We start Part 2 of our show with the amazing Scott Goldstein with him telling us about Megan from the TV Show Rock of love, who had been the star of her own Show called Megan wants a Millionaire and how unfortunate it was that a contestant on the show ended up murdering his wife and her body was found cut up in a suitcase - even though this had nothing to do with the show at all. The fact that he was on the show really changed the Chandra of dating shows from then on. Scott says that these shows were rating higher than network primetime shows. Flavour of Love was one of them. Scott talks about the future of Reality TV and how everything is changing with all the streamers coming into the platform. He says that The Kardashians are bringing in massive numbers on their new HULU Show. He says everyone is trying to figure out what to do next. Then we learn about how truly difficult his job as a Casting Director is - there is a ton of pressure - you work on 10 shows at the same time - the odds of selling something is 1 out of 100 - it is no easy task byany means. He develops shows and casts. We ask him if people thank him when he gets them on a show - his response is hilarious. We ask him what has been the most rewarding experience he has ever had and he tells us the show "BEAUTY AND THE GEEK" where he saw real transformations and how amazing that was. The worst moment of history was the girl on Flavour of Love who pooped in her pants. He says that TV is very powerful and can make peoples biggest dreams come true - he says there is a massive difference of gaining a following online vs being on Television. Scott talks about Charli D'Amelio and her family who now have their own show on Hulu but that you have to have something really special to get to that level. He says reality TV is all about personality. Influencers usually take pictures but very few have an actual personality. He says that is a huge difference and that is why there are actors and there are models. Personality on Reality TV is THE MOST IMPORTANT.QUESTION OF THE DAY: What do you think of wives that don't work and are getting an allowance from their husbands? This segment became super fun with talk about Adam Levine - and Only Fans.We end the show with Scott telling Marcella that when she is REALLY READY TO SETTLE DOWN to contact him and he promises to find her a guy Heart Eyes. Stay tuned for that Stuck out tongue closed eyeshttps://www.instagram.com/castingscott/https://www.instagram.com/snappyblonde/https://www.instagram.com/themaneaddict/

We find out how Scott got into the industry and how working on Deal or No Deal for 3 years changed everything for him. He worked with Howie Mandell and Megan Markle. He travelled the country where 8000 people would show up to audition. They got to change some peoples lives by giving them $ 1,000.000.He tells us that if you win on THE PRICE IS RIGHT you have to pay taxes on all the prizes. We share the story of Scott's amazing proposal to his beautiful wife Adrian on the Steve Harvey Show and he tells us the truth what really happened, the scheme he had to come up with andall the behind the scenes details. Scott's wife opened the Mane Addict hair salon during Covid and is one block from Rodeo Drive. We talk about the San Francisco 49ers the curse of the Dallas Cowboys and of course Jimmy GQ Garappolo. Scott worked with Bob Saget on the American Game show 1 vs 100 and he says that Bob Saget was one of the nicest people he has ever had the pleasure working with. He says that Bob was the ultimate professional and would shake every crew members hand every single night thanking them. Scott has worked with a lot of people, but Bob Saget was the onlyone to ever do that. Then he tells a hilarious story about Bob Saget when he would work on his risque stand up comedy in between commercial breaks. The most popular show he has put together recently is "Hotties" on Hulu. "MARCELLA IS SINGLE" Scott has a heart to heart conversation with Marcella and this is absolutely hilarious - Do not miss it. Then Cruz and Scott are plotting how to make a dating show on the podcast with Marcella. Then Scott asks Marcella some "REAL QUESTIONS". :) Scott met his wife on the JDate dating app, which is a Jewish dating site. We talk about Scott's exciting life, going to red carpet events and we hope that Reality TV will be able to win awards just like the scripted shows do. Scott shares 2 of his favorite casting stories - one for the show "AGE OF LOVE" and one for the show "FLAVOR OF LOVE". Both stories are unbelievable. WOW. Stay tuned to Part 2 ........

The panel for the July NAIOP breakfast consisted of experts that discussed the issue of land in Nevada. They provided insight on Las Vegas' LANDscape and what southern Nevada can expect as we continue to develop. NAIOP July Speakers The panelists included: • Scott Goldstein, Managing Partner, Prospect Street • K Roohani, Owner, Seven Valleys Realty & Construction Our moderator that morning was Kevin Higgins, SIOR, executive vice president of CBRE, and longtime NAIOP Southern Nevada trailblazer. We had to do an episode because Nooch was available and had stuff to talk about (UConn guards taken by Michael Jordan) but also because the cubs just cut the heart out of their team and threw it on the floor. and we have a cubs season ticket holder and lifetime fan (Scott Goldstein) to tell us how horrible it feels. Also our baseball history expert, my bro, here to show off his many hats, which is unfortunate for a podcast. Finally we get to how horrible the lakers are and a tiny bit of NBA draft talk AND We talk about the competition in Tokyo that we won't mention so we don't get sued.
