My biggest takeaways from the last few years are simple… In 2020, I realized the downside of fixating on things beyond my control. 2021 was all about thinking bigger and expanding my horizons. 2022 brought a game-changer: I didn't need to be the expert in everything; hiring specialists was the key. Fast forward to 2023, when RaiseMasters soared to over 650 members. Amid remarkable opportunities, I faced a crucial decision with my course, Fund of Funds Mastery, priced at $3,997. Despite its revenue potential, the opportunity cost of distraction was too high. So, I did something seemingly crazy—gave it away for free. The big lesson of 2023? Understanding a new level of opportunity cost, especially as distractions become pricier at higher entrepreneurial levels. The takeaway? Go all-in on one thing; focused dedication sets you apart, ensuring victory in a world full of distractions.
