It's not glamorous. It's not about the highlight reel you post on Instagram. It's about showing up every single day, putting in the reps, and doing the hard shit that nobody else wants to do. It's waking up when you don't feel like it. It's making the calls when you're tired. It's sticking to the plan when the results haven't shown up yet.Execution is what builds greatness. It's the grind. It's laying one brick perfectly today, then another one tomorrow, and then another. Before you know it, you've built a wall that no one can tear down. That's what execution does—it compounds. Every small action, every little step, every disciplined decision adds up.But here's the thing: Execution requires grit.
