Spirtual gifts come from the Lord and can be identified and accessed when we lean into His direction. Fasting is an intimate way to lean into and seek His direction by denying our flesh and seeking Him over our desires. How often do you seek Him? We turned to Matthew 6:16-18 for some biblical guidance on how to go about fasting. I went out there for two reasons, one was to visit a retreat facility.. hint hint .. MAster retreat in 2025. All questions and no answers, but the questions are often the most important place to start.

She has translated several of their books and articles from the original Italian and has written and edited various parts of the CGS core texts. Rebekah is a catechist at her parish, St. Patrick Catholic Church, and for the Missionaries of Charity atrium in Memphis, Tennessee.
