel good. Another favorite trick for starting the day off right is a gratitude visualization. Simply close your eyes, focus on a few loop deep breaths and then visualize 3 things in your life that bring you joy or that you are grateful for. This works great at night as well to help set you up for a peaceful night's sleep. The energy you go to bed with effects the energy you wake up with, so training your mind to focus on what feels good is a simple way to improve your entire vibrational field. I won't include everything in the show because I want you to listen! I promise you, it will feel good to hear it for your self. As a bonus, I have included the full Self Love episode from Season 2 for even more good juju. Bonus Link Below to Episode 22: learn tips and tools to help you boost your self love game even more and learn how to let go of self judgement! We should wake up feeling inspired and the best way to do that is through self love. Our #1 priority in life is having a positive relationship with ourself. But how do we do that? How do you find self love and why are we not taught this as children? Fear not, this episode contains all you need to get started. Stepping up your self love game will help you feel happier, optimistic and be a better person. So listen away and get ready to feel the love flow in. *I also include my live Moth Story! Wszelkie wątpliwości i niewiadome omówią analitycy: Ośrodka Studiów Wschodnich Andrzej Sadecki – autor raportu "Długi cień Trianon. Kindred’s editor, Lisa Reagan, attended the University of California at Hastings’ Center for Worklife Law‘s Breastfeeding Policy Summit at Jones Day Law Firm in San Francisco on August 6, 2019. The summit’s purpose was to educate an invited group of activists from around the country on the insights gleaned from Joan Williams’ quarter century research into advancing women in the workplace, as well as the center’s new reports on discrimination against breastfeeding and pregnant mothers in the workplace. The summit trained activists in choosing politically-conscientious verbiage, becoming aware of values of their legislators and region, and using these insights to help create and pass legislation to promote and protect women’s reproductive rights in the workplace. Joan C. Williams is a Distinguished Law Professor and Founding Director of the Center for WorkLife Law at UC Hastings. Her path-breaking work helped create modern workplace flexibility policies and the field of work-family studies. She has authored over 90 academic articles and 11 books, including White Working Class: Overcoming Class Cluelessness in America and What Works for Women at Work. One of her proudest accomplishments was winning the Betty Crocker Homemaker Award in high school. In this week's episode, we cover four articles published on our site. The first article, written by Ryan, examines the growth in assets of ETFs and Mutual Funds. The second article, summarized by Elisabetta, examines the performance of funds by differentiating the fund's manager on his/her family wealth. The third article, written by Maneesh Shanbhag, examines the benefits of Tax-Loss Harvesting (TLH). A new series in which I introduce some of the themes of modern China scholarship, research, and journalism, and explain these broader themes using a couple of example articles each episode. In this episode, we look at Chinese government regulation and control of entertainment and leisure using the examples of celebrity culture and prostitution. The two articles I’ve chosen to look at are from completely different sources, but are both really well researched. The first is a research report that was published in the most recent issue of the China Quarterly, which is pretty much the most outstanding China journal out there. It’s titled Truth, Good and Beauty: The Politics of Celebrity in China by Jonathan Sullivan and Séagh Kehoe. The second article was published in the latest issues of the Made in China Journal, which is an open access online quarterly journal, and is titled The Plight of Sex Workers in China: From Criminalisation and Abuse to Activism by Tiantian Zheng.(https://madeinchinajournal.com/2019/04/18/the-plight-of-sex-workers-in-china%EF%BB%BF-from-criminalisation-and-abuse-to-activism/)Both the celebrity entertainment industry and prostitution - organised or otherwise - are viewed by the government as having a huge influence on the social fabric of society. In both these cases, The Chinese government is working to mitigate the negative effects of the leisure industry on the population through official administrative channels that use a range of means that can sometimes border on coercion. These topics are linked as they both reflect the Chinese government’s moral panic and their way of thinking about and dealing with social influences that originate outside of the government or Communist Party. They both also touch on issues of activism in slightly different ways.
