Vom Mythos der sagenumwobenen Nixe über die politische Instrumentalisierung des Amphitheaters während der NS-Zeit bis hin zur Wiederentdeckung als Rockbühne: Der Felsen erzählt viele Geschichten. Seine Wandlung in den letzten Jahren vom Trump-Kritiker zum Trump-Vertrauten sehen die beiden allerdings kritisch - und sinnbildlich für den Wandel der Partei von den Reagan-Republicans hin zur MAGA-Partei.Angesichts der knappen Mehrheitsverhältnisse im Senat könnte es für die Republikaner nun problematisch werden, sagt Jiffer. Knapp 125 Milliarden Euro gibt Deutschland in diesem Jahr für Verteidigung aus. Über diese Ausgaben, ihre Arbeit und über Freundschaft in der Politik spricht Host Anna Engelke in dieser Folge von Streitkräfte und Strategien mit den Haushältern der schwarz-roten Koalition, Andreas Mattfeldt von der CDU und Andreas Schwarz von der SPD. Sie beschäftigen sich mit allen Beschaffungsvorlagen, die einen Wert von mehr als 25 Millionen Euro haben. "Wir müssen darauf schauen, dass das Geld wirklich so ausgegeben wird, dass die Soldatinnen und Soldaten das beste Gerät und der Steuerzahler es zum besten Preis bekommt," sagt Andreas Mattfeldt. Um die Geschwindigkeit bei der Beschaffung zu erhöhen, betont SPD-Politiker Andreas Schwarz, müsse man immer wieder darauf hinwirken, dass "wir weg müssen von der Goldrandlösung". Außerdem gab es zwei wichtige Ankündigungen: Der Ukraine hat Trump erlaubt, Patriot-Flugabwehr-Raketen herzustellen, sie soll eine entsprechende US-Lizenz bekommen. Allerdings sind noch viele Fragen offen. Und zweitens soll die Bundesregierung in den USA Tomahawk-Marschflugkörper einkaufen können. Wir machen für euch den Check und machen einen Deep Dive durch die wichtigsten Festivals für Modern Metal, Punk, Emo, Hardcore (und alles dazwischen). Wie schlagen sich die Lineups von Rock am Ring, Vainstream, Reload, Open Flair und Hurricane? Im ersten Teil unseres Programms geht es wie immer um aktuelle Ereignisse. Wir beginnen mit einem Gespräch über den Jahresbericht von Amnesty International, in dem die Regierungschefs Israels, Russlands und der USA scharf kritisiert werden. Ihnen wird die Missachtung von Menschenrechten vorgeworfen. Anschließend diskutieren wir über die Energiesituation in China vor dem Hintergrund der weltweiten Energiekrise, die durch den Krieg im Iran ausgelöst wurde. Es scheint, dass China in einer deutlich besseren Situation ist als andere Länder. Unser Wissenschaftsteil ist einer Studie gewidmet, die zu dem Ergebnis kam, dass der Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz für einfache kognitive Aufgaben die intellektuellen Fähigkeiten einer Person bereits nach 10 Minuten beeinträchtigen kann. Und zum Schluss unseres ersten Teils sprechen wir darüber, wie eine Flut von KI-generierten Bildern und Memes, die Donald Trump als kulturelle Ikone zeigen, zu einem Markenzeichen seiner Online-Präsenz und seiner politischen Strategie geworden ist. Der Rest des Programms ist der deutschen Sprache und Kultur gewidmet. Die heutige Grammatiklektion konzentriert sich auf Word Order (Part 3): Subordinate Clauses. Jedes Jahr findet in einer kleinen Gemeinde in Norddeutschland das größte Metal-Festival der Welt statt. Vor oder während des Festivals kommt es regelmäßig zu starken Regenfällen. Einmal musste es deshalb sogar fast abgesagt werden. Doch dieses Jahr soll das „Wacken Open Air" dem Schlamm trotzen. Eine im März durchgeführte Befragung zur Einstufung der Freundlichkeit und der Höflichkeit der Länder kam zu dem Schluss, dass Deutsche für höflich, aber nicht für herzlich gehalten werden. Im ersten Teil unseres Programms geht es wie immer um aktuelle Ereignisse. Wir beginnen mit einem Gespräch über den Jahresbericht von Amnesty International, in dem die Regierungschefs Israels, Russlands und der USA scharf kritisiert werden. Ihnen wird die Missachtung von Menschenrechten vorgeworfen. Anschließend diskutieren wir über die Energiesituation in China vor dem Hintergrund der weltweiten Energiekrise, die durch den Krieg im Iran ausgelöst wurde. Es scheint, dass China in einer deutlich besseren Situation ist als andere Länder. Unser Wissenschaftsteil ist einer Studie gewidmet, die zu dem Ergebnis kam, dass der Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz für einfache kognitive Aufgaben die intellektuellen Fähigkeiten einer Person bereits nach 10 Minuten beeinträchtigen kann. Und zum Schluss unseres ersten Teils sprechen wir darüber, wie eine Flut von KI-generierten Bildern und Memes, die Donald Trump als kulturelle Ikone zeigen, zu einem Markenzeichen seiner Online-Präsenz und seiner politischen Strategie geworden ist. Der Rest des Programms ist der deutschen Sprache und Kultur gewidmet. Die heutige Grammatiklektion konzentriert sich auf Word Order (Part 3): Subordinate Clauses. Jedes Jahr findet in einer kleinen Gemeinde in Norddeutschland das größte Metal-Festival der Welt statt. Vor oder während des Festivals kommt es regelmäßig zu starken Regenfällen. During 2020, the longtime collaborators shifted focus from covers to original material, quickly writing ten songs and entering Sonic Stomp Studio with producer Mike Orlando (Category 7, Adrenaline Mob). Joined by drummer Joe D'Aqui, the group crafted a heavy, story-driven sound rooted in influences like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Alice in Chains, and Tool. Despite pandemic delays, the sessions yielded their debut full-length album Blame', released in October 2022.Following the addition of guitarists Bruce Gatewood and Johnny James Barone, the band gained traction with a heavier reimagining of Toto's “Hold the Line,” now their most-streamed track.
