In this episode of "Sara Gonzales Unfiltered," Sara and her panel dive into the media's portrayal of Donald Trump's conversation with Tucker Carlson, which was misconstrued to suggest that he called for Liz Cheney's execution. Amplified by figures like Cheney and the Drudge Report, this narrative serves as an example of biased media framing. Sara contrasts this with how conservatives, such as those involved in January 6 or pro-life advocates, face severe treatment, while Trump himself faces 91 indictments. The panel discusses Trump's critique of “radical war hawks” and their support for unnecessary wars, contrasting his America-first policies with those of Kamala Harris and the current administration. They highlight the impact of border policies on U.S. education, with JD Vance's remarks on Michigan's schools emphasizing strained resources nationwide. The guests underscore how policies redirect attention away from American students, exacerbating existing challenges worsened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Attention shifts to President Joe Biden's remarks calling Trump supporters “garbage.” The panel notes the White House's controversial transcript adjustment and emphasizes how Democrats often use extreme rhetoric, labeling conservatives as “Nazis” or “deplorables.” Trump's authenticity is praised for resonating with Americans, contrasting with career politicians like Mitt Romney. The episode concludes with a look at investigations into ActBlue and potential foreign influence from China, Iran, and Russia. The panel calls for vigilance against biased narratives and encourages informed voting to uphold American values. The Washington Post's missteps are humorously noted, reinforcing the show's message of rejecting media manipulation. Sara was joined by Oklahoma State Education Superintendent Ryan Walters and Lieutenant Colonel Allen West, director of the American Constitutional Rights Union. Learn more about your ad choices. A new poll from YouGovAmerica just found large percentages of Americans of both major political parties, Republicans and Democrats alike, believe this country is headed for a civil war and will actually experience one in the next decade. The disagreements fall along the lines of what the warring parties will be; while Republicans largely believe the civil war will pit political party versus political party, Democrats are more likely to see the uprisings as poor versus rich. In the end, though, the result is the same: America, the divided. This is exactly the opposite of what Joe Biden promised during his campaign and early White House days. Where's the unity, Joe? The problem is deeper than politics, though. It's spiritual. It's the battle of principalities, and it's nearing 12th hour time for the country. If Democrats don't stop their anti-American, anti-God insanities, the country will indeed crumble on civil uprising. Lt. Col. Allen West (retired), executive director of the American Constitutional Rights Union, discusses.

Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing international affairs, first offering his opinion on Nancy Pelosi's trip to Taiwan and then the alleged drone death of a big-time Al-Queda leader. Then, Dom reads back a letter from a listener who has some thoughts on the race between John Fetterman and Dr. Mehmet Oz. Then, after introducing the side topic, Giordano tells of a column written by Benjamin Mannes for Broad in Liberty, in which the author spoke with Abington Police Chief Patrick Molloy about the effect that Philadelphia's spike in crime has had on his community and his department's policing. Then, Colonel Allen B. West returns to the Dom Giordano Program to offer his opinion on multiple issues playing out internationally. First, though, Dom asks West for an update on his personal life, with the Colonel telling about a podcast he's launched and his role as the Executive Director of the American Constitutional Rights Union. Then, Giordano asks for West's thoughts on Nancy Pelosi's decision to travel to Taiwan, with both Dom and Allen laying forth the turbulent relationship between the United States and China. Then, Giordano and West move over to the Middle East, with Dom asking for Colonel West's thoughts on the killing of Al-Queda leader al-Zawahri, with West pointing out concerns with the freedom granted to Al-Queda members by the Taliban in charge of Afghanistan. In the run-up to the 2020 elections, American Constitutional Rights Union created an important outreach program to senior citizens and senior residential facilities that brought attention to fraud, voter manipulation, and undue influence in voting by political operatives and facilities staff. QUESTION PRESENTED:This case presents a clear and intractable conflict regarding an important jurisdictional qNew York prohibits its ordinary law-abiding citizens from carrying a handgun outside the home without a license, and it denies licenses to every citizen who fails to convince the state that he or she has “proper cause” to carry a firearm. In District of Columbia v. Heller, this Court held that the Second Amendment protects “the individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation,” 554 U.S. 570, 592 (2008), and in McDonald v. City of Chicago, the Court held that this right “is fully applicable to the States,” 561 U.S. 742, 750 (2010). For more than a decade since then, numerous courts of appeals have squarely divided on this critical question: whether the Second Amendment allows the government to deprive ordinary law-abiding citizens of the right to possess and carry a handgun outside the home. This circuit split is open and acknowledged, and it is squarely presented by this petition, in which the Second Circuit affirmed the constitutionality of a New York regime that prohibits law-abiding individuals from carrying a handgun unless they first demonstrate some form of “proper cause” that distinguishes them from the body of “the people” protected by the Second Amendment. The time has come for this Court to resolve this critical constitutional impasse and reaffirm the citizens' fundamental right to carry a handgun for self-defense. The question presented is: Whether the Second Amendment allows the government to prohibit ordinary lawabiding citizens from carrying handguns outside the home for self- defense.DateProceedings and Orders (key to color coding)Dec 17 2020 | Petition for a writ of certiorari filed.
