Listeners of Kinjaz PodKast that love the show mention:The Kinjaz PodKast is an incredible podcast that has had a significant impact on my life. As a fan of the Kinjaz since their appearance on ABDC Season 3, I was thrilled to discover that they had started their own podcast. Despite not being a dancer, not being Asian, and not living in California, I have found so much inspiration and connection through following the activities of the Kinjaz and listening to their podcast. It has become one of my biggest influences and has taught me valuable life lessons.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the chemistry between hosts Ben and Ant. They complement each other well and create a relaxed and authentic atmosphere for their guests to share freely. I appreciate that they allow the conversations to wander wherever they may go, resulting in real, authentic conversations about various aspects of life. The topics discussed on this podcast can sometimes be heavy, but it is refreshing to hear grown adults engaging in meaningful discussions.
The guests on this podcast are equally insightful and entertaining. I love that they come from different backgrounds and industries, providing a diverse range of perspectives. The hosts make sure to make their guests feel comfortable, resulting in high-quality exchanges filled with wisdom, humor, and touching moments.
While there aren't many negative aspects to this podcast, one area for improvement could be having more variety in terms of guests. While the current lineup is fantastic, it would be interesting to hear from people outside of the dance community as well.
In conclusion, The Kinjaz PodKast is an exceptional podcast that transcends dance and creates a sense of community among its listeners. It provides hope, encouragement, entertainment, comfort, and valuable life lessons. The hosts are skilled at facilitating engaging conversations with their guests while also allowing them room to share openly. I am grateful for this podcast's existence and look forward to what the future holds for The Kinjaz.

We're re-releasing this epsiode from season one in honour of the recent passing of Stephen Boss. Mental health is such an important thing to talk about. If you or someone you know is struggling in any way, please reach out to somebody and know you're not alone. We acknowledge that this episode may be triggering for some people — at the bottom of this page we've added a list of organisations that provide short and long term mental health support services. - Today, we have an OG dance community head Stephen "tWitch" Boss, who came from the grassroots dance community and broke his way into Hollywood. Twitch has done everything from competing on shows like Star Search, The Wade Robson Project, and So You Think Can Dance, and found himself as a runner-up in all those shows. He didn't let the loss from these shows take him off his path to make his mark for dance. He kept pushing, and in doing so found opportunities to venture into other disciplines such as acting and hosting. The gold about Twitch's story is not all the accolades and projects he's been on, but really his sharply focused “WHY.” In this chat, Twitch really breaks down the importance of being honest and true with yourself. He says that at the end of the day, the “hustle” just becomes noise that will never quiet down until you figure out what is authentic to you. This couch conversation goes deep and hits home in the realest way. - UK: Mind have a list of 24/7 mental health crisis hotlines: https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/guides-to-support-and-services/crisis-services/helplines-listening-services/ The Listening Place: https://listeningplace.org.uk/i-need-help/ Local Mind support services: https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/local-minds/ Maytree Suicide Respite Centre: https://www.maytree.org.uk/ SOS Silence of Suicide: https://sossilenceofsuicide.org/talking-suicide/ YoungMinds Crisis Messenger: https://www.youngminds.org.uk/young-person/shout-85258/ Hub of Hope (mental health support database): https://hubofhope.co.uk/ US: Call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988: https://988lifeline.org/ IMAlive at 1-800-784-2433: https://www.imalive.org/ DBSA have an extensive list of hotlines: https://www.dbsalliance.org/crisis/suicide-hotline-helpline-information/ The Jed Foundation: https://jedfoundation.org/ The Trevor Project: https://www.thetrevorproject.org/get-help/ The Veterans Crisis Line: https://www.veteranscrisisline.net/ Samaritans USA: http://www.samaritansusa.org/contact.php Trans Lifeline: https://translifeline.org/
