Lahtelaistaustainen kitaristi Olli Siikanen on soittanut uransa aikana tuhansia keikkoja erilaisissa kokoonpanoissa lavoilla, studiossa ja televisiobändeissä. Kulunut vuosi on mennyt pääosin Koop Arposen Flute of Shame -bändin kitaristina.  Vuonna 2024 tarkoituksena on aktivoitua myös oman musiikin merkeissä.  Tiirismaan lukion jälkeen ammattikitaristina työskennellyt Siikanen kertoo Radio Voiman haastattelussa, että ei ole koskaan käyttänyt keikoillaan iPadia nuotteja varten.  – Päätin että keskityn mieluummin opettelemaan kappaleet ennen keikkoja, koska nuotteja pitäisi pystyä lukemaan lavalla huomaamattomasti. Musiikkivarastoni on kuin tennispalloputkilo, kun uusia biisejä tulee niin toisesta päästä tippuu kappaleita pois.    Ura kitaristina on merkittävä, mutta Siikasen mukaan työmyyristä ei yleensä juttuja tehdä ja uran merkittävimmät tv-esiintymiset Enoset-yhtyeen Broadcastersin ohjelmissa sijoittuvat aikaan ennen nettiä.  Tammikuun lopulla Siikanen suuntaan jo neljättä kertaa NAMM show'hun Kaliforniaan Anaheimiin. NAMM tulee sanoista National Association of Music Merchants. It's heavy yet catchy—If you aren't singing along to the refrain by the end of the song, you aren't doing it right. While other songs on the record lean harder into grooves or heavy riffs, this track has some distinct flavors of Alice in Chains paired with the very unique stylings of Blak29. Pipemanradio talks with Steve Zing to discuss the music video for "blackout" which will be coming out in April. And as well the current album "The Wating" and all things Blak29 and Steve Zing.Coming from a background boasting such names as Samhain, Mourning Noise, and even the unholy legion that is Danzig, Steve Zing presents a new record from his current band and passion project, Blak29. The upcoming album The Waiting will be released on Cleopatra Records on March 3 and will be available on all streaming platforms. “Bleeding Love” is about the torments of life in this world, whether it be driven by love, anger, or the push and pull of what we are supposed to believe in and the fact that we are to think that someone else's beliefs is the right answer,” says Zing. "Raging Wars in my world, I'm coming back, coming back for more." The song starts off with a driving riff and some grunge-fueled vocals that wouldn't sound out of place in an amphitheater or a small biker bar. It's heavy yet catchy—If you aren't singing along to the refrain by the end of the song, you aren't doing it right. While other songs on the record lean harder into grooves or heavy riffs, this track has some distinct flavors of Alice in Chains paired with the very unique stylings of Blak29. Featuring Zing on vocals and drums, Dan Tracey bass and guitar, both wrote and produced the album. The songs on this record pick up where the first album left off, but also hit things harder than ever before. Zing also recruited Danzig bandmate Johnny Kelly, Tommy Victor, and Jyrki 69 vocalist of The 69 Eyes, for guest spots on the record. ”Miten kaverista saa entisen kaverin? Perustamalla yhteinen firma!” Asianajaja Jyrki Piiparinen jos joku tämän tietää. Lukuisissa yrityskaupoissa mukana olleena Piiparinen on nähnyt, kuinka ruusunpunainen alku saattaa muuttua veriseksi väännöksi ja kuukausien neuvottelut kariutua aivan loppumetreillä. Piiparinen onkin oppinut vertaamaan yrityskauppaa ihmissuhteeseen: alussa leiskuu ja kipinöi, mutta vähitellen sukat alkavat haista ja auki jäänyt hammastahnatuubi ärsyttää. Viimeistään siinä vaiheessa hätiin huudetaan yrityskauppaterapeuttia, kuten Piiparinen itseään tituleeraa. Bronxcastissa Jyrki kertoo myös, miten yrityksen arvo määritetään, millainen yritys on ostajien silmissä houkutteleva (ja toisinpäin) ja miten tämä vaikuttaa muun muassa siihen, että kannattavillekaan yrityksille ei välttämättä löydy jatkajia. Ja paljon muuta ja mielenkiintoista! Vaikka et juuri yrityskauppaa olisi hieromassakaan, kannattaa kuunnella Jyrkin haastattelu. Moni vinkki nimittäin pätee suhteeseen kuin suhteeseen.

Kilpailukykyä saa pakettisoftaa ostamalla, mutta kilpailuetua varten on kehitettävä omaa lisäarvoa eli softaa. Niinpä Harvard Business Review ja monet muut ovat todenneet kaikkien (menestystä hakevien) yritysten olevan lopulta softayrityksiä. IT-projektien sijaan puhutaankin ohjelmistoprojekteista. Pelissä on isot panokset, ja turhan moni yrittää kuuta taivaalta, eikä valmista tule. Ohjelmistoprojektien menestyksekäs johtaminen on yritykselle kilpailuetu jo sinänsä. Kyse ei ole asiasta, jonka voi delegoida IT:lle, vaan kyse on mitä suurimmassa määrin liiketoiminnan hankkeesta, jonka IT ja/tai kumppanit sitten teknisesti toteuttavat. Miten sitten softaprojektit viedään kunnialla maaliin? Mitkä ovat ohjelmistoprojektin johtamisen menestyksen avaimet? Mitä liiketoiminnan pitää tietää? Siitä episodissa Antti Pietilän vieraana keskustelemassa softaprojektien johtamiseen ja sen työkaluihin erikoistuneen Project-TOP Solutionsin toimitusjohtajan ja perustajan Jyrki Aution. Kahden pitkän linjan ohjelmistoyrittäjän keskustelussa paistaa kokemus. Antti on tiimeineen toteuttanut satoja softaprojekteja.
