Diablo IV will be launching with early access on June 1st, and normal access on June 5th. Lost Ark Interest and participation in Lost Ark has greatly waned some time ago. Only a handful of people have logged in for the last 6 months. Membership was also greatly reduced through inactivity. The AIE Communitas guild has been evacuated and will be sunsetted. Should interest rekindle over time, we may revisit the game in the future. By week's end this channel will also be archived and discussion for the game can still be done through #nomads New World Similar to our shift of Lost Ark to the Nomads channels, I think we'll be doing the same with these New World channels as well. We'll hold the in-game company for now but may remove old, unplayed characters before long too in order to simplify company management. Let us know if you have any questions. We can always spin things back up and open the section back up in Discord if things get busy. WoW Noob Raid attempted to tackle the final boss in Vault of the Incarnates this week. We were unsuccessful, but will try again next weekend. That's not to say Noob Raid didn't do well! We tackled Broodkeeper for the first time and killed her in very few pulls! In HFO news, the group is continuing progress on Normal Aberrus with two new boss kills this week, making the group 7/9 in normal mode! With all the latest Diablo 4 news and info I feel like this game is made for nobody. There will be a Diablo IV Developer Update live stream about Diablo 4 seasons explained, but I still feel there is so much contradiction in this game. Especially when you start looking at the Diablo 4 endgame gameplay. Anytime there is a Diablo 4 live stream we try to cover it, but the endgame stream didn't really change my confidence in this games approach to all its systems. I believe that both hardcore and casual players will find this game unappealing and I will walk through all the systems and explain why. Diablo IV is an upcoming action role-playing game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment, and is the fourth main installment in the Diablo series. The game was announced on November 1, 2019 at BlizzCon 2019, and is scheduled for release on June 6, 2023. Well, it has officially begun the gaming calendar is getting clustered again and it will remain that way for the foreseeable future as major heavy hitters release alongside indie darlings, and at times, even all on the same day.Dead Island 2 is the first of those, and the long-delayed game has actually seen impressive sales numbers in its first few days and encouraging reviews as well. Can it revitalize the franchise and spawn more sequels out of its early success? Also, another big game releasing soon has a demo, Street Fighter 6, and Marc played it. Marc gives his thoughts on its content and if it leaves him encouraged for the game's release on June 2. Diablo IV is also getting one final beta May 12-14, (which wouldn't you know it, is when Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom releases). Horizon Forbidden West not only just released its Forbidden Shores DLC, but it also added accessibility options to the base game too. Guerrilla also confirmed the existence of Horizon 3. Oh, and Sony acquired yet another studio too. Records are broken again for the Super Mario Bros. Movie, while Shigeru Miyamoto basically confirms that more Nintendo films are coming down the line. Following the Redfall 30 FPS surprise and the Square Enix debate, Xbox fans are certainly on edge now. With "check-to-check energy" in their veins, another game has skipped the platform while reaching literally every single other. That game is Oxenfree II which follows in the footsteps of Capcom's Mega Man Battle Network Collection, Larian Studios' Baldur's Gate 3, as well as the abundance of Square Enix games. With hardware sales falling for Series consoles in the EU as PlayStation 5 is up an insane 369% on hardware sales, one has to wonder if the lack of appeal is reaching both consumers and developers. The Dukes dig into the scuttlebutt as the reactions are growing stronger with this continued trend. It is starting to show that no matter the significance of the game they're missing out on, the reaction will be there until Xbox begins to be more consistent like its competitors. The latest Diablo 4 news is focusing on the Paragon system and how it will affect the Diablo 4 endgame and I'm asking, is this enough? If you look at the Diablo 4 paragon board mechanic it actually has a lot of depth and variety to it and a recent video by the @TheComebackKids gave me some good info for today. When I finally saw the Diablo 4 paragon explained it changed my mind about endgame depth and class building. We will be watching the Diablo 4 developer update about the endgame to see what exactly they have to say. Diablo IV is an upcoming action role-playing game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment and is the fourth main installment in the Diablo series. The latest Diablo 4 news came in the form of a lengthy Diablo IV blog update, which has me asking is Blizzard listening? They are setting their sights on Diablo 4 classes along with many of the complaints and criticisms about the Diablo 4 dungeons design choices. My experience with Diablo 4 gameplay has been a mixture of fun and criticism.
