Anton passionately believes in the power of personal storytelling to create safe spaces for others, leading him to launch BraveMenTalk, a platform dedicated to reducing depression and suicide rates. His commitment to the cause was further solidified in 2021 when he broke the Guinness World Record by walking 3019 kilometers barefoot along Australia's East coast. This is the first in a series of podcasts that we recorded while we were on tour in the US, where we were having a lot of deep discussions about the evolution of TFC, our current philosophy and approach as well as where we're heading in the future - and so these podcasts are our attempt to distill all of that into a digestible conversation that you can tune into. We figured, what better place to start than with our core values which essentially guide everything that we do and also bind us together both as a team within our company and as a broader collective. We've been delving into the meaning of these values for the best part of a year since we identified them in November 2022 and have realised how deep each topic can go as well as how interrelated they all are. So this is our first attempt at communicating that officially and somewhat concisely which was a really helpful process for us to go through and we hope that you find value in the discussion as well - we'd love to hear your feedback on what resonated with you and any questions you might have about the concepts so that we can elaborate in future episodes. They talk about natural footwear, restoring function at the feet and how her current approach is based on education instead of orthotics.
