Today is World Mental Health Day and I decided to record a spontaneous episode last night for this topic. I really started to notice that I had anxiety in high school and it has definitely continued into my adult life. Even though this is a pretty vulnerable topic, I feel it's important to share. I discuss how I have been feeling mentally the last few weeks. I also shared some past clips from episodes where my guests have spoken out about mental health. Please know that you are not alone if you suffer from depression or anxiety and to always reach out to someone if you are struggling. Your struggles do not define who you are. Thank you for being apart of this community. www.instagram.com/breakingtheicepod
