Caracol Radio conoció en exclusiva que, los magistrados del Consejo Nacional Electoral, encontraron pruebas contundentes que los llevarían a radicar el proyecto de resolución en el que formulan cargos al presidente Gustavo Petro, a su gerente de campaña, Ricardo Roa, y a los auditores de la campaña.
