We  berberine a plant in the episode when CORRECTION - Berberine is a chemical found in some plants like European barberry, goldenseal, goldthread, Oregon grape, phellodendron, and tree turmeric. According to TikTok it is a new wonder plant that will shed the pounds away. We looked at the data and it is not going to do that. Remember anecdotal evidence is the weakest form of evidence so when comment sections are filled with huge claims take them with a pinch of salt.
