We also speak about fertility pills for women and men ( https://belibaby.com/?irclickid=UwcTzkT8jxyLTxPwUx0Mo3EoUkBzi10VNRbRRQ0&irgwc=1 ) , and why you should swap a multi vitamin for fertility vitamins. Joni gives super useful information about the importance of Choline ( https://belibaby.com/?irclickid=UwcTzkT8jxyLTxPwUx0Mo3EoUkBzi10VNRbRRQ0&irgwc=1 ) when trying to conceive and why it is the vital nutrient missing from many prenatals. Beli ( https://belibaby.com/?irclickid=UwcTzkT8jxyLTxPwUx0Mo3EoUkBzi10VNRbRRQ0&irgwc=1 ) not only caters for pre-conception, but they also support pregnancy and post-partum health too. Beli for Women ( https://belibaby.com/?irclickid=w3ew0IVC9xyOTEOwUx0Mo3EHUkBziX1w230Py00&irgwc=1 ) can help to: · Boost fertility for healthy conception · Improve egg quality · Protect baby's brain & spine · Maintain healthy energy throughout pregnancy & postpartum · Support bone density for mama & baby · Help reduce nausea · Support postpartum recovery and breastfeeding When searching for the best male fertility supplements, there are certain aspects to look out for. The Intricacies of Fertility Preservation with the UK's Leading Fertility and Family Lawyer for Modern Families --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- www.louisaghevaertassociates.co.uk ( https://louisaghevaertassociates.co.uk/?gclid=Cj0KCQiA2uH-BRCCARIsAEeef3k2gWHfGiR30gTcvmVPICgnGT4ddodwulOv6EbBp3mmQR97SDBAKucaAocsEALw_wcB ) | @louisaghevaert ( https://www.instagram.com/louisaghevaert/ ) We had a brilliant chat this week with fertility lawyer, Louisa Ghevaert, whose pioneering legal practice has won multiple changes and improvements to law and policy in the UK for fertility patients, parents, children and families. Listen below as we hear about why people preserve their fertility and some of the heart-wrenching fertility preservation cases she has dealt with. We discuss how the demand for fertility preservation (egg freezing) has increased due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the impact this has had on the fertility treatment sector. Louisa is also in the know on fertility preservation (egg freezing) costs, success rates and she tells us about the legal implications people should think about. We look at 2021 and how some old-fashioned law needs to be updated and how this will affect those looking at surrogacy in the UK, for example. Another hot topic is of course the length of time frozen eggs, sperm and embryos can be kept, especially with Covid fertility treatment delays. If you'd like to discuss your personal situation with Louisa, then feel free to contact her directly here ( https://louisaghevaertassociates.co.uk/?gclid=Cj0KCQiA2uH-BRCCARIsAEeef3k2gWHfGiR30gTcvmVPICgnGT4ddodwulOv6EbBp3mmQR97SDBAKucaAocsEALw_wcB ). Her specialist legal expertise includes: international and UK surrogacy, donor conception, fertility treatment law, posthumous conception, co-parenting and known donor arrangements, adoption, legal parentage, complex assisted reproduction disputes, children and family law disputes, divorce and finances, cohabitation, modern families and international family law. It's a very informative and interesting chat. Clark, MD, MMS, FACOG ( https://babiesafter35.com/shannon-clark-md-mms/ ) *,* a double board certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist in Texas, to discuss the implications of having babies after 35. Dr. Clark has taken a special interest in pregnancy after the age of 35, which according to age alone, is considered a high-risk pregnancy. She was inspired not only by the experiences of friends and patients, but also by her own personal experience of trying to conceive at the age of 40. Dedicated to her education, training and career for 15+ years, Dr. Clark married at the age of 39 and began trying to start her family at age 40. After five failed cycles of IVF, she was able to become pregnant via an egg donor and delivered twins Sydney Renée and Rémy Vaughn in September 2016. Listen as we discuss Dr. Clark's personal story of having babies after 35 via an egg donor and what women should consider when trying to conceive later in life. Dr. Clark also gives her thoughts on celebrities who've had babies after 35 and whether this gives false hope. Common Anxieties & Considerations When Considering Donor Conception ------------------------------------------------------------------- This week we had great pleasure speaking with Author and Therapist, Jana Rapnow. Jana is the author of ‘Three Makes Baby' and has vast experience in supporting couples and individuals who are trying to conceive using donor conception (egg donors, sperm donors and embryo donation). Jana was adopted herself and has an adopted daughter, so it's interesting to hear about her personal experience of alternative family building and the similarities and differences between donor conception and adoption. Navigating donor conception can be a daunting and anxious time, on top of trying to conceive - especially if you're mourning the loss of genetics. Listen below as we discuss common concerns, questions and things to consider when going down the donor conception route: * Anonymous vs open egg donors and sperm donors * Will the child love me? * Will I love the child? * Do we tell the child? * Will the child resent me? * Telling friends and family * Resources & support available * Parenting a donor conceived child Having sperm donor conceived children myself, these are all the things I would have liked to have known more about when starting the process, even now. *Listen in full below or via your favourite Podcast app…* --------------------------------------------------------- *Simply click ‘view in browser' on the image below or listen via any of the following podcast apps:* Apple ( https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/fertility-spingboard/id1500594001 ) | Spotify ( https://open.spotify.com/show/4eZopwNZckAuEbVWpq0yAm?si=wdO1ieTNQfmRWwER4rjRSg ) | Soundcloud ( https://soundcloud.com/fertility-springboard )

Just in the UK alone, a shocking 60,000 babies are born prematurely each year, accordingly to Tommy's Charity ( https://www.tommys.org/our-organisation/our-research/pregnancy-loss-statistics#:~:text=Around%2060,000%20babies%20are%20born,loss%20during%20pregnancy%20or%20birth. ) and it's estimated that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in baby loss during pregnancy or birth. Raising baby loss and miscarriage awareness is a massive part of the trying to conceive community and for this reason, we share stories of loss frequently on Fertility Help Hub, so that others can realise they're not alone in their feelings, suffering and grief. One wellness blogger who caught our attention for her voice and honesty on this subject matter, is Linny from @linspired.living ( https://www.instagram.com/linspired.living/ ). Linny is a marriage therapist from LA, California, who openly talks about her personal experience of recurrent miscarriage. Listen to this episode below, as we talk about Linny's personal journey, including: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * How common miscarriage is * The chances of miscarriage and recurrent miscarriage (more than one baby loss) * Signs and symptoms of her miscarriages * Causes of her recurrent miscarriages * Miscarriage / recurrent miscarriage tests, investigations and treatments available Linny has words of encouragement and hope which will inspire anyone trying to conceive.
