Episode 2305 - Hat Trick, El Pres, and Kid A.G., dive balls-deep into winter shrinkage, menopause gripes, epic boob worship, porn tax paranoia, AI fake-titty debates, first-time fuck stories, and enough cum-shot compilations to make your screen fog up. The crew kicks off bitching about brutal Michigan cold—shrinkage problems, frozen garage doors, and why bushes are making a comeback for extra warmth (Hat Trick's letting hers grow wild because negative-20 ain't shaving weather). She drops menopause truth bombs while bragging about her fireman's curved dick hitting all the right spots, why grinding beats bouncing for her, and how she's turned into a cum-glazed legend who saves loads for explosive reunions. The guys confess their boob obsession—Kid admits dating flat-chested was torture, then maps out bedroom sex angles like a pervert architect, and they roast tiny-tit relationships vs. glorious D-cups. First-time horror stories fly: awkward neighbor bangs, interrupted blowjobs by parents, three-attempt virginity losses, and epic teen horniness. They pivot to surveillance paranoia—always-listening TVs, targeted ads from casual convos, and porn taxes forcing VPN life. AI gets roasted hard: fake hotties with inconsistent jiggles, deepfake fears, slop music, and whether busty Instagram thirst traps are real or Frankenstein'd. Hat Trick pushes DP fantasies (double vaginal preferred), cum compilations as quick-nut fuel, and her "golden pussy" legacy—now warning her daughter it's a gift and a curse. Ends with filthy AI-generated songs, butt-check jokes, and merch dreams of titty-star tees dripping in glaze. Pure unhinged GDS filth—boobs, bush, boners, and big-government dick-measuring. Listen in. Go Deep.

Don't worry, only Kristy has bangs (fringe). But Leah used to. We also continue our twin flame journey by having similar New Year themes, similar glasses, and similar freak outs. 2026 sucks already, but we're here to help.
Reimagining January: Reflection, Creativity, and the Messy Middle Happy New Year — and welcome to the very first episode of Don't Cut Your Own Bangs in 2026. If you're feeling a little tender, tired, hopeful, unsure, or all of the above… you're in exactly the right place. This episode is not about reinvention. It's about reflection and reimagining. In this solo conversation, I'm sharing why I believe the beginning of a new year isn't meant for pressure, perfection, or becoming a brand-new person overnight. Instead, it's a powerful opportunity to pause, look back with honesty, and gently reimagine what you want more of — and less of — as the year unfolds. I reflect on the journey of this podcast, the role creativity has played in my life (from ballroom dance to therapy to children's books), and why making things for joy — not productivity — has been one of the most grounding decisions I've ever made. We also talk about: vulnerability and creativity anxiety and burnout why "do I need bangs or do I need to talk about my feelings?" is actually a very real question and how slowing down can literally change your experience of time (hello, Andromeda Paradox ✨) This episode is an invitation — to breathe, to soften, to stop attacking your goals, and instead commit to what matters. No resolutions required. Key Takeaways Why January is better for reflection than reinvention How creativity can calm anxiety and clarify decision-making The real meaning behind "Don't Cut Your Own Bangs" Why we're not as alone as we think (and why that matters) How slowing down can change your experience of time and overwhelm Quotes to Remember "You don't need to start from scratch. You're allowed to carry yourself forward." "If it isn't joy, it isn't right." "We are not unique in the things we fear — and thank God for that." A Note Before You Go If this episode made you feel a little more grounded, a little less alone, or helped you exhale — please rate, review, and subscribe. It's how this podcast continues to grow and reach people who need it. And if a friend popped into your mind while listening, share it with them. The best things in life are shared. You can email me questions for the podcast at danielle@danielleireland.com - subject line (Bangs).
Glam rock was a musical movement that originated in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s. It was characterized by its flamboyant style, which included glitter, platform shoes, and outrageous clothing and makeup. In a music-packed interview, Simon Reynolds, author of "Shock and Awe: The Legacy of Glam Rock," explains the rise of glam.

Ophira's first book, Screw Everyone: Sleeping My Way to Monogamy (Seal Press), is a comedic memoir about her experiments in the field as a single woman, traveling from futon to futon and flask-to-flask, gathering data, hoping to put it all together and build her own perfect Frankenmate. It was optioned for a feature film. She is also sought after as a brilliant interviewer and moderator, and has interviewed dozens of celebrities, writers, and actors including Neil Gaiman at New York's Town Hall; Jane Curtain, Anne Beatts, Heather Gardner, Sudi Green, Alysia Reiner, Jeanne Tripplehorn, David Crane, Jeffrey Klerik at The Nantucket Film Festival; Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Daniel Levy and Annie Murphy at the 92nd Street Y; and Nell Scovell and Sloane Crosley at The Mark Twain House. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Ophira graduated with a Cultural Anthropology and Theater degree from McGill University. She now lives in Brooklyn, NY where she is a fixture at New York City's comedy clubs including the Comedy Cellar, Gotham Comedy Club, New York Comedy Club and Carolines, as well as Brooklyn's famed performance venues The Bell House, Union Hall, and Littlefield. She resides with her husband and son where she can regularly be seen drinking a ton of coffee.

Today we review the fourth studio album from Steven's favorite band THE AIRBORNE TOXIC EVENT, 2015's 'Dope Machines'! This amazing rock band with orchestral elements and poetic lyrics opened themselves up to new adventures with the synth-heavy new album and we enjoy a deep dive into the music and meaning. Come back on Friday for PART 2 of this episode where we review THE AIRBORNE TOXIC EVENT's fifth studio album ‘Songs of God and Whiskey' which was released as a secret second new album along with ‘Dope Machines' back in 2015! Erika and Paul have covered a lot of films on this podcast…films they loved, films they hated, films upon which there will never be agreement betwixt them. However, every once in a while, a film comes along that they both are so unabashedly delighted by that they devolve into their base selves. This is our way of telling you to beware…beyond this point lies some of the worst Australian accent work in the audio medium.
