    We are still pinching ourselves that we had the honor of speaking with Suzanne Stabile! This conversation is filled with grace, truth, love, and wisdom as we are all figuring out how to live in such a divided society. As an internationally recognized Enneagram Master, Suzanne has conducted over 500 Enneagram workshops over the past 30 years. She has spoken to College audiences that include Baylor and Drury Universities, Hendrix College, Perkins School of Theology (SMU) and Brite Divinity School (TCU), Formation Gathering 2017 (Harvard Divinity School), Pepperdine Bible Lectures 2017, Seminary of the Southwest, hundreds of churches across America including First Baptist Austin, Highland Park United Methodist, Dallas, First Congregational Church, L.A., Otter Creek Church, Nashville, First Baptist Church, Portland, and teaches in the Baylor Health Care System, in Dallas, in both the Cancer and Transplant Hospitals. Additionally, she has taught at Richard Rohr's Center for Action and Contemplation and has been a speaker for Conferences offered by the CAC. She taught with Father Rohr to an international audience in Assisi, Italy, on The Enneagram and Paradox. Other events Suzanne has spoken at include The North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church, Christianity 21, The Festival of Courage and Faith in Greenwich CT, the Emerging Christianity and Telemachus Conferences, the Southwest Regional Gathering of the Disciples of Christ, Laity Lodge and The Apprentice Gathering. Suzanne received her B.S. in Social Sciences from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she also completed additional graduate work in the Schools of Sociology and Theology. She has served as a high school professor, the first women's basketball coach at SMU after Title IX, and as the founding Director of Shared Housing, a social service agency in Dallas. When she is not on the road teaching and lecturing, Suzanne is at home in Dallas, Texas with her husband Rev. Joseph Stabile, a United Methodist pastor with whom she co-founded Life in the Trinity Ministry and the Micah Center. She is the mother of four children and grandmother of nine: Will, Noah, Sam, Gracie, Elle, Joley, Jase, Piper, and Josie.

She attends New York University for Film and TV where she is studying to be a television screenwriter. Dani Wilson is a creative compassionate who tries to see and expose the light in the world and our connections to one another. They are a transmasculine nonbinary person who identifies as bisexual and holds a graduate degree in public health from Saint Louis University. These things, along with their history of attempting to fight for the places of the underprivileged in their former church community, have fostered a lifelong passion for fighting for the disadvantaged and overlooked. Currently, Dani works as a research specialist at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health and focuses their energy on engagement with youth and other underserved populations.

Joani and her husband pastored at a West County Church in St. Louis for 18 years. During this time they also led short term mission trips around the world with teams from their church. In 2004 the Lord opened their eyes to what was happening in the city of St. Louis Refugees from the wars going on in the Middle East and Africa were pouring into our city only 20 minutes from their house. After visiting with some of these families their needs were pretty evident. The Lord directed them to leave their positions at the church. By miraculous intervention they bought a building in South City by Bevo Mill in 2006 and started reaching out and loving and helping the new refugees that were coming into the city. Some of the help Oasis provides: furniture, household items, clothing, baby showers for new moms, English and Citizenship classes, monthly community BBQ's, help in finding jobs, utility and rental assistance, good neighbor program. Since January 2024, 820 families have walked into Oasis for some kind of assistance, 183 families from 33 countries received furniture or household items. Aseel Thamer and her family are refugees from Iraq and now proud citizens of the United States. She met Joani through Oasis and now works for them and for Youth in Need, all in St. Louis. Larissa Malone, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Social and Cultural Foundations of Education in the Watson College of Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Before joining UNCW, she was an Associate Professor and Chair of the Teacher Education Department at the University of Southern Maine and an Assistant Professor at Greenville University. Dr. Malone earned a doctorate in Cultural Foundations of Education at Kent State University, a MA in Education from Walsh University, and a BA in International Studies from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Malone also holds a primary teacher certification from the American Montessori Internationale and taught early childhood and early elementary grades, as well as served as an administrator in a bilingual community-based school, before joining the ranks of higher education. Dr. Malone's research centers on the minoritized experience in schooling, inclusive of students, parents, and teachers, and has published in The Journal of Negro Education, Educational Studies, and The Journal of Critical Race Inquiry. She is particularly interested in the intersection of education, race, and tangential disciplines, such as religion, geography, social reproduction, critical race followership, and critical race mothering. Dr. Malone founded Maine Black Educators Collective, a grant-funded organization that holds the mission of supporting Black educators through educational opportunities, social-emotional connection, and advocacy, and received the inaugural Maine Education Association's 2022 Human and Civil Rights Award for this initiative, as well as grants from the National Education Association Foundation, Maine Initiative's Grants for Change, and the Nellie Mae Education Foundation. Dr. Malone's greatest joys are spending time with her family, playing/watching tennis, reading, and politics. Anna's escape at 13 led her on a lifelong healing journey from the trauma she endured, and she opens up about the hardships and blessings of walking it. Survivor of a violent, polygamist cult; Author of The Polygamist's Daughter: A Memoir (Tyndale, 2017); subject of the recently released 5-episode Hulu documentary called, "Daughters of the Cult." Empty nester + Mother of five grown children and Yaya to one grandchild. Currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Christian Spiritual Formation and Leadership through Friends University (graduation is soon! May 2024); then immediately jumping into a Doctor of Ministry in Formation and Soul Care, also at Friends. She is 55 years old, and only 29 years into her healing journey. Studying the Enneagram helped her immensely (I'm a 2w3--embracing the 1 wing as needed) and she loves Internal Family Systems therapy most of all. She loves helping those who have experienced any kind of childhood developmental trauma or abuse, but especially any kind of religious trauma or spiritual abuse.
