On this week's Bandwagon Nerds, we take a look at an interesting mix of trailers, including fresh looks at 72 Hours, Hawk, & Wildwood. We also offer our thoughts on the Marvel Special, Punisher: One Last Kill. There was a lot to like about this one, but it was far from perfect, and one scene, in particular, nearly caused Dave & PC Tunney to walk away from the show a mere 5 minutes in. The Boys' final season aired its next-to-last episode. It was an episode that seemed to set the stage for the climactic series finale next week, and it drew a mixed response from the guys. We also talk about the resurgence of Matthew Lillard in comics-based properties, and we pay our respects to David Attenborough, who turned 100 recently. The Bandwagon goes to hell this week....literally. On this episode, we cover episode 4 of Season 4 of Invincible. Mark gets summoned to the Underworld and finds out hell is not quite what he thought it would be. But, we get a double dose of brimstone this week as Daredevil: Born Again returned for its second season. In the first episode of the new season, the Devil of Hell's Kitchen continues to be on the run as he adds ranks to an army he is putting together to challenge the Kingpin. This week's BWN was a special one for a few reasons. It marked the first time the show was broadcast live on X and YouTube, sure. But it also saw the long-awaited official debut of the X-Men in the MCU. The latest trailer for Avengers: Doomsday featured familiar characters, including Professor X, Magneto, and Cyclops. If your heart is full of conviction, but your tone is sharp, your spouse may never hear your heart. Instead, they'll hear rejection, judgment, and intensity. That shuts hearts down. Instead, remember this: Soft Eyes Gentle Tone Slow Pace No, it's not an acronym yet—but it's a powerful practice. If it matters to you, slow down. Look at them with kindness. Speak with a spirit of gentleness. Because your delivery may determine whether your words are received—or rejected. Faith Isn't Meant to Stay Silent—So Stop Hiding It Somewhere along the way, many of us have absorbed the idea that faith is a purely private matter. But Scripture doesn't support that. Paul talks openly about his prayers, his tears, his awe at God's love. You don't need to boast—but you do need to be real. Share how you follow Jesus. Let your spouse and your kids see that He's not just a Sunday idea. He's your daily King. Character First. Ministry Second. The Bible is clear: if you can't manage your own household, how can you lead in the church? (1 Tim. 3, Titus 1) Your first ministry is your spouse. Your first testimony is how you treat them when no one is watching. Your first assignment is to steward the influence God has entrusted to you—in your tone, your time, and your tenderness.
