It has been tough for the past two weeks. I can't say that I've ever seen the world react to a celebrity passing the way we have to the untimely death by suicide of Stephen "tWitch" Boss. Personally, the last two days have given me the gift of a new perspective. I am changed because of it. I see things differently. I will never ask “why” or “how could they do that” again.  Yes we need to de-stigmatize discussions around depression, anxiety and suicide ideation, but it's more than that. We need to educate those of us who don't understand it so we can show up differently.
