Get Season Two of Pillow Talk HERE: https://pillowtalkpod.com"Who let me talk on television!?" ponders Christi. Though now with a whole new Elite Team of moms she certainly won't have to worry about saying the worst possible thing this week! Yes Abby has finally assembled her Junior Elite Team including: Sarah Hunt and mom Christy, Ava Cota and mom Jeanette, Jade Cloud and mom Loree, Sarah Reasons and mom Tracey, Tealynn (Tea) Adamson and mom Tami, and Kamryn Beck and mom Jodi. Joining them will be Maddie, because Abby is determined for the new team to dominate and Maddie can't lose.Tensions flare up quickly, though in an unlikely turn of events it's Kalani who comes out against the moms. As it turns out she has some history with Tracy and Sarah, referring to them as Arizona trash. Before things get too out of hand, Abby begins to pair off the new girls with the OG girls. This way each division gets two ALDC competitors and she can force the girls to compete against one another. The pairs are Chloe/Kamryn, Ava/Kendall, Nia/Sarah R, Tea+Sarah H/Mackenzie, and Kalani/Jade.With a competition in Ohio just around the corner it's time to get all the numbers in shape. But will the new moms manage to get along while the girls are hard at work? Well if you're Christy (with a Y) you can always call on the Lord to rebuke those moms you don't get along with. As Holly points out, Abby's perfect team is already not quite working.Quotes“Are you drinking anything interesting? Tea with MiraLAX in it... because I'm supposed to go to the bathroom. That's my cocktail for the day! How far we have fallen Kell." (13:03-13:20 | Christi & Kelly)“Absolutely, she wanted to get rid of our girls. But I think she would have rather just replaced them than have a second team.” (20:51-20:056 | Christi)“If she has that bad of posture and she needs to be in a back brace, why did you pick her for the select team?" (50:16-50:22 | Kelly)“This is what I don't like when they bring new people in. Everybody is trying really hard to like start controversy. And there's no substance to it." How to Build an Elite Team for Your Business Your Batman needs an Alfred Episode 232 (Jackson is based in San Antonio, Texas) In this conversation with Jackson Calame we explore the keys to building a first-class business and the foundational principles for entrepreneurial success." Why first-class service is non-negotiable for thriving businesses. The hidden power of infrastructure and why it's often overlooked by entrepreneurs. How to transition from solopreneur to team leader and scale effectively. The critical role of assembling the right team and identifying visionary traits in business partners. The importance of ethics and authenticity in sustainable business growth. The combine approach to selecting elite talent, inspired by professional sports. Balancing efficiency with customer experience to create raving fans. Why relying solely on automation and AI can be risky without a clear communication strategy. Aligning personal values with business goals to create meaningful success. How intentional messaging and clear communication set businesses apart from competitors. ----- About our guest, Jackson Calame: Jackson teaches visionary entrepreneurs how to unlock sustainable revenue growth and expand their legacy by becoming a Power Brand in their market. 96% of businesses fail within the first 10 years. Jackson teaches businesses, not only how to avoid failure, but how to win, by becoming a true leader in their market. You are invited to attend the Power Launch Webinar. https://go.firstclassbusiness.io/power-launch-webinar ----- Excerpts from this conversation with Jackson Calame: Jackson, let's talk about what first class business does for entrepreneurs that entrepreneurs fail to do for themselves. Where do you start? Absolutely. Well, come out hitting hard and heavy. So our tagline on our website may make a lot of you laugh in a good and appreciative way. It says, Hey, Batman, let us be your Alfred, right? And what does that mean? That means one, we want to work with superheroes, people who are contenders in the market, not pretenders. We also want to come in and provide all of that back end infrastructure that often gets overlooked, maintaining the house, maintaining the balance, making sure that the schedules are operating efficiently, making sure Batman doesn't go out there and die when I was just trying to save the world. There's so many things that need to be done in order to truly help somebody scale and have a proper balance and serve their market and be there for the family and the whole it's a lot so many entrepreneurs either take that for granted on one side, and we've got to stop doing that if we really want to build. Or on the other side, if you're the Batman listening into that right now and you're like, oh my gosh, I need that act on it, you know, start looking for who is going to help you build that really unsexy, boring thing that almost no podcasts talk about, called infrastructure, truly that simple infrastructure ----- First Class business means that we literally cannot provide a second class service. Our clients won't accept it. ----- ----more---- Your Intended Message is the podcast about how you can boost your career and business success by honing your communication skills. We'll examine the aspects of how we communicate one-to-one, one to few and one to many – plus that important conversation, one to self. In these interviews we will explore presentation skills, public speaking, conversation, persuasion, negotiation, sales conversations, marketing, team meetings, social media, branding, self talk and more. "I want to reach the goals that I know I'm capable of reaching. It's going to require me to do things I have not done in the past. I feel like I just kept doing the same thing over and over in the past where I'm just coming top three, top four, top five. Sometimes I was satisfied with that. But I think if you want to be a champion, you can't be satisfied with that." Ahmed Muhamed of NAZ Elite sits down with us for a live interview after winning the 2024 Abbott Dash To The Finish Line 5K in 13:38. "It's what kept me going. It also drove me crazy at times, but I think it is what kept me in the sport, kept me pushing " - Eva Goodisson, Professional Triathlete. Eva represents New Zealand in Triathlon, currently gearing up for the Rome World Cup this Saturday Oct 5th. Starting out as a competitive swimmer and seeing success as a teen, Eva took an opportunity to run D1 Track at UC Davis in California USA, and is now is bringing all her skills together as an elite triathlete. Graduating in 2021, she went full throttle into her pro-athlete pursuit. It paid off when she got a spot as Reserve for the Commonwealth Games that same year, was introduced to the Elite Team, and propelled into competing on the world circuit. When a neural back injury came out of no where during a routine gym session just after her best placing, Eva began a tough two-year recovery journey which saw her strengthen her mind in ways never before anticipated. 2024 has seen her truly excel in her competitions already, and it is a gift to learn how she managed to navigate that time. Some wisdom Eva took away from her time in California, was that a diverse life full with multiple areas of focus away from sport, made her a better athlete. Balance is key. The MAC team at Kent State travels to Happy Valley this weekend to play the Nittany Lions at Beaver Stadium, and we're discussing the important aspects of last week's bye and this week's game on the BWI Live Show. Join us at 10 a.m. on YouTube to participate in the hour-long discussion, or check it out on replay there or embedded in this article. We'll also discuss the team's recruiting efforts from this past weekend, James Franklin's weekly press conference from Monday, and your questions to end the show in the BWI Mailbag. The best way to get the most out of your Blue White Illustrated subscription is to join our YouTube page. Fitz's recruiting updatePenn State football used the bye week to do some traveling and recruiting, which our reporters documented this weekend. BWI recruiting expert Sean Fitz will discuss Franklin's travels and which stops are meaningful. The On300 update for the Class of 2025 dropped yesterday and several Penn State prospects made moves in the rankings for the top 300 players. Fitz will discuss what's important to know and where you can find more information. We'll also preview his deep dive into offensive lineman Michael Troutman. Troutman is a little-discussed commit in the Class of 2025 that Fitz will educate fans about on today's show. Between the LinesFranklin spoke with reporters for roughly 40 minutes on Monday to kick off the team's game week against Kent State. Our Penn State reporters were there and will discuss the meaning behind some of Franklin's most interesting answers. What's the injury status of KJ Winston? Is Franklin more open about injuries this year? We'll dive into those topic and more. Penn State vs. Kent State preview and MailbagThe game this weekend is a tough one to discuss because of the nature of the team's opponent. Unlike Bowling Green, which showed before the game earlier this year that it would be a quality test, Kent State has put up very poor showings so far. We'll discuss how to talk about this game, what is critical for a successful weekend, and more. Today's BWI Mailbag questions also deal with that topic. Which players should fans be excited to see this weekend? We'll discuss that, and preview which young players might make an impact on the back end of the 2024 schedule. #PennState #NittanyLions JOIN Blue White Illustrated: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/join/?plan=annualSUBSCRIBE to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube and enable alerts - new highlights and videos uploaded regularly: https://www.youtube.com/c/bluewhiteillustratedvideo?sub_confirmationGet the 2024 Penn State Football Preview Magazine at https://bit.ly/PSU24PreviewBookmark our homepage: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/Subscribe to BWI Magazine and Newsletters: https://bluewhiteonline.com Download our podcasts: https://cms.megaphone.fm/channel/LRL3155877513?selected=DSVV2664982394Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BlueWhiteIllustrated/Follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/PennStateOn3Sound effects obtained from https://www.zapsplat.comPenn State's Big Ten Schedule Is Around The Corner | Final Adjustments vs. Kent State–Kevin Brown–Inside the Den podcast–Delivering mags–testing setup–No article this afternoon

-Jake saw the question posed on Twitter yesterday and was curious about the responses. Based on what he saw, the lean was more to transfer portal signings than it was to recruiting classes-It makes you wonder what the elite coaches and teams think about the question. If you asked Nick Saban, how would he respond to that question?-Again, we know both are important, but what is MORE important to becoming elite of the 2?-Show sponsored by GANA TRUCKINGAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Dr. Jim tells us what modern sales leaders can do to attract, retain and develop more talent and how a shift in mindset has to happen for that to be achievable. Jim will also share the kind of conversations leaders should have with their teams to create more commitment and engagement. Tune for that and so much more in all things sales success. Quotes “Your actual production and your performance as an organization is going to be related to the diversity within the organization” - Jim Kanichirayil “More diverse organizations have better business outcomes than non-diverse organizations” - Jim Kanichirayil “If you do what's right for the customer, what's right for the company, what's right from an ethics perspective, everything else falls in line” - Jim Kanichirayil “A modern seller is a problem solver” - Jim Kanichirayil “If you as a seller orient yourself outward to how you can help your broader customer base solve the problems that they have and be obsessed about the problem, that's actually going to advance everything that you want without you actually overtly advocating for those things” - Jim Kanichirayil “You should be hiring with the mindset of hiring a replacement” - Jim Kanichirayil “Never be afraid of people that are better than you because that's the only way that you're actually gonna get better” - Jim Kanichirayil “Don't be afraid of being wrong because that's actually where your leaps of innovation happen versus just getting the right answer” - Jim Kanichirayil Learn More About Jim Kanichirayil in the Links Below: LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/drjimk (https://www.linkedin.com/in/drjimk) Website - https://circaworks.com/ (https://circaworks.com/) Jim's Podcast - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/cascading-leadership-the-show/id1609547560 (https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/cascading-leadership-the-show/id1609547560) Connect with Wesleyne Greer: Wesleyne's Website - https://transformedsales.com/ Wesleyne on LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/wesleynegreer/ Wesleyne on Facebook - https://web.facebook.com/wesleynegreer Wesleyne on Twitter - https://twitter.com/wesleynegreer Email Her at WGreer@TransformedSales.com
