Tune Tuesday with Poco. Then - more on the debt ceiling with sound from CBS and CO Congressman Ken Buck. 2023 is shaping up to be a big year for Able Shepherd. The building expansion is just about underway with a potential building lined up and plans for design already complete. Several new courses including breacher will be making their way to those who are in level 4. Why breaching? If there is a solid door between stopping you from protecting those you love wouldn't you want the ability to position yourself between the threat and the package? That's why! The most exciting thing though to come is the Men's Mission 2023. A Mission to help men define what a man is and have an encounter with God that will forever change their life!
Where are you going when you die? Have you ever thought about it? Have you ever thought about where the people around you will go when they leave this earth? Jimmy and BK get into a deep discussion about the burden and pain of realizing their loved one's don't know Jesus. Jimmy has been convicted, and desires, that Able Shepherd would transition from a Christ-Centered business to a CHRIST-FIRST business. In this episode, it's clear that God is really working on Jimmy's heart in a new way. Share this episode with those you love and pray about being a part of the vision and mission God has placed on Jimmy's heart. www.ableshepherd.com info@ableshepherd.com

God is expanding the mission and vision of Able Shepherd. What started out as Duty To Act ten years ago, God has turned into a movement. A family and community that expands from the west coast to the east coast. In part two of this episode we look at two Able Shepherd's, men who have felt a burden and calling to take the community Jimmy has built and start to build their own in Montana and Maine. How can we continue to expand what Able Shepherd is doing and equip more communities?
Nick Higgins, Able Shepherd #075, and Jason Campbell, Able Shepherd #086 share how God is positioning them in their own communities to use the capabilities and skills acquired through their training with Able Shepherd. Nick and Jason both heard about Able Shepherd through the Mike Seeklander Podcast and knew that they needed to be a part of this community. Jimmy also shares the convictions that God has been putting on his heart to move from a CHRIST-CENTERED company to a CHRIST-FIRST company.
This episode was recorded days after the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Jimmy and Jason Campbell, Able Shepherd #86, discuss what has to change in this world to create a safer place to raise our kids. Able Shepherd is a program that produces a capability that is repeatable to a standard. Meaning as you test out of each phase you are building upon fundamentals that will need to be repeated over and over and to a standard of qualification. Jimmy and Jason do NOT believe their answers are the ONLY solution. But through the training done in the program it is a solution that can yield results and save lives. Who's Jimmy Graham? The Book with Special Guest Tyler Weinischke Tyler Weinischke is in the Able Shepherd program and is working with Jimmy as an editor compiling and organizing Jimmy's voice and written notes resulting in the development of Jimmy's first book. In this podcast Jimmy and Tyler discuss the process and the vision and heart behind the book. The question is asked, What is A Man's Man? What is your response? The question has no easy answer anymore and it's vital we take the time to ponder and figure out a response. As the very fabric which our country was built upon is ripped apart. As Jimmy says we are building higher and higher while simultaneously chipping at the foundation. That is not a sustainable path forward in fact it's the exact opposite and will yield unfortunate results. Who's Jimmy Graham? In preparation for two action packed and exciting adventures to include the Wyoming Backcountry Discovery Route (WY BDR) and the Able Shepherd Benghazi Ride, Jimmy reflects on the importance of living your action adventure. What does it mean to use adventure to capture the hearts of men and women? There is something magical that happens within when you challenge yourself, get outside your comfort zone, pursuing an adventure while developing lifelong memories and friendships. The initial thought and motivation is based on the British television series “Long Way Round”, which eventually led into the planning and execution of “The Ride for Lance” which later was made into a movie and is available on Amazon.com. https://smile.amazon.com/Ride-For-Lance/dp/B09C2J98ZC/ref=sr_1_2?crid=2QG3WOT3B9JVE&keywords=the+ride+for+lance&qid=1666141956&sprefix=the+ride+for+lance%2Caps%2C127&sr=8-2 Since The Ride for Lance, Able Shepherd in conjunction with Able Nation has planned and executed the following adventure rides: 2019 Able Shepherd Lineage Ride 2020 Colorado BDR aka The Ride for Stevie 2021 California BDR 2022 New Mexico BDR 2022 Wyoming BDR 2022 Benghazi Ride (10 year anniversary at the Benghazi Memorial in Big Fork, MT) Stay tuned for an Able Shepherd short film after the Wyoming BDR is completed :-) https://able-nation.org https://protectorculture.com https://ableshepherd.com https://www.facebook.com/ableshepherd/ https://www.instagram.com/ableshepherd/?hl=en https://ridebdr.com

The impact Neil has on the Able Shepherd program, Able-Nation.org, as well as the Stand in the Gap Initiative is immeasurable! When you combine a lifetime of experience with a strong Christian faith and foundation along with a humble and engaging personality that is second to none .. everyone is rewarded personally and professionally by the presence of The Sage. As Neil prepares to relocate from Colorado to Louisiana in the next phase of his life to be closer to his sons and grandchildren, he takes time to reflect and share stories with Jimmy on the development of the Able Shepherd program and the countless memories made along the way. To say Neil has had an impact on every individual he has worked or trained with, to include Jimmy and the Able Shepherd program is a massive understatement. Quite literally we would not be where we are today without the knowledge, experience, guidance and wisdom which Neil has imparted on us all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and best wishes to Neil as he transitions into the next phase. While Neil will continue to be a guiding force, his daily presence, warmth, and generosity will certainly be missed. https://able-nation.org https://protectorculture.com https://ableshepherd.com https://www.facebook.com/ableshepherd/ https://www.instagram.com/ableshepherd/?hl=en https://standinthegapinitiative.com https://standcourageous.com
Jimmy Graham veteran Navy SEAL and Former Protective Officer for the CIA's elite Global Response Staff emphasizes the importance of school safety and creating safe environments for children. As CEO of Able Shepherd, Graham provides active shooter response and violent encounter training for schools, churches, companies, and responsible citizens. Over the years they have developed a 3-D architectural “future schools” model which includes a 30-second response time. With 4 shootings just last night, and another in a school setting this time in LA, the need is only getting stronger. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Very special thank you to Able Shepherd 014 Neil Pinkham...aka The Sage!!! There are no words to describe the impact Neil has on the Able Shepherd and Able-Nation.org efforts, including the countless number of individuals he has positively impacted over the years. You will be missed dearly and congratulations on a well earned retirement. Based on recent feedback from the last podcast, one common request is “give me more .. Jimmy Graham.” Sit back, relax, and enjoy as Jimmy passionately discusses ‘if this is wrong, then this is what right looks like.' With accountability, respect, and honor being out of style—what are you going to do to model the ‘right' behavior? Do you talk a big game, and do nothing? Do you care enough to do something? Do you know what you stand for? If you are not moving the needle towards good, your complaints are no longer heard. What can be done when leaders claim to do what is best for your children, but cut the parents out of the equation? 2022 Elections, the only way to fix this is to start with us (we the people)...then elect representatives who are moral and just. Equity...my kids will be judged by the content of their character not the color of their skin. https://able-nation.org https://protectorculture.com https://ableshepherd.com https://www.facebook.com/ableshepherd/ https://www.instagram.com/ableshepher... https://standinthegapinitiative.com https://standcourageous.com
