On the todays Zero Limits Podcast I chat with Jamie Hull, motivational speaker, adventurer and former 21 SAS British Army Reservist.Whilst training for his private pilot's licence in 2007, Jamie's aircraft caught fire forcing him to make an emergency landing. With the cockpit in flames and the plane descending, death appeared imminent. Yet against the odds, he remained calm and escaped via the only way possible: by climbing onto the wing of the aircraft. When the aircraft was only twenty feet from the ground, he jumped. Jamie's aircraft crashed and exploded only sixty feet from him.Jamie was rescued by a passer-by and rushed to hospital, where he remained in intensive care for six months followed by another six months in a coma. He had a total of 60% third-degree burns to his body and hopes of survival were slim. During this time, he suffered renal failure, underwent kidney dialysis and suffered from pneumonia and septicaemia.Since the accident, Jamie has undergone over fifty operations. Through mental strength and determination, Jamie has rebuilt his life and gone on to inspire thousands with his resilience. www.3zeroscoffee.com.auInstargram @3zeroscoffee Discount Code 3ZLimits Website - www.zerolimitspodcast.comInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/zero.limits.podcast/?hl=enHost - Matty Morris www.instagram.com/matty.m.morrisSponsorsGatorz Australia - www.gatorzaustralia.com15% Discount Code - ZERO15(former/current military & first responders 20% discount to order please email orders@gatorzaustralia.com.auGetSome Jocko Fuel - www.getsome.com.au10 % Discount Code - ZEROLIMITS

On today's Zero Limits Podcast I chat with Nathan Bolton former Sapper from the Special Operation Engineer Regiment and Author of Trigger Warning: A Special Operations Engineer in AfghanistanBefore enlisting into the Australian Defence Force Nathan worked in the mines, worked on the oil rigs, was a volunteer firefighter with the Country Fire Service, and then enlisted into the army reserves as an engineer however during Kapooka he transferred to the regular army. After joining the Army, Nathan was posted to 1 Combat Engineer Regiment in Darwin, however a few months later he was posted to the Special Operations Engineer Regiment based out of Holsworthy in Sydney between 2009 and 2014. In 2010 and 2012, Nathan deployed to Afghanistan as part of the Special Operations Task Group supporting the 2nd Command Regiment. Nathan found himself involved in multiple situations, from having his vehicle blown up, being pinned down by enemy gunfire, laying on top of IED's, and more.Trigger Warning is a story of success, triumph, trauma and overcoming. This is the story of a former Special Operations Engineer as he worked relentlessly to rekindle his life after the war. Having worked alongside Australia's Special Forces, he discusses in great detail, the exploits that he was tasked to perform as an engineer during his multiple tours to Afghanistan, during some of the roughest years of the war. However, this tale is something more, as it is also a human story, of a son chasing his father's approval, the challenges of growing up in a shadow, and one man's unrelenting drive to make peace with the demons that followed him home. www.3zeroscoffee.com.auInstargram @3zeroscoffee Discount Code 3ZLimits Website - www.zerolimitspodcast.comInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/zero.limits.podcast/?hl=enHost - Matty Morris www.instagram.com/matty.m.morrisSponsorsGatorz Australia - www.gatorzaustralia.com15% Discount Code - ZERO15(former/current military & first responders 20% discount to order please email orders@gatorzaustralia.com.auGetSome Jocko Fuel - www.getsome.com.au10 % Discount Code - ZEROLIMITS

Send us a textOn today's Zero Limits Podcast I chat with Yahya Mahamid Israel Defense Force.Yahya Mahamid is an Israeli-Arab Zionist and was born in Umm Al Fahm, an Arab city in northern Israel, Yahya had an Arab upbringing.Like many vocal anti-Zionist activists, he was indoctrinated from childhood to hate Jews and deny Israel's statehood. However, Yahya began to have regular interactions with “everyday” Israelis which challenged the negative views he had been encouraged to develop. After realizing that he had been intentionally misled, he decided to do everything within his power to combat the negative stereotypes and demonization of Israel.Yahya served two years in the IDF in the infantry, then as a shooting instructor and a disciplinary officer. After his service, he was asked to participate in a special mission. He knew little about the specifics but discovered he would be part of a delegation in Dubai working toward the Abraham Accord, the treaties normalizing diplomatic relations between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco. Yahya is currently a IDF reservist serving the role as an intelligence officer. This lost war in Afghanistan has become the SAS's Vietnam. SAS soldiers, some with as much combat experience as their Anzac forebears from World War I and II, now find themselves fighting on a new battlefield – a war for their legacies. Maligned, scapegoated, and callously discarded by their own leadership, the men of the SASR have suffered in silence until now. With your help, a small group of highly respected SASR veterans will embark on a mission of national importance. The aim: to produce a documentary that lays bare the human dimension of this war and its impact on those who did the heaviest lifting.Donate below to help get this documentary completedhttps://the-wandering-warriors.giveeasy.org/bravery-and-betrayalwww.getsome.com.auInstagram @getsome_auDiscount Code ZEROLIMITS www.3zeroscoffee.com.auInstargram @3zeroscoffee Discount Code 3ZLimits Website - www.zerolimitspodcast.comInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/zero.limits.podcast/?hl=en
