To put it all into practice, they give three simple, powerful training ideas: Dink-only paddle-angle reads Drill cross-court or straight-on dinks and make your #1 focus predicting direction based solely on paddle angle. Slow-motion prediction training Film a point, pause before contact, and try calling the shot—line, middle, cross-court, drop, roll, or speed-up. Disguise training Learn to hold your paddle still longer and change direction at the last moment so your opponents can't read you. Daar is nie baie dinge in ons lewens wat ons as boos sou bestempel nie. ‘Boos' pas by 'n moordenaar, of 'n kindermolesteerder, nè? Maar dinge in ons eie lewens? Nee, nouja, nie regtig nie.En tog kan ons almal terugkyk na 'n paar besonder slegte dinge wat ons gedoen het – miskien is daar een of twee wat nog steeds in jou lewe voorkom. Dink aan mans wat dikwels onnadenkend hard met hul vrouens praat, en dag na dag daardie kosbaarste verhouding vernietig.Mense in die werkplek wat spog en die krediet neem vir wat ander gedoen het. Ons kan 'n lys, so lank soos môre heeldag, aframmel van gewone, alledaagse dinge wat eintlik, gegewe hul vernietigende impak, as ‘boos' bestempel behoort te word.1 Johannes 3:8 ...wie aanhou sonde doen, behoort aan die duiwel, want die duiwel hou van die begin af aan met sondig. Hy draai nooit doekies om nie, Hy verbloem nie die waarheid nie. Maar die goeie nuus van die Evangelie van Jesus Christus is dat Hy gekom het om die duiwel se werk te vernietig.Met ander woorde, die Evangelie verplaas en vernietig die boosheid wat ons van binne-af aanval.Maar hoe werk dit in die praktyk? Wat is die kern van die saak wat van toepassing op ons lewe is? Wanneer ons Jesus in ons lewens toelaat, nie as 'n lekker en gerieflike toevoeging nie, maar as die Een vir wie ons leef, as die Here van ons lewens ... is dít wat Hy doen. Hy vernietig die duiwel se werk van binne.Dit is immers waarvoor Hy gekom het.En dis God se Woord. Het jy al ooit ontslae geraak van daardie skuldgevoelens? Het jy jouself al vergewe? Of beroof die gevolge van jou dade jou steeds van jou vrede en vreugde, en hang dit soos 'n donker wolk oor jou toekoms?Watter fout uit jou verlede bly by jou spook? Terwyl jy die las daarvan voel; miskien die pyn weer ervaar; kom ons kyk wat staan in:1 Johannes 1:9  Maar as ons ons sondes bely – Hy is getrou en regverdig, Hy vergewe ons ons sondes en reinig ons van alle ongeregtigheid.Wat beteken dit om jou sondes aan God te bely? Dit beteken om hulle een vir een op te noem; om verantwoordelikheid vir hulle te neem en om eerlik met jouself en met God daaroor te wees, eerder as om hulle, met die hoop dat hulle sal weggaan, te ignoreer.En wanneer jy dit doen, sal God jou vergewe. Jy kan Hom absoluut vertrou om dit te doen, want Jesus het gesterf om vir jou sondes te betaal. En Hy sal jou reinig van al die verkeerde dinge wat jy gedoen het.Nou sal jy, met jou lei heeltemal skoongevee, kan voortgaan met dié lewe wat Hy nog altyd vir jou begeer het. Julle het immers ondervind dat die Here goed is. Byna al die goeie dinge wat jy jou voorneem om te doen, behels dat jy skouer aan die wiel moet sit en dit doen. Dit begin as 'n goeie idee, maar na ‘n ruk word die versoeking om jou voet van die pedaal af te haal; stadiger te ry; en stil te hou, te groot. En so ... begin die terugval.Entropie is 'n beginsel in fisika wat basies sê dat in enige stelsel orde in chaos verander; organisasie in anargie, en dit lei uiteindelik tot ineenstorting en verval.Dink aan 'n eier. Jy breek dit in 'n bak en dit is georden - 'n eiergeel omring deur die eierwit. Maar wanneer jy dit met 'n vurk roer word dit deurmekaar. Jy kan nie nou weer die eier skei nie.Die enigste ding wat orde bring, is lewe. Hoe word 'n eier gevorm? Dit word deur 'n lewendige hoender gelê. Trouens, lewe is die enigste ding wat orde uit chaos kan bring. Dieselfde geld vir ons goeie bedoelings. Hulle het lewe nodig om hulle te baar, te onderhou en te help groei. En dis waar God – die Outeur van die lewe – inkom. Hy het in ongelooflike luuksheid geleef en was die rykste man op aarde ... tog was hy nooit tevrede nie.Hy het na bewondering gesmag, oordadig geleef en toenemend paranoïes geword. Eerder as om dankbaar te wees vir al die voorregte wat hy kon geniet, het hy Rome se rykdom verkwis en diegene na aan hom (insluitend sy moeder) tereggestel. Simon and Mackelly offer them fresh brown cloaks to turn.Chapter Review:Prince Quentyn Martell and his traveling companions survived the siege of Astapor, having signed up with the sellsword company the Windblown to earn passage to Slaver's Bay. Now, under the direction of the Yunkai generals, the company is turning their sights to Meereen. Quentyn knows it's time to desert before they end up fighting against the very woman he's been sent to marry. The task is easier said than done, as they have made friends in the company. Making matters worse, rumors are spreading around the camps about the horrible atrocities Daenerys has committed, causing the prince to second-guess his marriage plans.The Tattered Prince, the leader of the Windblown, has been given instructions to keep Astapori refugees away from Yunkai, as many carry the bloody flux. They are to turn them back to Astapor or drive them toward Meereen. However, the sellsword captain has his own plans. He assembles many Westerosi-born members of the company and orders them to secretly defect to Dany's side. He figures their Westerosi roots will make a good cover story for their defection to the Targaryen queen.
