At Elite SRS, we exist to equip and encourage people to "Do Hard Things™" so they can grow stronger. We believe humans regularly push the limits of their bodies, and use tools to accomplish those feats. We desire to be equippers of overcomers, displaying the human capacity to Do Hard Things. We aim to be storytellers of God's perfect design, creating humans unique from all of creation in worth and capacity. The Do Hard Things™ Podcast is our attempt to share those stories in hopes that people will be encouraged to press on, to overcome and realize the potential God created them with that He would be glorified.
Josh Hong is an athlete that broke onto the competitive CrossFit scene at the Granite Games this year and made a huge impression on our staff. He is sold out for Christ and unashamedly lives out his faith. There was a pivotal moment during the snatch event where things didn't go the way he planned, and he dropped to his knees afterwards to surrender the moment to the Lord and learn from it. We're excited to have Dan Bailey back on the podcast. We catch up on life and have a transparent conversation about finally making it back to the 2021 CrossFit Games after fighting back from injury, then testing positive for COVID before the first event. We talk about his recent marriage to All American Gymnast and USAW National Champ, Alex LaChance. We also dig in to what it's been like to maintain his beliefs around sex and marriage in an environment where the world sees his convictions as weird and unnecessary. On this episode of the podcast we're talking with CrossFit Games Teen competitor Delaney Wade. On February 1, 2019, Delaney was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. But that didn't stop her from reaching the highest level of our sport, the CrossFit Games, in 2021. Not many people would have the grace or perspective that Delaney has at only 16. In her eyes, the presence of Type 1 Diabetes in her life is a good thing and she praise God for the ways he's used it to bless others. We wish we had kept recording, because after we were done, Lindsey and Delaney continued discussing life and their relationships with the Lord. Delaney shared, “I want to be passionate about living and about who he made me to be. I hope I always keep my eyes open and can see the small ways he works in life every day… even small things like crying at a sunrise.” She's a special young woman, and we hope you enjoy the episode. Alex Gazan has been a part of the FAITH RXD Community since 2018. After starting a chapter in Oregon, she moved to Las Vegas where she has been able to train with the best in the world, and after many sacrifices and years of hard work, she's punched her ticket to the 2022 CrossFit Games. We sit down and discuss her experience qualifying at Granite Games, what it was like to miss her opportunity to go to the Games in 2019 by one spot, and her perspective on training. The backbone of our ministry is our chapters. Our chapters are volunteer led communities that are in over 80 cities and 9 countries. Lindsey Strickler is the Marketing and Media Director for the nonprofit FAITH RXD. Their mission is to unite and strengthen the fitness community to live for Christ, share His love, and serve the world: just awesome. Lindsey describes in depth the kind of friendships that come out of local meet-ups and how natural it is for the people that want to become leaders to get mentored by other rooted Christians and strong athletes that meet at the faith workouts at CrossFit gyms. Halfway through the interview it was actually Lindsey's counter-cultural views on purity and intentional dating that stole the show. Her personal reflection that, “There is so much purpose in singleness,” in her long-term chapter of holding high-to-the-sky standards for men and saving herself for marriage was the biggest take-away. This conversation shows that having a deep love for God helps us want to honor him in all facets of our life and find contentment in each season.
FAITH RXD Sponsored Athlete, Anthony Davis, competed at the Granite Games a few weeks ago. It was a pivotal event for Anthony as an athlete and affirmed many things the Lord has been pushing him towards, but that he had not fully wrapped his mind around yet. We have a great conversation about the weekend, how God has used it, and what the future holds for Anthony and his competitive career. We're excited for it, and excited to continue supporting him in his journey to the Games, but more importantly, his journey to use the gifts God's given him to create a platform that Anthony can proclaim Christ and point people to the ultimate source of strength and salvation. The backbone of our ministry is our chapters. Our chapters are volunteer led communities that are in over 80 cities and 9 countries. This is a family update for the FAITH RXD community (which together they Co-Founded in 2013) that blew up and connected athletes worldwide for the gospel. Today we're sitting down with Tiffany Head. She and her husband co-founded everyone's favorite mobility company, RomWOD and ran a gym for 7 years. On her website, Tiffany shares, “I weighed 300 pounds when God called me to work in the fitness industry, and even though my camera roll is now filled with some pretty unbelievable before and after photos, the transformation that God wanted to accomplish in my life had nothing to do with numbers on the scale.” We talk about what that transformation journey has looked like for her, and how she has chosen to step into the opportunities God has placed before her regardless of how terrifying they may feel in the moment. Isaac will tell you, he's just a regular guy, but a regular guy that is facing something that is all to common- anxiety. His battle has been debilitating at times, but because of the Lord, he's found victory in living with it. He's written a book called The Exodus Problem that shares his journey and the encouragement he's leaned on in Scripture and his community. His desire is for this book to encourage others in a similar situation in life. In his book he shares: “Deliverance is not automatic, and it doesn't come easily. I was asking God to deliver me from a major stronghold in my life, and I also had it all worked out in my head just how God was going to deliver me. Images of Jesus healing the lame, causing the blind to see, and raising people from the dead filled my mind, and I began to see myself just waking up one day and everything is gone. The tormenting anxious thoughts, the dark clouds of depression I would feel on and off every day, and the debilitating pain, everything…just gone! As convenient as that would have been, it just didn't work out that way for me. My desire to be delivered required me to take steps of faith that were beyond my comfort zone. It required me to push myself harder and to go further than I was capable of going. It was a journey that was impossible for me to complete on my own strength, but it wasn't impossible for God.” Our next True Strength Camp is happening in Waukesha, WI! Whether is $5, $50, $500 or some other amount, it is all used and helps accomplish the mission. If God is leading you to give, you can do that at www.faithrxd.org/donate
Anthony Davis competed this past weekend in the Individual Elite Division of Wodapalooza. He is not new to the world of competitive CrossFit as he competed at the CrossFit Games in 2017 with Timberwolf CrossFit where they finished 8th place. He's also set the record for the heaviest Snatch in a live competition- twice. But none of that is as impressive as his heart for the Lord, or his commitment to being a man of character and integrity. We dive in to how he came to know the Lord, and the way it has made a dramatic change in his life. We don't want to spoil anything, but he gets real about a devastating porn addiction and the effects of forgiveness in his family. All we do at FAITH RXD is possible because of God, first, second because of our incredible volunteers, and in a major way it is also because of our donors. We are in a season of giving and we would ask you to pray about partnering with us in what God is doing by becoming a monthly donor. Seriously, first pray about it. Today, Jadi sits down with us to discuss some things that have weighed heavy on his heart this season. We talk about what it means to have a worshipful Christmas and how it looks different as a believer than it did when he was an atheist. If you missed our last podcast with Jadi, you should go back and listen. We talk more about his testimony and how he came to know the Lord. It's a wild story that only God could write. We are in a season of giving. All we do at FAITH RXD is possible because of God, first, second because of our incredible volunteers, and in a major way it is also because of our donors. Today we're going back to this summer at the CrossFit Games where we had the opportunity to sit down with a missionary named Scott. Due to the nature of his work, we can't be too public about his identity. He shares the incredible story of how God called his family into vocational missional work and what they have been up to. Something you won't hear us talk about publicly is the work of FAITH RXD members in closed countries. What closed means is that Christianity is not welcomed there and people who spread the Gospel are persecuted. Scott is not one of our missionaries, but we have other men and women, like Scott, that are using their fitness to access countries they otherwise would not be able to. Right now, we are in the midst of what we become our annual end of year fundraising campaign called the FAITH RXD Family Challenge. We are challenging our FAITH RXD family to PROTECT OUR GIFT, BUILD FOR THE LOST, and COMMIT TO HIS COMMISSION by raising financial support for the organization. Today we're sitting down with Jared Graybeal. Last year, Jared sold his company, Superfit Foods, a healthy, subscription-based meal prep service. Afterwards, he hit the road to meet with people and explore what his next project should be. Out of that experience, he launched the Zelos Games, an event and experience company aimed at solving the earning potential issues faced by many athletes within CrossFit. Needless to say, he's an incredibly driven person. To balance his drive with the contentment that God calls us to, he's developed a daily system that works well for him. We discuss what that striving and contentment journey has been like for him, as well as what he's been up to since we last sat down at the 2021 CrossFit Games. If you missed our last podcast with Jared, you should go back and listen. We talk more about his testimony and how he came to know the Lord. It's a wild story that only God could write. We are in a season of giving. All we do at FAITH RXD is possible because of God, first, second because of our incredible volunteers, and in a major way it is also because of our donors. Today is a little different than what we normally do. Instead of an interview, we are sharing the BELIEVE talk from True Strength College Station. It was given by Ben Alderman. He owns a gym in California, and is the creator of the Iron Mile, a mile long walk with a yoke. He shares what it means to believe in Jesus. It is the first part of what we believe is the prescription for faith, which, in it's entirety, is BELIEVE, FOLLOW, LOVE. Believe in Jesus. Follow what he says. Go out and love people. We are in a season of giving. All we do at FAITH RXD is possible because of God, first, second because of our incredible volunteers, and in a major way it is also because of our donors. We are in a season of giving and we would ask you to pray about partnering with us in what God is doing by becoming a monthly donor. Seriously, first pray about it. Today, we're going back to the CrossFit Games to an interview we did with Regionals and Multi-Games Masters Athlete, Laura Neilsen. Laura shares what it was like competing this year after qualifying for last year's Games but having the opportunity taken away by COVID. She shares her testimony as well as what it's like coaching the next generation of female athletes. This episode is brought to you by Crossover Symmetry. Charlie sat down with Michael Streight who has an AMAZING fitness and faith journey. Michael, and his wife Sophie, were in town this past weekend for the Faith RXD True Strength camp. Both Michael and Sophie used to coach here at College Station CrossFit, so it was fun to have them back here with us! Michael and Sophie started the first Faith RXD chapter here in BCS several years ago. Faith RXD was founded by Becky Conzelman, Michael's cousin. Becky passed away from a sudden brain aneurysm in 2019 Michael's cousin, and this weekend we honored her with a workout called “Champion”. During today's podcast, Michael takes us through his journey, including how he enjoys and prefers to work out with others which lead him to regionals for the team CrossFit games. We hope you enjoy hearing his inspiring story!
Today, we're going back to the CrossFit Games to an interview we did with Adaptive Athlete JCruz Gudino. We hear his incredible story of how his life changed in 2019, but he fully believes it's because God had bigger plans for him than he had for himself- and this is how God wanted to do it. He lives with a rare condition that leaves him unable to feel his legs, yet, he can walk. This episode is brought to you by Crossover Symmetry. This week on the #BuildingBetterPeople podcast, Julie and Charlie talk about what's going on this month at the gym, including a giant t-shirt blow out AND the remodeling that has been going on in the gym. They also give shoutouts to all of the new (and new, old!) members at the gym. Julie also talks about the Faith RXD camp that is taking place here in October and the meal train we will be creating to help feed the staff while they are here. Faith RXD is a non-profit, and this meal train really helps relieve some of the costs for the staff members who travel here to provide this awesome opportunity for the fitness community. Listen in to hear some of the community events we have coming up here in the next few months as well!
Today, we tackle the topic of Endurance with Spencer Arnold. Spencer is a theologian in his own right and has impacted our staff in many ways. His passion for the Bible and driving people to learn the word of God for themselves is powerful. He challenges us to not run from the hard things and to embrace Christ in the midst of crisis. Spencer Arnold is the Founder of Power and Grace Performance and Weightlifting Coach to multiple Olympic athletes. His prior career as a weightlifting athlete he was the American Open Champion, Silver and Bronze Medalist at Senior National Championships, and Member of Team USA University World Team. Today we're talking with Jadi Rodriguez. Jadi has a crazy story of going from being an Atheist professor, trying to convince students to leave their faith, to becoming a believer and is not in seminary to be a theologian. We talk about his journey which includes divorce, and talk about God redeeming that area of his life as he met his wife. We also dive into our culture's current battle with sex and remaining pure. We discuss how both the rejection of purity and divorce are symptoms of a bigger issue. If you enjoy the podcast and the work that we're doing at FAITH RXD, we'd love for you to consider becoming a financial partner. This 2 part episode was recorded live at the CrossFit Games at the Strong Coffee Company booth. Part one is with Maggie Pairan who recently won the Pit Fitness Elite Teen Throwdown, qualified and competed in Semifinals at the MACC this summer, and is a training partner of CrossFit Games Champion Sam Briggs. Part two is with Faith RXD which is a faith based organization within the CrossFit Community .
This week on the #BuildingBetterPeople podcast, we have THREE Crossfit Games athletes who sat down with Charlie at the 2021 BCS Classic to talk all things faith, family, and fitness. Learn about Crossfit Mayhem, Mayhem Mission, and Faith RXD--3 organizations doing amazing work!
Meet Maribel. She works here in College Station at the Association of Former Students. Whoop! She moved here right as COVID-19 hit, and really struggled at first at finding her community. Once gyms opened back up, she found College Station CrossFit, and has flourished in the gym's friendly community. Recently, she found @faithrxd. At first she was just excited about the free workout—but the cool thing about Faith RXD events is that it also includes a bible study afterwards. Needless to say, her little crossfitting-heart was HOOKED! Maribel shares how Faith RXD and her faith has complimented her health journey, and how the two works so well together. She also mentions the Faith RXD camp that is taking place right here at our gym October 15-17. Its going to be SO awesome, and if you are on the fence—you definitely need to listen to this podcast!
Billy is back! We sit down for a conversation on an experience he had recently where he spoke on spiritual blindness to a young group of men. Billy does not have a degree in ministry or any formal training, yet God has used Billy to be his voice to people through speaking and being a Director at FAITH RXD. The ministry of FAITH RXD is possible first, because of God and what he's chosen to do through us, but second, because of the incredible generosity of our community through volunteering and financial giving. We'd love for you partner with us and would be honored to be part of your monthly giving. You can learn more, or give, at www.faithrxd.org/donate
In true Tyler fashion, he cuts through a lot of the noise and speaks directly to our hearts in this talk. Tyler is the Chapter Champion for FAITH RXD and has been involved in the organization longer than most people. He gets in to his personal testimony, but it's to illustrate how we all have things that are holding us back from following Jesus fully. It's time to let those things go. After giving this talk at the True Strength Faith + Fitness Training Camp this weekend, 20 people were baptized and either gave their lives to the Lord for the first time, or reeducated their lives. God moved in big ways and has continued to do so in the days since. If you are looking for meaningful community, please find a local FAITH RXD chapter near you by going to www.faithrxd.org/chapters
We're excited to share the story of one of our teammates here at HQ. Cassie's story is a beautiful one of redemption and the ongoing healing that is possible when you surrender your life to the Lord. Cassie has seen the power of what God can do as he's redeemed her past of being an atheist who tried to convert people to not believing in God, to her broken marriage, and family dynamics. Cassie is part of our programs team for a few years, and has been part of our broader FAITH RXD family for much longer. We're honored she's willing to share her testimony on the podcast. We're super excited to announce that we're back in person! We'll be hosting the True Strength FAITH + FITNESS Training Camp this May 14-16 in Miami, FL. Join us for a weekend of fitness, faith, and fun in the sun! For more info, visit www.faithrxd.org/truestrengthmiami
In today's episode, we get the three Directors at FAITH RXD together to talk about life, and what brought them to FAITH RXD. All three stories are very different, but God's faithfulness is very evidently woven through each. Today we're having a conversation with Constance Wiley. We have had the honor of getting to know her through our True Strength Camps and other ways that she has become integrated in our community. When she called Lindsey and said, “Hey, can I share my story with you?” She had no idea the beautiful redeeming story she was about to hear. We get very raw, and the details of Constance's story illustrate what God is capable of redeeming. The nature of it, though, may not be suitable for younger audiences so we ask that if your kids are listening that you listen to it first before sharing it with them. The FAITH RXD Team is headed to Kenya to love on our family there! We have a full week and a half planned of helping to staff a local competition, serving the local community through various projects, but then capping it all off with our signature True Strength Camp combining faith and fitness in one transformative weekend, which everyone who joins us will get to be an athlete at. We're excited to sit down with Greg Amundson, one of the original founding CrossFit Athletes and owns a gym in California. He's also a former SWAT officer, DEA Special Agent, and U.S. Army Captain. He's recently completed time at Seminary and now writes on the convergence of faith and fitness. We go in depth on how fitness can be a bridge to Christ and how his perspective on fitness has changed as his relationship with God has grown and deepened. He's got a counter cultural view of goal-setting that you might find interesting. The FAITH RXD Team is headed to Kenya to love on our family there! Today we're talking with someone who loves the Bible like no one we have met. Spencer Arnold is a former competitive weightlifter and coach for some of the US's best weightlifting athletes, including Olympians, Weightlifting World Record Holders, and CrossFit Athletes. He's been part of the FAITH RXD family for a while and has coached at almost every training camp we've produced. You'd think we'd spend time discussing 2020, how competitions were moved online, and the secrets to improving your snatch; but we didn't go near those topics. Instead, we stayed pretty on point with Spencer's favorite subject: The Bible and who it's about. If you're interested in hearing more about his lifting and training philosophy, you can check out Power and Grace Performance, his training and coaching business, or search for him on your favorite podcast platform. There's several interviews out there where he goes in depth on fitness. Something Spencer and Lindsey discussed after recording this interview is doing a series or seminar called How to Read the Bible. If this is something you would be interested in, or have a topic you'd like us to cover, please shoot her an email at lindsey@faithrxd.org. Lots coming up! 2020 has been completely unexpected. In our conversation with Ben, we dive in to what this year has been like for him as a business owner, athlete, and family man. Despite how hard it has been for many people, he shares that it hasn't been the hardest year of his life, it's just been another year. In life we'll have struggles, and in the big picture, we still have it pretty good. Because we have Jesus, we have already been saved, we don't need another Savior from the discomfort of 2020. We just need to press in to Him, and live our lives for Him. This episode is brought to you by The Gift of Fitness by FAITH RXD. The Gift of Fitness is a global fundraising event providing greater access to fitness to underserved people. Your participation will not only foster strength, hope, and community in your own life, but will also directly provide the means for someone else to do the same in thiers. On today's episode we're chatting with Carrie and Mitch, again. It's a great conversation where we look back at 2020 and how it impacted their training, and plans for qualifying for the Games. They share how they've handled it all and their mindset for the new opportunities they were given because of the slowed down pace and open schedule. It's an amazing lesson in making the most of every situation. We hear some hilarious stories from their road trips, and some sage advice for how to prioritize life. Lots coming up! Today we're hanging out with Griffin Roelle, Teams and Individual CrossFit Games athlete. We talk about how he spent 18 years of his life training and focused on making the NFL, but an injury during his college career led to a change in direction. We talk about what it looks like to have discipline and commitment to pursuing dreams and goals, while at the same time holding the outcome with open hands. Lots coming up! On today's episode we're chatting with Quinn Rivera. Honestly, a better way to put it is that we're "learning" from Quinn Rivera, Founder of Humbled Daily, Titan Games Competitor, and Med School Student. We dive into what it means to live humbled each day, where the idea for the brand came from, and hear the personal reason for how Quinn came to believe there's freedom in being fully known and loved. He does an amazing job getting into the stories of others on his podcast, so we flip the table and hear his. Quinn drops life bombs right and left throughout this episode, so get ready! On today's episode, we're talking with author and CrossFit Affiliate Owner, Athena Perez. Athena first became known to the CrossFit community when CrossFit HQ did a mini documentary on her weight loss journey titled, “Famished, Force-Fed, 450 Pounds—and Finally Fit.” When many people think of CrossFit, they often think of it as a modality to achieve elite fitness; for Athena, it's what's helping her save her life. She is now on a mission to help others who are in similar situations fight for their lives. When people think of significant weight loss, they think it's about not eating as much and working out more. Athena will tell you it's deeper than that. We dive in to her personal story and how it was through God renewing her heart and mind to heal from past trauma that weightloss was possible. He has also been one of our biggest Champions throughout the years, from starting a Chapter in Miami and being their Chaplain, to being our lead coach for Iron Sharpens Iron/True Strength Camps, to now being on our Board of Directors. Today we're hanging out with James Townsend, husband, father, owner of The Brave One Gym, NFL Player turned Weightlifter, and CrossFit dabbler. We go deep into his testimony and the redemption he's experienced through Christ. After experiencing deep heartache as a teen father, attempting suicide, and walking away from the professional athletic life everyone thought he should pursue, God showed James how he wasn't done with him or his story, and that there was a different calling he had for James' life. Today we're hanging out with Sarah Loogman, Founder and Executive Director of Point One Vision, and former CrossFit Games athlete. We dive into a wide range of topics, including one she's incredibly passionate about, the breath, and how it's tied to how God has created us. This is part of her radical story of how she came to know God and how he's healed her of her anxiety. She also shares stories from her time in Africa, and expands on a question she recently asked in an article, “Everyone's talking about revival, but what about revelation?” After living life on her own terms, she shares what is has been like learning how to surrender to God's plans and how he wants to use her. Today, we're going to take some time to remember our fearless Co-founder, friend, and Conzel-mom, Becky Conzelman. We won't lie, not having her infectious energy and light around this year has been hard for whole community, and it has taught us so much about what it means to trust God in all circumstances. As some may remember, and for those of you who didn't have a chance to meet her, will learn, Becky loved competing and CrossFit, but she loved God and people more, in that order. Earlier this week, we spent some time interviewing her close friends, the FAITH RXD and CrossFit community, and her family to hear what they remember and miss about her, and how they have processed their grief. We've included clips from those interviews, as well pieces of interviews Becky did throughout her career, and soundbites from her celebration of life. A special thank you to all who participated and gave us permission to use their content: •Jim Conzelman, Co-founder of FAITH RXD, Executive Director, and Becky's husband •Kylie Conzelman, Becky's Daughter •Tyler Conzelman, Becky's Son •Guido Trinidad, Dear Friend, CrossFit Games Athlete, Competed with Becky, owns Peak 260 Fitness in Miami, FL, and FAITH RXD Training Staff and organization Board Member •Beyond the Barbell Podcast and Blair Morrison and Ben Alderman •Kevin Ogar, Dear Friend, Former CrossFit Competitor, Member of CrossFit Seminar Training Staff, Owner of CrossFit Watchtower, and Co-Founder of the Reveille Project •Spencer Arnold, Dear Friend, FAITH RXD Training Staff Member, and Former Competitor, Owner of Power and Grace Performance •Andrea Ager-Montalvo, Dear Friend, FAITH RXD Training Staff Member, Former CrossFit Games Competitor, and Trainer •Kendra Dravecky, Dear Friend and FAITH RXD Leader •Billy Shelton, Dear Friend and FAITH RXD HQ Staff Member •Be Love Podcast and Kristi Hayes •Pursuing Health Podcast, Julie Foucher-Urcuyo and Tonya Wagner •Melissa Montalvo, Dear Friend and FAITH RXD Leader •Nast and Dave Whitson, Dear Friends and FAITH RXD Leaders This show is going to be a little different than you're used to, but our prayer is that this hour is a sweet gift for you as we remember our friend, her life, and the one who she constantly pointed us to and placed her hope in, Jesus Christ. If you don't have a relationship with Jesus, we would love to talk to you more about what that means and looks like. You can send us a message on Instagram and Facebook at @FAITHRXD, or through our website http://www.faithrxd.org. Even in a time of physical distancing, our chapters are still meeting, and one of our local leaders would love to connect with you. To find a chapter in your area, visit www.faithrxd.org/chapter

Today I am talking with my dear friend Becky Conzelman, Pro-cyclist and Crossfit Games athlete, mama to two of my favorite kiddos, and Co-Founder and Executive Director of FAITH RXD Since the airing of this episode It is with very heavy hearts we share that our beloved Becky passed away on April 6th. This interview was Beckys last. We interviewed Becky a month ago, but when this was ready to go on air, Becky suffered a brain aneurysm and brain bleed. Thankfully she was rushed to the hospital and her life was then spared. I wanted you to hear this podcast of her story, because I wanted you to know who Becky is, her heart, her passion for others. Everyone should know Becky and her story of hope through crushed dreams of not making the Olympics, to finding her identity in something other than competing. Her faith has never faltered. I think you will love the incredible story of my dear friend Becky. If you would like to encourage or show appreciation to the Conzelman family I encourage you to donate to FAITH RXD: www.faithrxd.org Instagram: @faithrxd Facebook:FaithRxd Becky Conzelman Instagram:@beckyconzelman
In an impromtu podcast, while Ben was in Nashville for a Faith RXD seminar, Tasia Percevecz talks about the move to CrossFit Mayhem, training with Rich Froning, and Chyna Cho as the new girl to the team.
Becky Conzelman is with Jesus. I never thought I would write those words...well, not for a VERY long time, at least. We did this interview before Amy moved to Ohio. When Olivia found out that she had to re-do her entire internship for counseling in the state of Florida. A lot of life has been lived since this interview and lots of shared memories have happened with Becky, too. Until she passed away suddenly from a brain aneurism on the morning of April 6, 2019. Becky was hella fit. Late forties. A lover of Jesus and a lover of people. She was married for over 20+ years to Jim. They have 2 beautiful kiddos. It sucks. As a way of grieving and a way to remember, we wanted to re-air this episode with Becky because it is such a depiction of the kind of woman she was. Always seeking balance in her life. Shifting things around to make space for her kids and what they needed from her. Pursuing her passion within Faith RXD. Anchoring herself, all the while, in Jesus. Becky. Conzelmom. You are and will forever be missed. You wouldn't want any of this to be about you but about the Jesus you knew and loved. We love you. --Amy & Olivia #dikdik #dikdikforever #faithrxd Resources Want to buy some sweet swag? Want to make a tax deductible gift? Head to www.faithrxd.org to do any and all of those things.
