The Cycle is a new game from Yager, the creators of Dreadnought. This game is a multiplayer game in which you and up to 3 friends go and complete quests in this foreign planet. Meanwhile, other players are trying to beat you in the game as well. It's a PvPvE game that is bringing some cool, new ideas to the game. We also revisit Wheel of Fortune on the Switch...but it's not as good as we remember on the n64.In the news, COVID-19 is starting to affect upcoming conventions. Companies have backed out of GDC eventually causing it to be postponed. Despite this, PAX East still happened and had some great news from Borderlands, Animal Crossing and more. Rockstar also recently updated their site making us believe they could be working on something new.Our discussion is on the promise of Baldur's Gate 3. They revealed gameplay at a PAX Panel and it was quite the reveal! It's all the best of Divinity Original Sin 2 meets Dungeons and Dragons. We have been dying to start a campaign in Divinity Original Sin 2 and over the week at QuakeCon we dived in. Since then, we've ran a few sessions that have been a ton of fun. We discuss the parallels between this game and Divinity. We also play a new tower game called LEGO Tower from nimblebit. This is the same creators as Tiny Towers with a similar concept, but better graphics and branded for LEGO. It also has a bit more microtransactions than normal :-) In our news, Ninja has quit Twitch and moved over to Mixer exclusively. EA is making a ton of money on live services unfortunately, showing they aren't stopping anytime soon and Shadows of Mordor was once a Batman game! In our discussion this week, we talk all about the multiplayer reveals for Call of Duty Modern Warfare.
