In this episode, Greg and I covered everything from LASIK stories and gym culture to CGMs and deloads, but the real theme was intentional living. We both did an unplanned digital detox over the weekend — no social media, no constant email checking, no reacting to every notification. And nothing broke. Sales still came in. Emails could wait. What we gained instead was presence — with family, with training, with real life.Phones have become the adult pacifier. Scrolling doesn't solve anxiety, boredom, or stress — it just numbs it. Time is the only non-renewable resource we have. If you're physically present but mentally tethered to your device, you're absent. So I'm doubling down on boundaries: batching emails, no reactive mornings, fewer distractions, more depth. When you remove noise, you amplify what actually matters. We also talked training — a strategic deload using machines to reduce CNS fatigue while keeping intensity high — and my current CGM experiment. Heavy training spikes glucose slightly. OMAD with high fat? Flat line. Data reinforces the philosophy: adequate fat stabilizes the response. And no, I didn't promote high fat to sell Keto Bricks — I built Keto Brick because I needed it first. Which is fitting, because March marks eight years since launch. Eight years of refining, leveling up, and doing the work.Key Takeaways:Digital detox creates clarity and presence. Most “urgent” communication isn't actually urgent.Boundaries protect your time and energy.Strategic deloads can increase long-term performance.High-fat OMAD keeps glucose remarkably stable (for me).Standards matter in natural bodybuilding — pro cards should be earned.Talk is cheap. Execution wins.Next episode we'll be reporting back post–Tough Mudder — cold, muddy, and better for it.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

We just wrapped up a quick episode of The Work. We had a bit of a late start because I was finishing up at the accountant's office—dealing with that usual year-end and beginning-of-the-year paperwork.I'm really leaning into the data right now. I'm planning to fly to Vegas the second week of March to be on Dave Feldman's podcast, so I want to have a fully comprehensive lab panel and Dexa scan done before then. I want to see what my markers look like specifically in the context of my current body fat. It's wild how much an influx of food and higher body fat can swing your lipid panels; I've seen my total cholesterol hit 400 in a surplus and then drop back to 200 once I returned to baseline.I've pivoted away from the fiber experiment because the inflammation was up and I just wasn't enjoying the food. Now, I'm doing a One Meal a Day (OMAD) approach. It's a tangible way for me to keep the reins on my total consumption while still feeling completely satiated—like a "lion eating a gazelle." My routine is heavy cream in my coffee during the day, followed by one large 2,500–3,000 calorie meal in the evening. After that meal, I'll take the kids to the gym and walk laps with the stroller to keep my blood sugar stable. I'm even going to grab an over-the-counter CGM (the Lingo) to track exactly how those meals and the post-meal movement impact my levels. We spent some time talking about the "shredded year-round" trap. If you're a natural lifter and you actually want to make progress from season to season, you have to allow yourself a legitimate building phase with higher body fat. Bragging about abs year-round doesn't mean much if you have no legs, no strength, and your hormones are trashed. You've got to give yourself time in a surplus if you want to put on substantial tissue.Tough Mudder: We're heading out next Friday with a crew of 10 or 12 people. We've got a massive Airbnb booked and I'm planning a build-your-own shish kebab night for everyone.Bacon & Bullets: We're getting ready to process our pigs soon. I want to have a big team day where we roast half a pig, shoot some guns, and make some cracklings.Show Prep: We've been driving around sticking up posters at local gyms to get people registered for the upcoming show.Giveaway: Congrats to Joyce, the winner of our $6,500 Carnivore Convenience collab bundle. She's set on groceries for a long time. We've got something huge in the pipeline that we aren't ready to talk about yet, but we'll dive into that on the next one.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

Can you believe it? We are officially one year into The Work podcast! It's been exactly a year since we dropped our first episode on Valentine's Day 2025, and what a ride it's been. This show started as a creative outlet and a way to give you guys real-time updates, and the support from this community has been incredible. In today's episode, we're diving into some "gym talk" rants and observations from the week. We touch on the strange culture of negativity on social media—specifically the "venom" found on platforms like Threads—and why it seems like people are looking for any reason to be offended. We also get into a pretty candid conversation about the state of masculinity today, the "warrior poet" concept, and why self-imposed hardship is necessary to build character.I also give a (possibly final) update on my high-fiber experiment. I went from 5 grams to nearly 35 grams of fiber a day this month, and the results... well, they weren't what the "experts" promised. From systemic inflammation to feeling like a 97-year-old man, I'm breaking down why I might be calling it quits on the veggies to get back to peak performance before our upcoming Tough Mudder. One Year Anniversary: Reflecting on a year of recording and why most podcasts don't make it past episode three. The "Threads" Phenotype: Why certain social media platforms become breeding grounds for negativity and victim mentality. The Devolved Man: Our take on the current dating pool, the lack of "capable" men, and why you need both a hard and soft side to be well-rounded.The Fiber Update: How 30g of fiber and increased carbs impacted my inflammation, sleep, and training recovery.Abundance vs. Scarcity: My new strategy for the building phase—eating to satiety and simply doing more rather than cutting back.Minnesota Trip Recap: A look at the massive Los Campeones gym and the "Conquer Convenience" giveaway.Sunday is the final day to enter our massive Conquer Convenience Giveaway (valued at over $6,500!). In this episode of The Work, we're diving deep into a topic that's been heavy on my mind lately: integrity. We start off with a little trip down memory lane, reflecting on the lessons our parents instilled in us—like the time my brother and I learned a hard lesson about honesty after a "free" gumball heist at the barbershop. It's those small moments that build the foundation for how you handle yourself when no one is looking. We also touch on some recent headlines surrounding Peter Attia and the importance of holding ourselves to a high moral standard, regardless of how much "knowledge" someone might have. If you aren't a good person, the rest of it doesn't really matter. On the health front, I'm launching into a brand-new 30-day experiment. After a decade of strict keto with minimal fiber, I'm cranking my fiber intake way up to see how it affects my satiety, digestion, and overall performance. I break down exactly what my "note-meal" looks like and how I'm balancing these new macros while staying lean.Plus, we've got some massive business updates:The Ultimate Carnivore Convenience Collab: We're giving away over $6,500 worth of food and gear with our friends at Carnivore Snacks, Carnivore Bar, and Craft Fish Co.Carnivore Cake Pop is Back: Our lowest-carb, highest-protein brick is officially back in stock.Project Grit: I've officially taken over the brand! Winter Storm & Business OperationsWe got slammed with a blizzard here in Arkansas, which is a bit of a different beast than what I'm used to from Minnesota because the infrastructure just isn't the same. Fortunately, the extra insulation and prep work I did on the pipes after they burst two years ago held up, and we didn't have any issues at the facility. Even though UPS wasn't running, we were still in on Monday packaging orders to make sure we didn't fall behind.Product & Event UpdatesRestocks: We are restocking Carnivore Cake Pop this Friday.Inventory Alert: The Primal Fudge tallow bricks are dwindling, so if you've been eyeing those, now is the time to jump on it.World Carnivore Month: We've seen a massive influx of orders for the Carnivore Bricks as people wrap up the month. I've been doing "meat and bricks" for three weeks now; I'm down over 5 pounds and feeling lean, though I'm looking forward to adding some variety back in soon. The Retreat: We have a mud run meatup/retreat coming up at the end of February. There are only two spots remaining, and we'll be closing registration two weeks prior.Bodybuilding: Registration is officially open for the Natural State Savages competition, which is about 33 weeks out.The Seed Oil & Research DebateI spent some time catching up on a recent debate involving Lane Norton regarding polyunsaturated fats and seed oils. Lane's stance—based on his meta-analysis of the research—is that when calories are equated and trans fats are removed, there isn't sufficient evidence to label seed oils like linoleic acid as uniquely deleterious. While I respect Lane's work in the bodybuilding space, my personal philosophy remains focused on eating as naturally and minimally processed as possible. We also touched on a new paper by Dr. Andrew Koutnik (with contributions from Dom D'Agostino and Tim Noakes) regarding carbohydrate loading for endurance. The research suggests that by not consuming exogenous carbs, the body may actually be more efficient at preserving stored muscle glycogen through fat oxidation. It's sparked a lot of derision online because it challenges the status quo, but I think it's vital to stay open-minded and willing to look past the five-second Instagram reels to get to the actual truth.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

What is up, team. Robert here.We just wrapped up Episode 42 of The Work Podcast with Greg, and we got straight into the weeds on mindset, the reality of commitment, and the big moves we're making for 2026.If you're looking for the breakdown, here is what we covered:We are already weeks into 2026, and for a lot of people, the resolutions are already dead in the water. We talked about why that happens—people set these rigid, fragile goals without the "switch flip" mentality to back them up. For me, it's about unwavering commitment. I'm doing "Meat and Bricks" for World Carnivore Month, and I'm already down 5 pounds because I removed the decision fatigue. I flipped the switch, and the noise is gone.I addressed the negativity we saw online recently. I pulled a PR on deadlift, and instead of respect, I got comments about how I "could have pulled more if I ate carbs". It's the classic "crabs in a bucket" mentality. You could be the leanest person alive or harvest cacao in Brazil by hand, and someone would still complain about the handle of your machete. I don't have time for that. My time is for my family, my business, and the people who actually matter. We are full steam ahead for the competition on September 19th.Logistics: The venue, judges, polygraph, and tanning are locked and loaded.Experience: We are aiming for a swag bag worth $200–$300, blowing the standard "t-shirt and a protein bar" out of the water.Registration: It is open now. Don't be that competitor who waits until they "feel ready" to sign up. Commit now, put the date on the calendar, and let that fear of failure drive your prep.We took a minute to look back at 2016. That was the year I launched Keto Savage, back when Crystal and I were grinding in Washington and eventually living in a warehouse. Seeing where we are now—10 years later, with two kids and a business that supports our "family" here at the compound—puts everything into perspective.Last week was about the competition; this week is all about apparel. We are deep in inventory counts and prepping for a massive relaunch of the apparel line. We're compartmentalizing the chaos to get it done right.Time to shut out the noise and get back to work. Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

What is up, team!We just wrapped up another solid episode, and I'm feeling dialed in. Greg and I got into the weeds on everything from post-deload training stats to the "victim mentality" creeping into today's content. Here is the breakdown of what we covered:Training & Nutrition Update We are fresh off a deload week, and the strength is rebounding hard. I solidified my base and now the numbers are climbing—I hit 505 lbs on Hatfield squats for reps, which was brutal but good. I'm sitting right around 15% body fat, which is exactly where I want to hold. To support that, I'm eating a lot—averaging 3,500 to 3,800 calories a day.My macros are dialed: ~200g of protein and a heavy 250g to 300g of fat. And no, I'm not worried about the saturated fat; I'm getting a healthy mix of stearic and lauric acid from sources like tallow, butter, and cacao butter. The Competitor's Mindset We took a trip down to Little Rock for a posing seminar (and hit up Wright's Barbecue—if you know, you know). On the drive, we talked about the trap first-time competitors fall into. You might bring your absolute best package to the stage, but if you run into a guy who has been competing for ten years, you might not win because you can't control who shows up.If you tie your self-worth to a trophy, you're setting yourself up to be let down. The goal is always to beat the previous version of yourself. If you transformed your life and body to get on that stage, you've already won, regardless of the hardware.Extreme Ownership vs. "Feel Good" Fluff We listened to some Mel Robbins on the drive. Look, she's popular, but a lot of that content feels like sugarcoating—telling people it's okay to stay on the couch and relax. I think there is a void in the space for people who need to be told to level the f up*.We need less coddling and more Jocko-style Extreme Ownership. Even if your situation isn't your fault, act like it is, own it, and find a way to overcome it. The victim mentality is a cancer.Upcoming Events & UpdatesAustin Retreat: The "Mud Run Meetup" in Austin is almost full. We are capping it at around 12 people to keep that camaraderie tight. We're doing a Tough Mudder, so I've been training my agility on the trails to get ready.Family: Crystal just got a gym membership at a new spot about 20 minutes away. I'm stoked for her to have that dedicated space to train and zone out now that the baby is a bit older.Keto Brick: Good news—Chocolate Malt is back in stock this week. We are also working on some new test formulations... let's just say there might be a "tallow teaser" coming soon.Time to go eat some beef and eggs. We're kicking off Episode 40 with a fresh start to 2026 and a little gratitude for the fact that this podcast even exists. What started as a “let's just document things in real time” idea has turned into 40 episodes of consistency, progress, and behind-the-scenes life and business updates. That alone is a win.We talk about the chaos of the holidays, travel mishaps, brutal winter weather, and how sometimes just getting home safely feels like an accomplishment. From Christmas with family, kids organizing toys like engineers, to hunting trips that were more about camaraderie than success, it was a good reminder that seasons of life don't need to be perfect to be meaningful. We dive into fasting, ketosis, and why quarterly three-day fasts can be a powerful tool—especially when you're otherwise eating in a surplus and pushing performance. The goal isn't extremes, it's balance. Staying metabolically sharp while still building muscle is the long game. From there, we reflect on New Year's themes instead of resolutions. Progress is the word. Not massive overhauls, not identity crises—just consistent forward movement. I walk through a year-by-year timeline of major milestones over the past decade, and it's a good reminder that real momentum compounds when you commit, stay aligned, and don't jump ship every time something new pops up.We also give some transparency around product availability, shipping delays during the holidays, and what's actually happening behind the scenes. If something looks delayed, it's not because we're dragging our feet—we're moving fast, and sometimes carriers just can't keep up. We appreciate the patience more than people know.On the events side, we're fired up about upcoming meetups, retreats, Tough Mudder, seminars, competitions, and everything else stacked on the 2026 calendar. There's something happening almost every month, and the focus is making sure everything we touch is done right—not rushed, not sloppy, but genuinely high quality. We talk candidly about content, algorithms, and the frustration of seeing negativity rewarded online. The goal has never been to tear others down. It's to build something better, add value, and serve people in a way that actually improves their lives. That's the challenge moving forward—figuring out how to do that louder without compromising integrity. We wrap up by congratulating the Savage Shred winners, celebrating the transformations, and reminding everyone that long-term commitment beats short-term hacks every time. New year, same mission: progress, consistency, and doing things the right way.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

This week we're coming off a solid crew Christmas party with the Keto Savage crew—good food, good company, and a surprisingly competitive keto dessert showdown. We talk through some of the highlights, including a few creative “brick-based” desserts, cast-iron chaos baking, and why consistency always beats perfection, even when you're experimenting in the kitchen. We also get into holiday logistics around the office—skeleton crew operations, shipping timelines, inventory drops, and how we're handling fulfillment with people traveling. If you're placing orders this week, everything will go out as soon as we're back in the normal workflow, so appreciate everyone's patience around the holidays. On the training side, we break down how things are progressing right now—strength is climbing, bodyweight is stable, and offseason macros are doing their job. We talk deloads, CNS fatigue, training while traveling, and why listening to objective performance markers matters more than just “feeling tired.” There's also some discussion around trail running, endurance work, and getting prepped for upcoming challenges like the mud run.Nutrition-wise, we dig into fasting protocols, including multi-day fasts, water vs. dry fasting, and why neither of us uses fasting as a fat-loss tool. For us, it's about cognitive reset, gut health, and long-term sustainability—never starvation. We also talk through how higher intake, consistent training, and repeatable food choices remove decision fatigue and make progress inevitable. We wrap things up with a broader mindset conversation heading into the new year—why we don't really believe in “resolutions,” why progress is the most motivating force there is, and how committing to small daily actions compounds over time. Whether it's training, nutrition, business, or relationships, you're either moving forward or falling behind—so focus on something you can execute every single day and build from there.Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and we'll see you heading into World Carnivore Month and the start of another strong year.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

We also dive into sleep optimization — grounding sheets, cool-sleeping mattress toppers, and the little tweaks that keep recovery on point. One of the big highlights this week: White Chocolate Peppermint Keto Brick is officially live. This flavor hasn't released in years and instantly reminded both of us why it's a favorite — smooth, minty, refreshing, and dangerously easy to stockpile. Once this batch is gone, it's gone for a long while. We also talk about rolling out our new backend software system that updates inventory in real time. Translation: keep an eye on your restock notifications… some flavors might pop back up the moment we produce them. Then we get into a deeper discussion about the nutrition space — the noise, the negativity, and the influencers who build their platforms by tearing others down. We break down why we stay focused on positive, educational, sustainable messaging and why creativity and authenticity always beat reaction-based content. To wrap things up, we run through details on our upcoming Mud Run Meat-Up & Retreat happening Feb 27–Mar 1 near Austin, Texas. Happy Monday, y'all. Hard to believe we're already in the last month of 2025. It feels like I just blinked and now I'm gearing up for 2026. Time flies when you're building, growing, and pushing the boundaries every single day. This week's episode is a full-speed update on everything happening behind the scenes — and right now, everything is hitting at once. It's chaotic, but honestly, it all makes sense. Every project on our plate matters, and none of them can be put on the back burner. We just need more bandwidth.First big announcement:Natural State Savages is officially set for September 19th, 2026, same venue, TheaterSquared in Fayetteville.People have already been messaging, planning their 2026 season around it. We're going to run through last year's competitor, judge, and audience feedback with a fine-tooth comb, but overall the reviews were incredibly positive — so the foundation is solid.Tanning is lined up, venue confirmed, still waiting on polygraph and photography confirmations, and we'll lock in the host hotel soon. Only drawback is that Lisa Lum's show lands the same weekend, so we may lose a judge or two — but rest assured, we will still have an A-team judging crew. The retreat is officially happening the last weekend of February through March 1st.I booked the Airbnb — and this place is unreal. Sleeps 21, sits on nearly 100 acres, has longhorns, horses, a pool, a huge kitchen, a billiards room, a mule you can drive around the ranch… It's a whole experience in itself.Group Tough Mudder package is booked.Food is covered.Gym access close by.BBQ spot just down the road.Price:$1500 general public$1000 for tribe membersWe're not trying to profit off retreats. The goal is simple: create meaningful experiences, build relationships, and give people memories that stick. By the time you factor in race fees, food, lodging, and the expert speaker, we're basically breaking even — and that's by design.Landing page goes up this week, and Chip and I still need to film the promo video for it.Y'all have been asking… and it's back.White Chocolate Peppermint launches Sunday, December 14th at noon CST.This is my personal favorite flavor — the one I could eat every day. We tried making a tallow version to see if it could beat the cacao butter base, but when it comes to white chocolate, cacao butter just wins. We even blind-taste-tested it with the team, and cacao butter was the unanimous choice. We made thousands last week, making thousands more this week. This batch is good.I hit a Dexa scan thanks to a crazy good Black Friday deal and came in around 13.1% body fat, with an A-plus score across the board. My weight's been hovering in the low 210s, calories around 2700–2800 on average, and lifts are steadily climbing — all signs are pointing in the right direction.I've opened up a new AMA system via Instagram — you can submit questions through the link in my bio, and I'll respond with short video clips. Chip and I are batching a ton of these today so we can start rolling them out throughout the week. This is exactly why we created The Work Podcast — to document the real-time grind. The mess, the momentum, the deadlines, the adaptations, the wins, and the chaos that comes with building something meaningful. And don't forget:White Chocolate Peppermint drops Sunday at noon. Happy Monday, y'all — and welcome back to The Work. December is here, the sleet is falling, and we're kicking off the final stretch of the year with a whole lot happening behind the scenes. This week, Greg and I dive into Thanksgiving recaps, starting with a massive shout-out to Marty, our UPS driver who surprised the whole crew with the most unbelievable keto barbecue spread. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork — all dialed in, Savage-certified, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. Watching Marty dive into keto, lose weight, and get fired up about the lifestyle is exactly the kind of ripple effect I always hoped this business would have.Speaking of meat, I somehow managed to stumble into field-dressing a deer in my running shorts minutes before a business call. Only here, folks. The deer had been hit and was suffering, so Clancy and I stepped in, processed it, and now we've got a freezer full of venison. Not how I planned to spend my Wednesday morning, but sometimes life hands you a responsibility… and 40 pounds of protein.Back at the homestead, Thanksgiving brought deep-fried turkey cooked in grass-finished tallow  - next-level stuff. Total game-changer for the family. But pigs? Different story. We got back from the holiday only to discover our new pigs had intestinal worms, despite being told they were clean. Definitely frustrating when you're doing everything as naturally and intentionally as possible. Luckily, we've got a regenerative protocol lined up — diatomaceous earth, pumpkin seeds, garlic, apple cider vinegar — to get everything back on track without resorting to pharmaceuticals. We also recap our Black Friday/Cyber Monday launch. We didn't discount the bricks — margins don't allow it — but we did hook folks up with a killer value: free high-end cooler bags and access to the Savage System when they stocked up. Those cooler bags are insane, by the way. Yeti-level, maybe better, and my cousins took them through mud, rivers, and gun ranges to put them to the test. Then we shift gears into 2026 planning. We're working hard to lock down the venue for the next Natural State Savages. Tons of people are already asking, and yes — it is happening. As soon as the venue gives us the green light, the date will be set. We've also finalized the core details for the next Savage Retreat: Tough Mudder weekend — Feb 28–March 1 — with Dr. Jamie Seeman as our keynote speaker. Three days, a shared Airbnb, a mud run, mountains of barbecue, and one heck of a good time. Tribe members get a discounted rate, but either way, we're pricing it just high enough to cover costs and make it an unforgettable experience. We close by touching on training — both Greg and I are seeing strength climbing across the board. Calories steady, recovery solid, and deep into grow-mode as I gear up mentally for the 2027 prep season. Eddie set the bar high at Worlds this year… and I'm coming for that standard.December's here, momentum's up, and we're grinding all the way into 2026. Training updates, dentist visits, a little Ozark, and a whole lot of day-to-day real-life stuff woven in like always. From there we dive into the real headline: the new Nootropic Tallow Brick, a collaboration with Keto Brains — full serving of their nootropic creamer built right into every brick: Alpha GPC, L-theanine, Lion's Mane fruiting body, heirloom MCT powder — the works. Smoother flavor, better texture, subtle fruitiness from the whey protein. Orders are already flying. Then we unpack the Black Friday dilemma — how to stay true to our values, avoid discount-culture, keep quality sacred, and still stay relevant when the entire world is trained to shop this week. The answer?Spend $500+ at KetoBrick.com and you're getting:All your bricks, at the highest discount levelLifetime access to the Savage System course (normally $799–$800)A premium Live Savage cooler bag ($200 value) packed with your orderEarly exposure to all the new gear dropping soon — natural-fiber apparel, jump ropes, water bottles, backpacks, all the non-endocrine-disrupting lifestyle upgrades we've been working onNo discounts. No gimmicks. Just stacking massive value and introducing people to all three pillars of the business — nutrition, education, and gear — in one shot.We also talk about why waiting for January 1st is nonsense, how this bundle gives you zero excuses moving into the new year, and how the affiliate discounts inside the course alone pay for the entire $500 order ten times over. After that, we pivot to Worlds — who won, who looked sharp, how Eddie crushed it — and then wrap with a rundown of pig chaos, electric fences, fried turkeys (including tallow-fried turkey tips), and the annual reminder that you don't have to drift into mindless holiday eating just because everyone else is.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ

Man, this week was a whirlwind. Greg and I kicked things off running on 3.5 hours of sleep, fresh off the trip to Hack Your Health in Tampa. Between the travel, the steakhouse meat sweats, and a heavy training day, everything felt a little heavier than normal — but we still got after it.The event itself was awesome. I sat on the food addiction panel, which was packed again this year — standing room only. The panel lineup was solid, and we all wished we had more than 40 minutes because that topic deserves way more depth. Robin even mentioned maybe bumping us to a bigger stage next year.We recapped the whole Tampa weekend — Whole Foods runs, hanging with Bill and Christina, early-morning workouts with Danny Vega, Mike Mutzel, Jonathan Shane, and others. I left midday Saturday to swing by Dom D'Agostino's place, tour his property, chainsaw fallen trees, and hit an outdoor lift before meeting back up with the guys for Brazilian BBQ.Back home, we're gearing up for Thanksgiving week — a short but heavy workload. We've got team training on the new software and a big wave of packaging to prep for.The big announcement: We're launching the Tallow Nootropic Brick with Keto Brainz — dropping this Sunday at noon Central. Full serving of nootropics, whey-based, no nut butter, and honestly… The tallow version blew the original cacao version out of the water. On the homestead front, I might finally get my truck back after replacing basically the whole front end — and yes, I went ahead and upgraded to a lift and bigger tires because, why not? We're also adding pigs to the farm this week, so I've been building shelters and prepping electric fencing. Super excited for Rigel to have real daily responsibilities; chores build discipline, character, and work ethic. And then… the spicy teaser: We've got nine pallets of extremely high-end gear in transit from Canada — the best bags and accessories I've ever used. The import duties were insane, like “could've bought a car” insane, but we're committed to offering the best when we relaunch apparel in early 2026. It's going to be a full lifestyle line, not just T-shirts.We wrapped up talking travel, camaraderie, and why it's great to be surrounded by people who just get the lifestyle — early gyms, Whole Foods runs, cooking at the Airbnb, no explanations needed.Another solid week, another packed episode. This week on The Work, we kicked things off with a little debate about whether I should open every episode with a song request — apparently y'all want me singing more than Greg does. From there, we dove straight into weekend adventures: Greg battled the wildest gravel road in Arkansas just to get to Whitaker Point, and I battled… well… my truck. Let's just say deer camp didn't go as planned. One pothole, a three-foot airborne moment, and a whole lot of broken suspension later, I ended up hauling my wounded 3500 home on a trailer. No deer, no meat, just a big repair bill and a very humbled Sikes. We talked fasting — Greg kicked off a three-day water fast and I shared how extended fasting fits better once you're out of a caloric deficit. Then we drifted into the carnivore-to-keto-to-back-to-carbs trend online, and why staying rooted in real food and consistent principles matters more than chasing the hype. People jump ship fast. I'll stick with what works. We also hit on social media, my “toilet paper in the fridge” reel experiment, and the strange corners of the internet — including the no-wipe carnivore movement and the people drinking their first morning urine. (No, neither of us are signing up for that.)We previewed the upcoming Hack Your Health event, where I'll be on the food addiction panel again — likely ruffling a few feathers with my stance on extreme ownership. At the end of the day, you put the fork in your own mouth. That message usually lands. From there it was travel, parental adventures (my folks are literally sailing around the world with six months' worth of Keto Bricks), winter nasal breathing, AI deepfakes, gym talk, upcoming deload timing, and plans for next year's show — including a massive local charcuterie board situation we're pretty excited about. We wrapped the episode the way we always do: ready to get back to work, film a reel, and keep pushing everything forward.Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ketogreg80/Register For My FREE Masterclass: https://www.ketobodybuilding.com/registration-2Get Keto Brick: https://www.ketobrick.com/Subscribe to the podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/42cjJssghqD01bdWBxRYEg?si=1XYKmPXmR4eKw2O9gGCEuQ
