Motherhood requires selflessness. Most Moms sacrifice so much about what they want and need to give their children a boost. The load of home tasks and caregiving to their family make them think they don't have time for themselves. But you know what, you can still do anything you want and achieve the things you dreamed of, and have some self care and “me” time once in a while. It's not being selfish, it's not like abandoning your children but investing for yourself. Because a happy Mom can more likely raise a well virtuous child and build a better household. With that being said, a friend of mine, Olga Ghali will be joining us in this podcast to help us draft a sustainable time management structure for Moms. Olga is a Time Management Mentor and ICF Coach. She is also holding an amazing community here in Bahrain, the Moms Club. Dara also shared about being pregnant while knowing her Mother has stage 4 cancer, reading the bag of letters written by her Mom and Grandmother, and how she remembers the people she lost through reliving what they love doing. “I think sometimes we're afraid to talk about the past, we're afraid to talk about people that we've lost because it hurts, it's painful. But most of the time people really want to talk about people what they've lost. They want to share. It feels good when we open up space and we give ourselves permission to do that. It's really a way to not only connect the past with the present, but also to feel that loss but also to remember the good times and count the blessings and feel joyful for what we had. I've been interviewing so many amazing women in different parts of this world and I am so blessed to connect with an amazing holistic mentor and artist, Laia Barconsbou. I found our today's guest on Instagram and I was so amazed by her that she really caught my attention because she is just everything about being rebellious, self-love, and all the feminine stuff. Emaan Abbass is the founder of Ketish and also a feminine and intimate health advocate. We talked more in this episode about the time in her childhood she often questioned the norms and became quite a rebellious curious young lady. She also shared what led to her passion and in creating her company, as well as, her diagnosis of cervical cancer. Tune in to hear more about taboos and how to confidently live with them. But there's so much that ties into that. It's like your hormones, regulate your reproductive organs. Our diet, regulates our hormones. Our mental health regulates our moods and emotions which heavily tie back into, you know what our hormones are doing. And it's very often that we don't think of all of those pieces even when you think of our sexual health. I think for me, what I've learned is that feminine intimate wellness is vast. On today's episode, we're going to talk about what's causing your hormonal imbalances. Because I love helping women be educated in this area of life, I pursued getting certifications in gut health practitioner and the women's hormone practitioner as well. Hormone imbalances can have such a big effect on our health and well-being. It's not just one thing that causes our hormones to be imbalanced. It's like a domino effect. So if you don't take care of one area of your life, it can really harm the other parts of your life as well. “Always focus on the word discipline. You can be consistent but if you're not disciplined and doing it maybe at a certain time of the week, then it will likely not work through. So really give yourself a little bit of tough love in that one. Use your masculine energy when it comes to your movement and getting your movements done. It doesn't have to be something so crazy and that your body's just like, Okay, we can't do this anymore. I've also been using this tool for my clients as well. I have been doing this since I was in the Philippines. I have had a lot of notebooks for my journals. So tune in to know what I wrote in those journals! “I started writing my desires. I remembered I wrote, I decided to try different kinds of movements, not just lifting and going to the gym and bodybuilding style. I wanted to do different kinds of moves, I wanted to dance, I wanted to do yoga, I wanted to do Pilates. I want to learn more about my body. I want to eat food that is tasty. I want to learn about my hormones. I want to learn how to love myself again. I want to learn how to feel sexy again without waiting for validation. Those were the things I wrote in my journal.” Learn More About: What inspired me to start journaling The “GOALS” notebook How journaling help me become what I am today Connect with me: Instagram: @nazgrimley Website: www.nazgrimley.com Linktree: linktr.ee/cincofn Download your free Cycle Syncing Guide here: https://wondrous-hustler-7902.ck.page/cc547ed3e7
I am so grateful for the time our guest, Maria De Luna, indulged us in this episode. We have my amazing friend Maria, who has been supporting me in manifesting things in my life and in my business. Maria De Luna is an aligned purpose light worker, an ancestral witch and spiritual activator. Working with all awakened souls looking to move into their purpose and with an understanding of ancient magic, she used all her modalities to connect her to her ancestors and to assist those looking to come into their sole purpose and understand the quantum movements inside of them helping over 100 plus clients all over the world. Maria taps into the movement of spiritual alignment, body consciousness and mindful understanding of oneself and a deep connection to the inner child every day. Maria also conducts retreats, events and workshops both in person and online wherever she may be. She travels about three to five times a year with her partner now and usually with their really cute, giant furbaby. She enjoys soulful conversations with people while spending time exploring her town, along with exploration, a connection to Mother Earth by crafting her beautiful energy jars to help shift energy. She also shared in this episode about how she manifested her dream man, what manifestation truly means to her and finding tuning of yourself by connecting deeper into yourself to be authentic. “Trusting and believing in your own inner magic like there's no ifs and buts. If you start to waver away from that, then of course, it's never gonna come. It's all about really finding that part of you that really connects you into that deepest, most desirable thing. If you manifest a dog or a truck or a car, it can happen. But you also have to work towards it. You can't just be like, here you go, and then sit at home. And then we look at computers and be like, Oh, I wish I had that. You have to also work at it.” - Maria De Luna Learn More About: “50-50 effect” Get to know the Manifestation Goddess How to know your dream clients to start manifesting them How to market yourself to your dream client Connect with Maria: Instagram: @unleashyourwildgoddess Facebook Group: Quantum Magic School Website: www.mariadeluna.ca Book a free clarity call with Maria: https://maria-deluna.youcanbook.me/ Connect with me: Instagram: @nazgrimley Website: www.nazgrimley.com Linktree: linktr.ee/cincofn Download your free Cycle Syncing Guide here: https://wondrous-hustler-7902.ck.page/cc547ed3e7
