"I have had the pleasure of racing with some incredible people for four decades. People who impressed me. People who are iconic to this industry. In my day, I was a hell of a race car driver and in the pocket of a great market. I feel myself, still, in the cockpit of my own car, gripping the wheel, and leaning int the turns. I know today what it takes to get the car up to full speed and to keep it there. Throttling, racing, competing, and I know the sweet taste of victory. I wonder when I will no longer want to race or be around the buzz of the racers who are pulling out of the pits onto the tracks and chasing the checkered flags of their business worlds. Never. I love the sport of selling; thin threads or not. I am meant to race."The founder of 20/20 Vision for Success and author of Finding Honor: The Journey to Truth, Christine Beckwith, is back on the show today talking about her new book, High - Selling is a Drug. Jay and Christine are digging into chapter four today, entitled "Thin Threads", which is all about high-functioning salespeople who thrive in environments where maybe they aren't set up to do so. This chapter, and this book in general, is all about seeing the sale, making the sale, and wanting more. The wheat get separated from the chaff in even the most perfect sales environments, but imagine doing it when you aren't supposed to succeed. We're getting into all that and more with the one and only Christine Beckwith.

Are we not supposed to be free and fair here in America? Everything seems to be impeding on us. Throttling occurs on X constantly. NGO's are involved in everything. The reasons we are where we are. They fund atrocious experiments. Project Popeye comes to mind. The university that heads this all up. The peak isn't even here yet. Colleges house capitol companies managing billions. The first step is learning how certification happens. SCOTUS updates of historic impact. General grievances are a crutch. Our nation operates because we vote. If not, the government controls us. Georgia is in the voting debate again. Believing in goodness and fairness has to be front and center. The mask mandate case means mommy retires. No civil liberties for the poor. Third party stress is weaponized by hateful people. The Jerusalem case will set precedent. Don't parents have rights? There will be conversations next week about some big banks. There is no head honcho here. How the state groups get compromised. There is so much that we've gotten done. Prepped and ready in Idaho.
When it's time to promote your business or launch a new offer, so many entrepreneurs throttle themselves. They let self-doubt and limiting beliefs stop them from putting themselves out there. They assume people already know what they do or should just find them. But we live in a noisy, oversaturated world. If you're not actively and consistently sharing who you are, what you do, and how you can help, your competitors will.So take one small step outside your comfort zone each day—send another email, do one more social post, follow up with someone you've been hesitating to reach out to.Doing those little things will separate you from 99% of the competition. And that makes all the difference.Resources:Challenge Launch Challenge -We'll pull back the curtain and show you exactly what we've been doing the past couple of years with Challenges & Launches and led us to make a million dollars this year!Adaptive Inner Circle - The Adaptive Inner Circle with Paul & Melissa Pruitt is an epic 12-month experience for online business owners, coaches, course creators, and membership site owners who aspire to create financial freedom and a lifestyle they want for themselves and their family and also create a positive impact in their community and the world.Adaptive Marketing Program - Adaptive Marketing Program is an exclusive opportunity for online business owners, coaches, course creators, and membership site owners to play bigger and bolder in their business and explode their bank account with more clients! For a list of our resources & recommendations visit: https://onlinemarketingpodcast.com/learn-with-paul-melissa/Connect with us on social!Instagram: @realpaulpruitt & @realmelissapruittFacebook: @realpaulpruitt & @realmelissapruitt

There are many reasons why tech devices might throttle you. Some of the most common reasons include: To protect the device from overheating. If a device is getting too hot, it may start to throttle its performance in order to prevent damage. This is especially common in laptops and smartphones, which have smaller cooling systems than desktop computers. To extend battery life. Throttling can help to conserve battery power by reducing the amount of energy that the device is using. This is especially important for mobile devices, which have limited battery life to begin with. To improve performance. In some cases, throttling can actually improve performance by preventing the device from overheating or overdrawing its power supply. This is often seen in games and other demanding applications. To comply with regulations. Some devices, such as smartphones, are subject to regulations that limit the amount of radio frequency radiation they can emit. Throttling can help to ensure that the device is compliant with these regulations. To prevent software crashes. In some cases, throttling can be used to prevent software crashes by reducing the amount of work that the device is trying to do at once. This is especially common on older devices or devices that are running low on memory. It is important to note that throttling is not always a bad thing. In many cases, it is a necessary measure to protect the device or improve performance. However, if you find that your device is throttling too often or too severely, you may want to contact the manufacturer for support. Here are some additional tips for avoiding throttling: Make sure that your device is well-ventilated. This will help to prevent it from overheating. Close any unnecessary applications that are running in the background. This will free up resources for the application that you are currently using. Update your device to the latest software. This can help to fix any software bugs that may be causing throttling problems. Restart your device occasionally. This can help to clear out any temporary files or data that may be causing problems. If you are still having problems, contact the manufacturer of your device for support. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/moodkillers/message

So take one small step outside your comfort zone each day—send another email, do one more social post, follow up with someone you've been hesitating to reach out to. Doing those little things will separate you from 99% of the competition. And that makes all the difference.

X, the company formerly known as Twitter, is embroiled in a series of legal and ethical challenges. Thousands of former employees are demanding their promised severance through arbitration, and there are rising concerns over X's practices, including the throttling of traffic to rival sites, an act that appears targeted at companies criticized by owner Elon Musk. This raises questions about the fair operation of social media platforms and their impact on the wider online ecosystem, as even tiny delays can lead to significant drops in traffic. Musk's past comments and actions, such as removing the verified badge from The New York Times' account, have already drawn scrutiny, and these latest developments add to the ongoing narrative of Musk using X's technical tools to pursue personal grudges. With legal action looming and online rivals affected, the future of X remains uncertain.

GUESTS: Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman, Liberty Counsel Pastor Andrew DeBartolo, Director of Operations, Liberty Coalition CanadaPresident Biden and the Left have held majority power in the White House and Congress for nearly two years. And what a wicked two years it has been for the country. The federal law allowing abortion in all states may have been rightly overturned by the Supreme Court but those on the God-rejecting Left are relentless in their blood thirst to restore the “right” to murder the unborn.Transgenderism, the abominable, destructive lie that a person can change their gender, is pushed down our throats at every turn—in schools, the military, corporations, government, media, drag queen shows…everywhere. Children are having their body parts surgically mutilated or taking powerful hormonal drugs in the futile and harmful attempt to be something they can not be. This abomination has full-throated support of the Biden administration.Hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of illegal immigrants have been allowed to enter our country across the southern border. Murder, carjackings, and violence are rampant in our major cities. The foolish decision to print trillions of dollars has inflated the cost of everything, thus devaluing the money you currently have. Throttling fossil fuel production due to the climate change hysteria is another nation-diminishing policy of the Left. This is a short sample of what the Democrats have inflicted upon this once-great and God-revering nation in their attempt to cast off God and remake the world in their Tower of Babel globalist dystopia.Who Americans choose in the mid-term election, which concludes on Tuesday, November 8, will tell us much about the worldview and spiritual condition of the people. It's hard to believe that anyone would conclude the country is on the right track but such is the level of deception when one sees evil as good.Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, an overtly Christian organization that advances “religious freedom, the sanctity of human life and the family through strategic litigation” joins us to discuss what is at stake in this election. Also, Andrew DeBartolo, Canadian pastor and Director of Operations for Liberty Coalition Canada, will update us on what is taking place in Canada and explain why the accusation of “Christian Nationalism” is just a ruse to keep Christians silent.
This Friday episode reacts to the first day at the Presidents Cup, where the USA took a 4-1 lead over the Internationals. Andy and Brendan discuss the lineups, who flopped and who impressed. They get into the agonizing pre-match ceremony, the playing-through golf, and the fight in the International side against what could just be a dominant era of American golf in all team events. The second half of the podcast is a Flashback Friday to the time when the International players, led by Greg Norman, fired their captain, David Graham, just a month or two before the 1996 Presidents Cup. It's an amusing tale that's hard to imagine happening now. They close with reactions to the lineups announced for Day 2 at Quail Hollow.
