The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe a space orangutan ball-bag bat judo techno Dracula. We know on this podcast that children, never, lie, so how do we explain what the children we meet today saw in Japan? Why would an orangutan wear a silver suit? Who's the whinier little turd - Harry Potter or Voldemort? Is Tinkerbell involved? Is Jabba the Hutt involved? Meanwhile, this episode questions who the aliens are if you land on another planet - who are the ‘lings? I suppose that we should also allude to what this episode actually covers… Two Japanese children may or may not have allegedly truthfully seen an orange/silver UFO. A flying saucer, if you will. Not only that, but creatures, may have descended from the craft. Did these aliens know karate? Would they be confronted by a group of mums? It was down to a school to use their finest tools to investigate. You may also have noticed during the scenic Zelda discussion a snippet of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time's Title Theme from 1998, composed by Kōji Kondō and released via Nintendo. Beautiful. Next up, during the continual raging Harry Vs Voldemort debate, you may have noticed the accompanying music was Hedwig's Theme, composed by John Williams. This was conducted by Mr Williams along with William Ross, performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. Magical. Harryyyyyyyyyyyy. Finally, during our Mortal Kombat discussion (Kev 1 - 0 Granville) the Mortal Kombat theme accompanied this segment. We've mentioned before that we're not entirely sure on the credits for this song. The internet tells us that this theme is called Techno Syndrome and was written by Oliver Adams, published via Virgin Records but as always, if that is not accurate, our sincerest apologies. Mr Moonwalker absolutely loves that franchise but please Mr Boon and company, don't mess with Kung Lao.

The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe CERN. What do you really know about the Large Hadron Collider? Greybeard is a lord. Of sea-monkeys, but it counts. More importantly, we are touching down in conspiracy town again this week as we analyse whether CERN are utilising the LHC to destroy the world. Or at least, bring something somewhat unsavoury through it. Is the location of the LHC really the place you want to see a statue associated with the destruction of the world? Are the people in charge of these potentially world-ending experiments associated with human sacrifice? Along the way, we also learn how to defeat Goro in Mortal Kombat and whether Moonwalker or Greybeard would go through a Stargate themselves. But before that, we discover what weasels are doing in the tunnels of the LHC. You may think that this is a lot so let's just throw something else in to the mix… How does all this tie in to the Illuminati and the New World Order? All that and more on this week's file.   YouTube Video of (fake) swirl above the Large Hadron Collider: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBvzdzzoAOQ    YouTube video of possible allegedly true satanic ritual outside CERN by Shiva statue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvUMfXKACfE - CERN states that it dealt with those responsible, make of that what you will.     Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/butitwasaliens   Store: https://butitwasaliens.co.uk/shop/     Probe us: Email: butitwasaliens@gmail.com Instagram @ ButItWasAliensPodcast Twitter @ ButItWasAliens Facebook: @ ButItWasAliens - join Extraterrestrial Towers     Music:  Music created via Garageband. Additional music via: https://freepd.com - thank you most kindly good people. As often is the case, we also snuck a couple of pop culture jams in for our listeners. Firstly, you may have noticed the Lemmiwinks song (The Ballad of Lemmiwinks) from South Park season 6 episode 14. At the time, we thought that this was one of the best episodes of South Park ever in our humble view, though we aren't sure if it's aged well. In the episode, the Frog King, Sparrow Prince and Catatafish guide Lemmiwinks to safety. We can only assume this song was written and produced by trey Parker and Matt Stone via South Park Studios. During the Mortal Kombat how to beat Goro discussion (parody finisher - lego brick), we snuck the Mortal Kombat theme in there. Now, for this one we're not entirely sure on the credits. The internet tells us that this is called Techno Syndrome and was written by Oliver Adams, published via Virgin Records. If that is not accurate, our sincerest apologies. Rumour has it that the song was made on an Atari ST. We may have gotten a little carried away this episode because during the Old Gregg discussion, we also included a snippet from Love Games - the wondrous song from the Mighty Boosh comedy troupe. This song featured in BBC Three series two episode ‘The Legend of Old Gregg' performed by Old Gregg and Howard Moon (Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt). Mmmm, creamy.

Techno Syndrome, de The Inmortals. ¡Ay, qué dolor!, de los chunguitos. You are the best around, de Joe Espósito. Musica de fondo por Ross Bugden. NOTE: If you want to skip the "idiots playing and sucking at Mortal Kombat while swearing a lot" section of the show feel free to go to the 1:35:00 time on the show to skip all that and get to the standard format part of the show. Its that time of year again when our boys spend an hour or so playing a classic game really badly and cursing a lot before talking about how great the game really is because they are too drunk to say otherwise. Do you like Mortal Kombat? Hows about MK2? Really? You dig that one too? Hows about MK3? Oh come on! Its not that bad! Seriously though, buckle up as Jake and Rich drink a lot and proceed to play the first 3 Mortal Kombat games. How terrible are they at these games? Is Sub Zero the best? How much does Jake hate Johnny Cage? Is Baraka really the worst? (Spoilers - he totally is) Which version of Smoke is the best? Does Jax need metal arms to be awesome? How much is the computer a cheap ass piece of shit? And most importantly - which one of the boys is better in at the game??? All this and our individual "Top 10 Best Stuff We Enjoyed in 2017" countdown on the latest year end celebration we call Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn Chocobooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!
