On this episode of the podcast, ER physician and healthcare entrepreneur Dr. Ron Elfenbein joins the show to tell a story few Americans have heard from the inside.During the height of COVID-19, Dr. Elfenbein helped source PPE, designed intubation boxes, and worked to distribute monoclonal antibody treatments when hospitals were overwhelmed and options were limited. But after publicly criticizing the Biden Administration's decision to halt monoclonal antibodies and questioning vaccine mandates, Dr. Elfenbein found himself under federal indictment for healthcare fraud — charges stemming from billing disputes he says were selectively and politically pursued. After a grueling trial, a District Court acquitted him due to insufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict. But despite that acquittal, the weaponized Department of Justice has appealed the case, forcing Dr. Elfenbein back into court this August. If you would like to follow Dr. Elfenbein on X you can do so by searching for his handle: @RonElfenbeinMD. He did it without a single shot fired or deployment of a single military vehicle. Donald Trump secured an agreement with NATO on Greenland to guarantee its protection while guaranteeing the United States has access to their resources underground. Of course this is always what it was about and despite European chest-thumping to the contrary, President Trump got his wish. "Street Tough" Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and President Trump absolutely pantsed the elite on stage in Davos yesterday. You'll hear it today. Meanwhile, on Capitol Hill - the political hack, and former federal prosecutor Jack Smith will be testifying once again today and the man with the best summary of the charges against him and the questions that demand answers come from John Soloman and Just The News. Stigall asks one of the best investigative reporters in Washington what's the first, most important question he'd ask in these hearings today. Plus, how does he think AG Bondi is doing in terms of accountability? Big Joe Bastardi from Weatherbell.com joins the show to discuss the predicted snow/ice/cold event set to sweep much of the country this weekend. On this episode of the podcast, Amanda Head is joined by Josh Hammer, Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, Host of The Josh Hammer Show, and Author of “Israel and Civilization,” for a timely conversation on what he calls the rise of “moral blackmail” in America. Drawing from his recent article for Front Page Magazine, Hammer explains how the radical Left increasingly uses intimidation, emotional pressure, and the threat of unrest to force political and cultural compliance rather than winning debates through facts or persuasion. The discussion examines key flashpoints including the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation, the Derek Chauvin trial, post-Dobbs protests, and ongoing unrest in Minneapolis, arguing that mob pressure has been used to undermine due process and the rule of law. Hammer also warns that media disinformation and selective enforcement have fueled public confusion and normalized intimidation tactics.Together, the duo explores what this trend means for free speech, institutional integrity, and the future of the American republic, and whether the country is finally beginning to push back.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

A major education study found teachers give boys lower grades – but only when they know the student is a boy. Researchers from Switzerland compared anonymous national exams with teacher-graded tests and found the bias only appeared when the teacher knew the student was male. When school tests were graded blindly, boys performed as well as or better than girls. The findings suggest that a teacher's sexism against males, not student ability, is a larger factor in lower reported scores for boys and contributes to long term academic gaps that follow young males for the rest of their lives. Raw Egg Nationalist (AKA Charles Cornish-Dale) joins to speak about masculinity and saving boys from biased teachers. On this episode of the podcast, Amanda Head talks with author and The Heritage Foundation's Senior Fellow for Technology Daniel Cochrane to unpack the high-stakes antitrust fight against Facebook (now Meta) and what it reveals about Big Tech's grip on American life. Cochrane breaks down the 2019–2020 antitrust case targeting Meta's acquisitions of Instagram and WhatsApp, explaining why Judge Boasberg ultimately ruled the company wasn't a monopoly due to rising competition from TikTok and YouTube.Cochrane goes deeper, arguing that Meta's real advantage isn't just market share, it's “stickiness," or the way the platform locks users into its ecosystem, harvesting data, shaping behavior, and exerting enormous political influence. He also details reports of collusion with the FBI, Meta's ambitions to break into the Chinese market, and why current antitrust laws are too outdated to rein in today's tech giants. With AI accelerating societal change, especially among young people, Cochrane calls for modernized tech laws and urges listeners to take back control of their privacy by minimizing digital footprints and limiting social media exposure.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

On this episode of the podcast, NetChoice's Director of Policy Patrick Hedger details why they launched a new lawsuit against the State of Virginia for passing a new law that would require minors younger than 16 years of age to undergo age-verification, receive parental consent, and be limited to just one hour per day of use on social media platforms. Hedger argues that this regulation represents a direct assault on free speech and privacy, comparing it to forcing you to read a book only one hour at a time or verifying your identity just to watch a documentary. Hedger contrasts Virginia's approach with similar efforts, such as Texas' SB814 which targeted minors' access to pornographic content, and highlights a worrying trend of regulatory models being adopted from abroad, including the UK's Online Safety Act and the proposed Kids Online Safety Act in Congress.
