Autumn's story is so inspiring. She suffered from debilitating digestive issues and crippling anxiety for most of her life. After specialist told her nothing could be done, but as one final attempt at a life free of health issues, Autumn decided to harness the power of whole foods. In this episode we talk about all the changes she made that helped heal her IBS symptoms in 30 days.
