Five days ago, I stepped onto a stage at the Pink Skirt Summit, an event founded by my girlfriend Renee Warren, and something cracked wide open in me. This episode is my attempt to share what happened, what I witnessed, and what I took away, not just from my own talk, but from the entire two days In this episode, I'm sharing: What I noticed the moment I walked into the event, and why the energy behind the scenes changes everything for the people in the room Why asking the "safe" people is keeping you small (and what my girlfriend Renee modeled by going for the big asks anyway) How to read the season your audience is in, and why that matters more than any strategy or slide deck What happened the morning of my talk: the tears, the rewiring, the dress, the armpit sweat pads (yes, really) Why your reputation enters the room before you do, and what that means for how you show up everywhere The question my girlfriend Adele asked me that stopped me cold: "At what point are you going to see the version of yourself that we all see?" What I shared on stage about not wanting more, and the woman who cried in the bathroom stall because I finally said the thing out loud Why your value is no longer in what you know, it's in what you see The permission to evolve: what I'm retiring in my business and what I'm stepping into next Why I took the entire month of August off to write The Audacious Woman, and why I have zero regrets about it Let's dive in! This episode isn't really about money strategies (though we get into some of that too). It's about why really intelligent, capable people avoid opening their bank statements, undercharge for their work, blow their savings the moment they make good money, or freeze right before pulling the trigger on an investment they know makes sense. We've been those people, and in this episode we're getting personal. In this episode we talk about: Why two people can receive the exact same amount of money and have completely different experiences with it How your nervous system is running the financial show The GIC example that explains exactly how banks make money off your fear Why making more money doesn't fix a leaky financial foundation Our own money stories (including why I finally got my financial license, and what pushed me to do it) The "doors conversation" we had in our kitchen last week Why we sold our Costa Rica house and got rid of our boat Budgeting as money awareness, not restriction The $25/month RESP investment that's going to make our kids millionaires How to get your teenager to actually care about investing (hint: don't be the one to have the conversation) Let's dive in! In this episode, I get into what I really think is underneath all of this (and it's not ambition). For a lot of us, what we've been calling ambition is actually survival. From the time we were little girls, being good, capable, productive, and useful got rewarded. And eventually our nervous systems wired achievement to safety. If I perform, I'm safe. If I'm useful, I'm loved. That's not a personality trait. That's a nervous system pattern. And it explains why slowing down can feel absolutely terrifying even when your body is begging for rest. Reflection questions from this episode: What do you actually want if no one was watching? What are you still trying to prove, and to whom? If you woke up tomorrow already believing you were enough, what would you stop chasing? Write your own definition of success. Not your industry's, not Instagram's, not your parents'. Yours. Audit your calendar. Does it reflect what you say you want? Let's dive in! Thank you for joining us today. If you could rate, review & subscribe, it would mean the world to me! Show Notes HOST Melody Hartzler | | Book Appointment AROUND THE TABLE Dr. Amber Fish Book Appointment In Today's Episode In this episode of Table Talk, Melody Hartzler sits down with Pharm to Table pharmacist Amber Fish to discuss her personal journey with rheumatoid arthritis and how functional medicine transformed her health. Amber shares how addressing gut health, nutrition, lifestyle, and root causes helped her reduce inflammation, regain her quality of life, and move beyond simply managing symptoms with medication. Together, they discuss practical strategies for supporting autoimmune conditions and the importance of making sustainable lifestyle changes. Key Take Aways Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of autoimmune disease rather than simply managing symptoms. Healing the gut can significantly reduce inflammation and improve symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions. Supplements can be valuable tools during healing, but they work best when paired with strong lifestyle foundations like nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress management. Lasting health improvements come from consistent daily habits, not quick fixes or short-term programs. Healing is a journey and sustainable progress happens by making small, manageable changes over time. In this episode, I'm doing a full reflection on the sixth annual Audacious Woman Retreat I hosted in Kelowna this past June. This isn't just a recap. It's a conversation about something I believe with every fiber of my being: the room is the most powerful business tool you will ever step into, and sometimes, you have to be brave enough to build it yourself. In this episode, I'm sharing: Why I hosted five women in my rented home for five days, and what emerged that no agenda could have planned The difference between information and knowledge Why the "right room" has nothing to do with celebrity coaches, luxury venues, or million-dollar masterminds What I've learned after six years of hosting these retreats: the room doesn't actually exist until the humans arrive The concept of "stacking evidence" Why vulnerability creates speed in business (and why pretending you have it together is costing you years) The lobster theory of women in business Why confidence is contagious, and what happens when one woman asks the hard question out loud My reflection on leadership: I'm not better than the women in the room, I'm just a little further along A permission slip for the woman who has been waiting to feel "ready enough" to gather her people Let's dive in! This week, I pulled my husband in to do a full recap of our family trip to Italy at the end of May. We were there for 15 days with our two kids (17 and 19 at the time), and honestly, a month later I'd hop on a plane back in a heartbeat. We cover everything: how we planned it, how we paid for it, what we'd do differently, and the real, unfiltered truth about what it's like to travel as a family of four for two weeks straight. In this episode, we talk about: How we used credit card points to cover four flights and how we scored a last-minute premium cabin upgrade for all of us for about $3,000 The difference between staying in hotels vs. Airbnbs, and why Airbnbs won for us every time Why we'd skip the Amalfi next time (controversial, I know) and where we wish we'd spent more days The hidden charges at Italian restaurants that caught us off guard How we average 20,000–30,000 steps a day and why getting lost on foot is genuinely one of the best travel strategies Why we booked the Colosseum and Vatican three months out Our honest take on Naples What it means to raise kids who know how to travel Let's dive in! What Is Actually Living in Your Gut That Is Making Every Other Symptom Worse ft. Izabella Wentz Your gut symptoms have a cause. Finding it just requires someone willing to look past the standard playbook. More than thirty distinct root causes including SIBO, parasites, celiac disease, bile acid malabsorption, food sensitivities, and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency can produce the exact same symptoms and most of them will never show up on a standard workup because the tests that catch them were never built into the protocol. Dr. Izabella Wentz is a pharmacist, Hashimotos specialist, and four-time bestselling author who spent years watching her own body fall apart while the medicine she had been trained in had no answers for her. Explosive diarrhea, brain fog, anxiety, hair loss, fatigue. Each symptom managed in isolation, and none of them ever connected. It was not until she started looking at what was actually happening in her gut that everything shifted. The IBS went into remission, her Hashimotos improved, and the acid reflux disappeared. In this episode we get into why IBS is no longer being treated as a diagnosis of exclusion and what that means for anyone who has been handed that label without a real workup. Izabella walks through the first places she looks before any testing even begins, including medications most people never think to question and food additives hiding in products marketed as healthy. She breaks down the functional tests that actually reveal what is driving symptoms and why parasite infections are far more common than conventional medicine is willing to admit. She also explains the three conditions that have to be present for autoimmune disease to develop and why a disrupted gut barrier can precede an autoimmune diagnosis by a decade or more. The Medical Disruptor exists to bring you board-certified clinicians who were trained inside conventional medicine, learned its limits firsthand, and came out the other side with real answers. Your gut is not just a digestive organ. It is the command center for your immune system, your hormones, your brain, and your ability to absorb every nutrient your body needs to function. When it is compromised, everything else follows. And the longer you go without finding the actual cause, the longer everything else keeps breaking down. Want more practical health tips? In this episode, I'm going deep on something I've been talking about in my clinical practice for nearly a decade: your hormones are rarely the root cause of how you're feeling. They're messengers. And when we keep trying to silence the message instead of understanding what's driving it, we keep ourselves stuck. What We Cover in This Episode Why assuming every symptom is a hormone problem can keep you chasing your tail How hormones respond to their environment — emotional, physical, relational, and metabolic The life stages where I see this show up most (early 20s, the thick of your 30s, perimenopause, and beyond) Why I think of hormones like text messages Let's dive in! This week Chris is back with me and we are going deep on a topic that honestly took us years to truly understand: the difference between making money and actually building wealth. If you're a business owner, an entrepreneur, or even just someone who has been grinding away and wondering why the revenue doesn't quite match the financial freedom you pictured, this one is for you. In this episode, we cover: Revenue vs. profit vs. wealth — why that distinction is one of the most important mindset shifts you'll make as an entrepreneur Sole proprietor vs. incorporated business — how to know which structure makes sense for where you are and where you want to go (and yes, we're Canadians so this is Canadian languaging!) Retained earnings — what they are, why they matter, and how leaving money inside your corporation is one of the most powerful tax advantages available to you The tax reserve — why we recommend setting aside roughly 30% as money comes in, and how shifting to quarterly corporate tax installments changed everything for me Banking strategy vs. wealth strategy — stop asking "where does my money go?" and start asking "what should my money be doing?" Emergency reserves and operating capital — the numbers every business owner needs to understand (and most don't) How insurance investments work inside a corporation — one of Chris's favourite tools that most people never think to ask about The questions to ask your accountant — because showing up informed changes everything Why sitting money is losing money — how inflation quietly erodes the savings you feel "safe" keeping in your business account Let's dive in! In this episode, I'm getting real about two gaps I don't think get talked about enough: the practitioner gap and the knowledge gap that women carry about their own bodies. And here's the thing — they feed directly into each other. What We Cover: Why I've been genuinely bored with social media lately and what that's made me reflect on about why I started this work in the first place The foundational truth that most women have never been taught the four phases of their cycle, what perimenopause actually is, how insulin, cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone all interact How "just manage your symptoms" became the biggest lie sold to women in healthcare Why advice without education does not create empowerment The practitioner opportunity right now: the women coming to you are asking better questions, and they deserve better answers. The future practitioner isn't memorizing protocols Why the "Amazon Prime" model of healing doesn't work, and what a real client relationship actually looks like The difference between acquiring information and truly understanding your body My "learn and apply" philosophy and why waiting until you have five certifications is keeping you stuck Let's dive in! Chris is back, and we're getting into the money conversation so many of you have been asking for. We talk about what a financial broker actually does (and why it's nothing like talking to your bank), who Chris works with, and the real reason most people are saving without a real plan. We also get personal — Chris shares a compound interest conversation he had with our 18-year-old son that genuinely changed how our son thinks about money. If you've been struggling with sleep, this episode is for you. I've been in the thick of it myself lately — between our dog's 4 AM lick baths, my husband's temperature wars, teens coming home late, and the reality of being a nearly 47-year-old woman in perimenopause — sleep has become the most precious thing in my life. And I know I'm not alone. After sharing a few stories on Instagram about my own brutal nights, my DMs absolutely exploded. 90% of the women who reached out were like, "Girl, we've been sleeping in separate rooms for years." It was like collective permission to stop pretending this isn't happening. So in this episode, I'm breaking down the real reasons your sleep might be struggling — and why the answer is almost never just "take melatonin." In this episode, we cover: Why sleep is a mirror, not a standalone issue — and what it's actually trying to tell you The stages of sleep (light, deep, REM) and why each one matters for your health How estrogen and progesterone directly impact your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep Why cortisol is one of the biggest sleep disruptors I see in women — especially if you wake up at the same time every night The blood sugar connection: how under-eating all day sets you up for 2 AM wake-ups Thyroid, adrenals, and your nervous system — why you can't biohack your way out of a chronically overactive system Sleep environment non-negotiables: temperature, darkness, noise, and yes — separate bedrooms Sleep apnea in women: massively under-diagnosed, presents differently than in men, and increasing after menopause How to actually troubleshoot your sleep by asking "why am I waking up?" instead of "how do I sleep better?" Supplements worth considering: magnesium, glycine, valerian + passionflower, progesterone, and when melatonin actually makes sense Let's dive in! Thank you for joining us today. After 30 years in health, fitness, and nutrition, and six years running The Audacious Woman, I've hit a wall — not the burnout kind, but the kind that tells you it's time to stop going a mile wide and an inch deep, and start going a mile deep and an inch wide. This episode is about that shift, how to know when you're ready for it, and what it actually takes to do it. What We Cover Why width in business can quietly become a trap — and the signs it's happening to you The difference between "I want to burn it all down" and "I need to go deeper" How to know if you're performing for an audience you've outgrown What it looks like when your soul is tired (not your body) The grief I didn't expect: letting go of the version of yourself who built something wide Why specificity is magnetic, not limiting Pricing for mastery, not just your time What a depth-first business actually looks and feels like in practice Signs You're Ready to Choose Depth: You're serving a lot of people but deeply known by very few Your reach is growing but your sense of joy and impact is shrinking You're exhausted in a way that rest doesn't fix Your best clients are the ones who've been with you the longest There's a version of your work you haven't said out loud yet — because you've been building it quietly inside The Big Reflection Questions from This Episode: When's the last time you felt truly lit up by your work — not just busy, but alive inside of it? What is the one thing you know more about than almost anyone — and are you actually building a business around that? Where are you still performing for an audience you've outgrown? What belief do you have to change to make the shift toward depth possible? Is the work you're doing right now getting you out of bed excited — or is there a shift calling? Let's dive in! Last week's case study episode got such a strong response that I wanted to go deeper with a different scenario: the woman who is already lean, doesn't have weight to lose, and is trying to build muscle and look more athletic. This one's for her — and honestly, it was me at certain points too. In this episode, I cover: Why the advice to "eat less and do more cardio" is almost never the right answer for lean women The three phases of body composition: Build → Reveal → Maintain How long to actually spend in the build phase (hint: longer than you think — 4–12 months depending on your training history) Sample nutrition targets for a lean woman looking to build: ~2,000 calories, ~150g protein, ~220–230g carbs, ~60g fat Why a "dirty bulk" approach often backfires for women A sample 4-day strength training split (2 lower, 2 upper) with exercise selection guidance The importance of tracking weights to turn warmup sets into real working sets Volume targets: 10–20 quality sets per muscle group per week Cardio guidance during the build phase: steps, Zone 2, and why HIIT is NOT necessary right now What a mini cut (reveal phase) looks like: 6–10 weeks, 10–20% caloric reduction, protect the protein How to reverse diet back to maintenance — the phase no one talks about but everyone needs The mindset piece: most women spend 90% of their year in a deficit while saying their goal is to build muscle Let's dive in! This is one of those episodes I usually reserve for my mentorship courses and the practitioners I train, so I'm really glad I decided to bring it to the show. There is so much noise right now on Instagram and TikTok about liver health and gallbladder health, but a 20-slide carousel can only go so deep. My hope is that hearing this explained — with real stories and analogies — actually moves you to explore your own digestive health in a meaningful way. In this episode, I cover: Why your liver, digestive system, and nervous system are interconnected — and what happens when one goes offline The constellation of symptoms that get dismissed as "just IBS" or "just perimenopause" (bloating, bowel irregularities, right-sided shoulder ache, mood swings, waking between 1–3 AM, and more) How your liver metabolizes estrogen — and what estrogen dominance really signals about liver load The two phases of liver detoxification, which nutrients support each phase (B vitamins, magnesium bisglycinate, glycine, NAC), and what happens when those phases become sluggish The gallbladder's role as the liver's partner — and why removing it without addressing root cause is a missed opportunity The gut–brain axis, the vagus nerve, and why 90% of your serotonin is made in the gut Beta-glucuronidase — why your gut microbiome is directly influencing your hormone balance Blood work markers to request from your doctor: ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, bilirubin, albumin, ferritin, fasting insulin, HbA1c, full lipid panel, and more Functional testing I recommend: comprehensive stool test, Dutch Complete, HTMA, and when to consider an OAT test Nutrition priorities: cruciferous vegetables, bitter greens, fiber diversity, healthy fats, choline (please don't ditch the egg yolk), and eating in a parasympathetic state Supplement support for the liver, gut, and nervous system — including Hepato DR, L-glutamine, GI Revive, ox bile, calcium D-glucarate, and adaptogens Let's dive in! My DMs have been flooded with questions from women trying to figure out what their bodies actually need — how many calories, how much protein, how to structure their macros. So I decided to turn it into a case study episode and share it here with all of you, because one woman's struggle is never just one woman's struggle. In this episode, I walk you through: Why the number the calculator spits out terrifies you — and how you unconsciously manipulate formulas until you land on a number you're already eating (and already not seeing results on) The multi-billion dollar wellness industry's role in conditioning women to under-eat, and why 1,200–1,600 calories is not a starting point — it's a myth A full case study: 42-year-old, 5'6", 160 lbs, perimenopausal, chronic yo-yo dieter — and exactly what I'd do with her step by step Why maintenance calories are almost always higher than you think (and why that's actually good news) The Zone-method macro split I start most women on: 40% carbs / 30% protein / 30% fat How to actually track progress — measurements over the scale, every time. (One client lost 12 inches while the scale barely moved three pounds.) The real metrics that matter: biofeedback, performance, sleep, hunger, recovery When to reduce calories, when to increase them (spoiler: more often than you'd think), and why I never slash protein My strength training framework for women 35–70: 4 days/week, lower body twice, upper body twice, why most women are doing warm-up sets and calling them working sets Zone 2 cardio, step count sweet spots, and why fat loss is a muscle preservation problem — not a cardio problem Realistic expectations: what 12 weeks of genuine compliance actually looks like Let's dive in! This episode is for every woman who knows what she needs to do but still isn't doing it. Whether you're building a business, growing a practice, or trying to level up your health — if you've ever caught yourself saying "I just need more clarity/confidence/knowledge before I start," listen in because today's episode is a goodie! In this episode, I'm talking about: Why the real problem isn't a lack of information — it's a lack of movement and decision-making The sneaky ways we self-sabotage without even realizing it (perfectionism, overthinking, procrastinating on the "wrong" things) How your nervous system can actually work against your growth — and what to do about it Why confidence is the result of taking action, not the prerequisite for it The upper limiting beliefs I personally had to break through when I moved my business entirely online What perimenopause and identity shifts have taught me about reinvention in business and life The question you should actually be asking yourself instead of "what else do I need to learn?" Let's dive in! Thank you for joining us today. If you could rate, review & subscribe, it would mean the world to me! According to Dr. Sam Shay, functional genetics isn't genealogy or disease-gene testing. It's what Shay calls "terrain" genetics — identifying the upstream drivers of disease before they cascade into diagnosable conditions. As Shay shared, "Genetics testing is the cheapest, most high-value test anyone can do because done once, you have the results for life." Understanding Your Genetic Terrain Shay's work and research has identified seven major drivers of disease. These include inflammation, free radical scavenging, and liver detoxification as the highest priorities. In essence, the way people can win at genetics is to prioritize the drivers, prioritize the genes within the drivers, then prioritize the lifestyle recommendations. Eating For Your Unique Blueprint A key discovery: the Amy1 gene (and how much of it) determines how well you break down carbs. This specific genetic marker reveals whether you should follow a keto, paleo, or high-carb diet. For example, individuals with less of the Amy1 gene may thrive on low-carb protocols to maintain energy. Those with higher amounts may actually require higher carb intake to avoid health crashes A complete dietary genetic picture also covers: caffeine metabolism, histamine intolerance, gluten/lactose sensitivity, and sugar-craving variants Training Based On Fiber Type How should you exercise for the best results? Exercise recommendations should be designed to your genetic fiber type and recovery needs. Some people are naturally suited for power and fast-twitch movements, while others excel at endurance. Genetic markers can also reveal your collagen strength and inflammatory response to physical stress. Ignoring these markers can lead to chronic disease or injury despite regular exercise. Functional Testing and Barbed Wire Functional labs provide a snapshot of your current health to complement your genetic structure. A concept called metabolic barbed wire can block your progress even if you follow genetic advice. This occurs when issues like gut infections or toxins prevent your body from functioning optimally. Clearing these obstacles allows you to return to your ideal genetic terrain. In this podcast, you will discover: The difference between functional genetics and standard disease-gene testing. Why inflammation and free radical scavenging are the top priorities for health. How your Amy1 gene determines your ideal carbohydrate intake. The role of fiber type and collagen genes in preventing exercise injuries. Why vitamin D receptors matter more than your actual blood levels. The concept of metabolic barbed wire and how it blocks health progress. Which functional labs provide the most actionable insights for your body. EPISODE RESOURCES: YouTube Instagram Facebook

In today's episode, I'm breaking down the exact strength training formula I use and teach — one that's designed specifically for women in their late 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. Because the rules don't change just because you get older. What your body needs stays pretty consistent, and today I'm giving you the simple, no-BS version of what actually works. In this episode, I cover: Why doing more — more cardio, more steps, more classes — is actually working against your goals The role of progressive overload and why your body needs a reason to build muscle Why cardio will never be your primary tool for changing your body composition The nutrition non-negotiables (or "suggestions," if that word feels better!) that I come back to again and again How to think about protein, carbohydrates, and fat in a way that's simple and sustainable Why 9 out of 10 times, the problem isn't your training — it's how you're fueling The strength training formula simplified: lift progressively, fuel with intention, recover on purpose, and repeat — for months, not weeks Let's dive in! In this episode I'm talking to Jaclyn Shaw, spiritual mentor, bestselling author, and sought-after speaker. We went deep on what it actually means to trust your soul's calling — not just the inspiring idea of it, but the real, messy, sometimes terrifying practice of it. If you've ever felt like there's something more calling you forward but you keep negotiating yourself out of it, this episode is for you. In this episode, we cover: What it means to "outsource your power" — and how to recognize when you're doing it Why your finances are often the first place incongruency shows up The difference between going through the motions and actually being in motion How Jaclyn rebuilt her voice and conviction after losing herself in the noise of the online business world The "power tracking" tool she gives all her clients — and why most stop doing it too soon Why radical self-responsibility is the foundation of personal power The God vs. spirit/universe conversation — and why being unapologetic about your beliefs is the most aligned marketing you'll ever do What a spiritual smackdown actually is (and why you don't always need a big one to wake up) Jaclyn's own spiritual smackdown — the deeply personal story that became the birthplace of both her daughter and herself Let's dive in! In this episode, I sat down with Dr. Jen Rapkin, naturopathic doctor, body worker, former dancer, and author of The Feeling Muscle: Sitting With and Outlasting Hard Feelings, and I walked away from this one with so much clarity around something I've personally been navigating — the relationship between what we hold in our bodies and how it shows up as physical symptoms, dis-ease, and emotional patterns we can't seem to shake. In this episode, we explore: What it means to be a "frequent feeler" — and why that's actually a gift, not a burden How the messages we were raised with ("grow thicker skin," "boys don't cry," "grin and bear it") trained us to armor up and disconnect from our emotional body Why emotion is a pre-verbal, physical experience — and how learning to locate feelings in the body changes everything The concept of "shaking the hand" of a feeling — a simple, powerful practice for beginning to sit with what's coming up rather than numbing or distracting Why Dr. Raphkin's approach is NOT about excavating trauma — it's about exercising your feeling muscle one small moment at a time The connection between unprocessed emotions and physical symptoms (gut issues, hormonal imbalance, chronic illness) — and why the nervous system is always part of the conversation How we've become conditioned to outsource our health, our answers, and our healing to strangers on the internet — and why the most powerful answers already live inside you Why safety and permission are at the root of emotional processing — and how childhood conditioning shapes our nervous system well into adulthood Let's dive in! I am so excited to bring you Part 2 of my conversation with Cynthia Thurlow — and we recorded this only 48 hours after Part 1 dropped because the feedback and questions from you were just pouring in. That told me everything I needed to know: this topic is hitting home. Cynthia's new book, The Menopause Gut, is out now and available everywhere — and honestly, I think it's going to change the conversation for so many women. We peeled back another layer of the gut this week and went deep on some things that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. This week, Chris and I are sitting down together to talk about one of our favorite topics: building real, sustainable wealth without the overwhelm. If you've ever felt like you're behind, like it's too complicated, or like you just don't know where to start — this episode is for you. What We Cover: We break down the four pillars of wealth that Chris uses with his clients every single day: The Safety Pillar — Your emergency fund. This is priority number one. We talk about why three to six months of expenses matters, what that actually looks like for your life (hint: it's different for everyone), and the magic of just having enough to sleep at night. The Future Pillar — This is your retirement strategy. RRSPs, TFSAs, first home savings plans, permanent life insurance — we break down why diversification here is non-negotiable and why the tax strategy behind your withdrawals matters just as much as the saving itself. The Freedom Pillar — Our favorite one to talk about. This is where your money starts working for you — rental income, dividends, non-registered investments — the assets that buy back your time and give you options. Could you retire earlier than you think? Maybe. The Legacy Pillar — What do you want your money to do after you're gone? We get into wills, estate planning, life insurance, and charitable giving — and why taking care of yourself first is actually the most loving thing you can do for the people you leave behind. We Also Talk About: Why building wealth is honestly kind of boring (and why that's a good thing) The stats on why women tend to outperform men as long-term investors Why lottery winners go broke (and what that teaches us about money mindset) The most common wealth-building mistakes: starting too late, keeping cash under the mattress, spending your raise before you get it, not having a will, and trying to time the market Opportunity cost — why your daily latte isn't the villain, but your intention behind it matters How Chris breaks down $1,000/month across all four pillars (a simple rule of thumb you can actually use) Why your definition of financial freedom might be different from your partner's — and why that conversation is so important Questions to Ask Yourself After This Episode: Which pillar am I strongest in right now? Which pillar needs the most work? Do I have a will? Do I have life insurance? What does financial freedom actually look like for me? What's one thing I can do this month to strengthen my weakest pillar? Let's dive in! Thank you for joining us today. If you could rate, review & subscribe, it would mean the world to me! I literally just came downstairs from teaching a SYNCED class when I recorded this one, and I could not wait to get this conversation on the podcast. What started as a post-class chat with my ladies turned into the episode I've been meaning to record for a while now. We are diving deep into your adrenal and thyroid health — and why, for most women especially in their late 30s and beyond, this is the missing piece that no one is talking about enough. In this episode, I cover: Why The Lancet's newly released study on PCOS (now being reclassified as PMOS) is a huge deal and what it means for how we understand women's metabolic health How your adrenal glands and thyroid work together — and why chronic stress, overtraining, and under-eating are silently destroying that connection The real reason your body isn't changing (hint: it's not laziness, lack of discipline, or a broken metabolism) Why the hormonal buffering you had in your 20s and 30s masks the damage — and why midlife is when the bill finally comes due What your period and symptoms are actually trying to tell you (your body is not broken, it's communicating) Why strength training can become a withdrawal from an already overdrawn account — and what to do instead The thyroid testing most doctors aren't doing and what you actually need to ask for My honest take on aggressive fasting for women in midlife (and what I recommend instead) What "training smarter" actually looks like — including why more workouts are never the answer The lifestyle shifts that changed everything for me around age 37-38 and led to the creation of SYNCED Let's dive in! This week Chris and I are sitting down together to talk about something that comes up again and again — not just with our clients, but in our own lives too: money mindset. In this episode we cover: Why your income is rarely capped by your strategy — it's capped by your identity The 5 most common money beliefs holding people back: Money is hard to make — and why that's simply not true I'm not good with money — money is a skill set, not a personality trait There's never enough — how scarcity lives in your nervous system, not your bank account Wanting more makes you greedy — and the guilt that quietly keeps you small People like me don't make that kind of money — the invisible ceiling Jenn's story from the Tony Robbins Business Mastery event in Las Vegas — being the only one at the table without a black card, surrounded by multi-millionaires, and what she actually walked away with Why the rooms you put yourself in matter more than you think How to stop outsourcing your financial power — and why you still need to have a pulse on your own numbers The difference between hustle-driven income and value-driven income How the way you speak is literally scripting your financial reality Books we recommend: The Psychology of Money — Morgan Housel Think and Grow Rich (updated edition) Money: A Love Story — Kate Northrup You Are a Badass at Making Money — Jen Sincero The Big Leap — Gay Hendricks The Biology of Belief — Dr. Bruce Lipton Millionaire Next Door Happy Pocket Full of Money — David Whittles Anything by David Bach Money: Master the Game - Tony Robbins' Podcasts Chris recommends: Rational Reminder — Ben Felix More Money Podcast — Jessica Moorhouse Let's dive in! Why do standard gut tests keep missing chronic digestive issues? Functional Diagnostic Nutrition: Using Saliva Testing, Food Sensitivity Labs, and Lifestyle to Find Root Causes: Reed Davis, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and Certified Nutritional Therapist (CNT), is founder of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN). He discusses using functional testing alongside conventional care to uncover “dysfunction” when standard labs appear normal. Davis describes assessing adrenal and metabolic stress via saliva testing for circadian cortisol patterns, cortisol-DHEA balance, sex hormones, secretory IgA, and melatonin, emphasizing clinical correlation and individualized “studies of one.” He outlines an approach targeting multiple “healing opportunities” (H-I-D-D-E-N: hormones, immune, digestion, detoxification, energy, nervous system) and applying D-R-E-S-S (diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, supplementation) rather than relying on supplements alone. A case example links chronic hives, medication-related weight gain, and food triggers identified through additional testing, including the Mediator Release Test. The discussion also covers stress-driven gut dysbiosis, digestion decline, and EFT tapping for stress-related symptoms, and notes FDN practitioners can be found via FDNtraining.com/medicine.
In this masterclass, I'm pulling back the curtain on everything I teach inside my eight-week program Ignite and distilling it into one power-packed masterclass. If you've been doing "all the things" and still feel like your body isn't responding, this one is for you. What We Cover: The difference between metabolism, metabolic health, and hormonal changes — because they are not the same thing, and confusing them is costing you results. The top 5 struggles women come to us with: Metabolic dysfunction (gaining weight, energy crashes, cravings) Hormonal chaos (mood swings, anxiety, irritability) Sleep disruption (why 1–4 AM wake-ups are telling you something) Loss of body confidence and identity Information overload and no clear strategy Why your symptoms are the messenger, not the root cause — and how to start asking the right questions of your doctors, trainers, and yourself. Blood sugar & insulin — the most underutilized tool for stabilizing blood sugar isn't a supplement. It's strength training. Protein: the non-negotiable macro — how much you actually need (hint: most women are underestimating), how to hit 30–40g per meal, and why food prep beats meal prep every time. Building muscle in your 40s, 50s & 60s — what progressive overload actually means, why cardio classes are not your best investment, and the five non-negotiables for real body recomposition. Why eating less and pushing harder is working against you — and what to do instead. Thyroid health & Hashimoto's — what to ask your doctor to test (beyond TSH), why antibodies matter, and how Christine got her Hashi's into remission. The scale is the last metric we use — progress photos, tracking your lifts, and measuring what actually matters. Food noise, GLP-1s & the wellness marketing machine — how to cut through the noise and find what your body actually needs. Key Takeaways: Your muscle mass impacts your metabolism more than your age does One poor night of sleep is enough to dysregulate hunger hormones and increase cravings Consistency over perfection — nail one habit before adding another Stop cutting carbs; your thyroid needs them The boring basics work. My most successful clients are my most "boring" ones. You don't need more equipment — you need more education about your body Mentioned in This Episode: Andrea Donsky's book Nourishing Menopause and her research on 103 symptoms of perimenopause/menopause Dr. Bill Campbell's body composition lab at the University of South Florida MyFitnessPal for macro tracking Jill Harris as a client case study (9 lbs lost, Hashimoto's into remission over 3 years) Vitract / Tiny Gut Health for stool/microbiome testing Let's dive in! This one came straight from a morning walk with my husband Chris. He listened to me talk for the whole walk, turned to me, and said, "That was a podcast." So here we are — on what's normally a writing day for me — and I had to record this. This is the conversation I don't see happening enough in the online business world, especially for women who are navigating the intersection of body, business, life, and a whole lot of change. In This Episode I Cover: Why the "more, more, more" model of business is a lie — and what I mean by that My 30-year journey in the health, fitness, and business industry (from 17-year-old sole proprietor to multi-seven-figure company) The early hustle years: driving to clients, teaching classes, opening my boutique studio Simplicity Yoga & Fitness Therapy Studios, and what I actually made after four years (spoiler: $960) How selling my studio in 2016 launched everything that came after My first online programs — making $11K, then $18K — and why hitting those numbers broke me in the most revealing way The nervous system reckoning that came with my first million-dollar year Why I chose not to double revenue at all costs, and what I focused on instead The ecosystem model: why one signature offer is a starting point, not a business How we simplified from 9 offers down to 3-4 — and did the same revenue with far less effort Why I protect my team's nervous systems like a mama bear, and why sustainable success is the only success I'm interested in The grief that doesn't get talked about: what it means to be a woman in midlife, releasing older versions of yourself, and stepping into who you're becoming Why I build everything organically — no big ad spend, no app, no AI replacing my voice What I'm building now: the Audacious Woman, a certification, and legacy work that leaves an imprint Key Takeaways: Don't confuse your ability with your capacity — you likely have more of the former than you think Sustainable success > scaling at all costs Your nervous system is a business metric A business ecosystem needs multiple aligned pathways — not one offer carrying all the weight You don't need permission to build differently. You need desire and the courage to stop abandoning yourself in the process. Let's dive in! Thank you for joining us today. If you could rate, review & subscribe, it would mean the world to me! I am so excited to welcome back my dear friend and colleague Andrea Donsky — nutritionist, researcher, and author of her brand new book Nourishing Menopause. Andrea has spent the last two years deep in the research, and this conversation did not disappoint. What We Cover in This Episode: Andrea's personal perimenopause wake-up call — despite being a nutritionist for 17+ years, she knew almost nothing about what was happening in her own body The results of her landmark survey with over 20,000 women and 5,300+ responses — and why hot flashes didn't even crack the top 10 most common symptoms The actual top 10: fatigue, brain fog, sleep issues, memory loss, anxiety, loss of libido, lack of concentration, joint pain, and lack of patience The surprising and lesser-known symptoms women never connect to perimenopause — phantom smells (burning is #1!), itchy ears, cold flashes, vertigo, and tinnitus Why weight gain isn't in the top 10 symptom-wise, but ranks top 3 in quality of life impact — and the 17 different reasons Andrea uncovered in Chapter 5 of why we gain weight during this transition (spoiler: it is not your fault) The importance of relearning everything — how to eat, sleep, move, and even how to manage your relationship and your stress — for this new version of your body My thoughts on the gut microbiome in perimenopausal women and why the same commensal bacteria keep showing up depleted in our stool testing Top supplements Andrea recommends specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause: magnesium (bisglycinate and threonate), omega-3s, fiber, Vitamin D + K2/K7, and creatine (yes, for brain AND muscle!) The fiber conversation — why most of us are getting less than half of what we need, and how Andrea's supplement Fibers makes it easier without the digestive upset Protein intake: a practical formula for how much you actually need based on your body weight (not a blanket 150g-for-everyone recommendation) Why the nervous system — not the endocrine system — is the #1 system affected by the 103+ reported menopause symptoms The role of cortisol and chronic stress, and why managing it requires specificity and honesty (not just "reduce your stress") The beautiful reframe: perimenopause and menopause as a time of reassessment, reclaiming, and stepping into who you've always been Community, pickleball, and why finding your people outside your family matters more than ever for longevity Toronto Listeners — Live Event Alert! Andrea is hosting Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond: The Conversation We Need to Have on May 7th in the Toronto area. Grab your ticket HERE — this episode airs May 4th so you have time! If you've ever been on a project where "commissioning" meant checking a few points and signing off, you've seen the problem firsthand. Confusion between functional testing and commissioning shows up everywhere and it quietly impacts project outcomes, budgets, and your credibility. In this episode, you'll start to see where the lines actually are and why understanding them changes how you show up on every job. This isn't about definitions. It's about protecting your work, setting expectations, and delivering buildings that actually perform. Topics Covered Why functional testing and commissioning get mixed up on real projects Where responsibilities break down between contractors and commissioning agents How scope confusion impacts cost, timelines, and accountability The role you play in educating owners and project teams Why positioning commissioning correctly builds long-term trust If you want to speak confidently with owners, GCs, and design teams, this is a conversation you need to hear.
This week's conversation was inspired by something we keep hearing from our community: people who feel capped — financially and creatively — in their current jobs and are wondering what to do about it. Do you add something on the side to generate more cash flow? Or is it time for a full-on career change? What we talked about: The difference between a "side hustle" and a career change — and why I'm personally trying to retire the word "hustle." I prefer thinking of it as a lateral option to generate more cash. Why spending less isn't the only answer. We talk a lot about budgeting as a society, but what about creating cash injections? Most of us have skills we're seriously undervaluing. Chris painted our entire house for under $3,000 — saving us $15,000 in contractor quotes. That's a real-world example of a monetizable skill most people don't even think about. When a career change makes more sense — you've hit your income ceiling, you're dissatisfied, or (as many people are experiencing right now) you're doing the same or more work for less pay. The golden handcuffs conversation — we talked honestly about what it feels like to be 15 years away from a pension in a job you hate. That's a hard truth. Chris's career change from construction to financial services — he shares what it really took, and why having a mentor who followed up made all the difference. What to ask yourself before you leap: Can you handle inconsistent income? Do you have a buffer (ideally 6 months of expenses)? Are you willing to give up some evenings and weekends while you're building? Is your job the problem — or your income level? What does success feel like (not just look like) for you? Multiple profit streams — my mentor Jack told me early on: never have just one. Even if you're in a niche, build more than one way to generate revenue. Lifestyle shifts when you change careers — especially if you go from something physical (like construction) to something sedentary. We talked standing desks, walking pads, and our 2-3 daily walks. Our own retirement vision — we plan around 60-65 and think in terms of best case and minimum case scenarios. Luxury for us means slow mornings, walks, and a warm mug — not a Four Seasons lifestyle. We are long overdue for an updated conversation on low estrogen — and today I'm pulling it all apart. Estrogen has been villainized for far too long, and I want to change that. This isn't just about reproductive health or getting your period. Estrogen is a master communicator that touches your brain, heart, bones, gut, skin, mood, sleep, libido, and so much more. In this episode, I cover: Why low estrogen is one of the most missed and underdiagnosed issues for women between 35 and 65 The three types of estrogen (E1, E2, E3) and why estradiol matters so much beyond fertility Why estrogen often increases first in perimenopause before it eventually declines — and what that means for your symptoms The symptom clusters to pay attention to, organized by body system: Brain, mood & sleep — brain fog, anxiety, emotional flatness, rage responses, waking between 2–4am Body composition & metabolic health — belly fat shifts, muscle loss, fatigue, insulin resistance Skin, hair & connective tissue — collagen loss, hair texture changes, joint pain, frozen shoulder, ACL issues Vaginal & urinary health (GSM) — dryness, painful sex, recurring UTIs, urgency, bladder changes Cardiovascular & bone health — rising LDL, heart palpitations, hot flashes, bone density loss Gut & digestion — bloating, constipation, new food sensitivities, the estrobolome and estrogen recirculation The symptoms I personally would never ignore (waking 2–4am, joint pain without a clear cause, rapid body composition shifts, recurrent UTIs, brain fog affecting your work, heart palpitations) What to ask your doctor to test: FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, full thyroid panel, fasting glucose and insulin, cholesterol, CBC, SHBG — and when functional testing like DUTCH or HTMA may be useful My thoughts on DIM, sulforaphane, calcium-d-glucarate, magnesium, adaptogens (ashwagandha, rhodiola, maca), omega-3s, creatine, collagen, and vitamin D Nutrition strategies — phytoestrogen-rich foods, cruciferous veggies, fiber, protein targets (30–40g per meal), healthy fats, and what to cut Movement priorities — why resistance training 3–4x/week is non-negotiable for bone, muscle, and metabolic health Hormone replacement therapy — what options exist, how to approach the conversation with your provider, and why your protocol will evolve over time Let's dive in! This episode is a deep dive into one of the most misunderstood investment vehicles in Canada — the RRSP. Whether you've been told to avoid them or told they're the holy grail of retirement savings, the truth is nuanced, and it all comes down to your income, your stage of life, and your strategy. Key Topics: What an RRSP actually is — and how it differs from a tax elimination tool (spoiler: it's not one) Who benefits most from contributing to an RRSP (hint: if you're earning $90K+, pay attention) The biggest mistake people make when withdrawing — the lump sum trap How to build wealth inside your RRSP beyond just "parking it in cash" Spousal RRSP contributions and how couples can use income-splitting to their advantage Why your tax refund is your secret weapon — and what we did with ours (Barbados, twice — no regrets) The TFSA, RESP, and the newer FHSA: how to think about all three buckets together What happens at age 71 when your RRSP must convert to a RRIF — and why you want to plan for this before it happens The RRSP meltdown strategy: how to draw down intentionally so you're not hit with a massive, avoidable tax bill Why you need to talk to your advisor more than once a year — and what life changes should trigger that call immediately Let's dive in! If you've been feeling like your body has stopped cooperating in midlife — even when you feel like you're doing everything right — this episode is for you. In this episode, we go deep on something that doesn't get nearly enough attention: the connection between your gut health, your hormones, and how you feel as you move through perimenopause and beyond. Key Topics: Why Cynthia wrote The Menopause Gut — and what no one else is talking about when it comes to midlife gut changes The gut microbiome explained simply: what it is, where it lives, and why it intersects with every system in your body The four lifestyle foundations that either support or sabotage your gut health — and why doing less is often the answer in midlife Why the "double down and work harder" approach backfires for so many women (and what to do instead) Sleep as the non-negotiable #1 priority — Cynthia's exact words: "If you are not sleeping through the night, I cannot get you to lose weight" The hyperlink between chronic stress, cortisol, leaky gut, and autoimmune risk — women are 4–5x more likely to develop autoimmune conditions in perimenopause and menopause Why the inability to sit still or slow down is often a trauma response, not a personality trait Estrogen as a people-pleasing hormone — and how declining hormones can actually help you find your voice The three big gut changes happening in perimenopause: loss of digestive fire, changes in motility, and the estrobolome (your body's estrogen-processing plant in the gut) What to look for on stool testing, and why Cynthia does the lifestyle foundations first before running labs The gut-brain connection via the vagus nerve, and how gut inflammation drives anxiety, depression, brain fog, and joint pain Histamine, mast cell degranulation, and why your wine reaction at 38 might have been your first perimenopause symptom (this one hit home for me personally!) The supplement overwhelm problem — why Cynthia is intentional and evidence-based before recommending probiotics What "digestive fire" means and the practical role of enzymes, bitters, and TUDCA Elimination diets as a starting point — and when to escalate to GI diagnostic testing The rise in colorectal cancer in younger people, and why we cannot afford to ignore bowel changes Cynthia's take on HRT: why she prefers to dial in lifestyle and gut health first, and what happens when women go straight to hormones without the foundation in place Thin phenotype PCOS (teaser for part two — this conversation is happening!) In this episode, we jumped straight into a conversation that has been coming up constantly from your questions and DMs after our recent finance episodes together. In this episode we're talking about: Why your home is a liability, not an asset — and what that actually means for your retirement The only real ways to access equity in your home (hint: none of them are as simple as people think) The 4% rule and why it's not as bulletproof as it sounds — especially when the market drops Why paying your mortgage weekly (not monthly) can save you thousands in interest over time The real cost of owning a home that most people never factor in — property taxes, maintenance, improvements, and yes, even perennials Why real estate investing isn't the passive income goldmine it once was The difference between building wealth as an employee vs. as a self-employed person Diversifying your portfolio beyond real estate — second mortgages, private equity, RRSPs, TFSAs Why your health and your wealth are completely interconnected — you cannot have one without the other The reality of senior care costs and why planning ahead (way ahead) matters more than you think What it looks like to actually get paid to learn about finances and help others — and why so many people from every walk of life are making the switch Let's dive in! This episode is your reminder that the women who feel their best aren't doing the most. They're doing the basics, consistently, with intention. Today, I'll walk you through 12 health tools already in your home: Your kitchen — Cooking most of your own meals is one of the most powerful biohacks you have. We talk about how to set up your kitchen stations for simplicity, and why the act of slowing down to cook sends a healing signal to your body. Your water — Whether you have a fridge filter or a full reverse osmosis system, there are simple ways to elevate your hydration. We cover minerals, electrolytes, glass vs. plastic, and my recommendation of 2–3 liters a day. Your bed — Sleep is non-negotiable. I share my nighttime stack (magnesium, reishi, mouth tape, eye mask) and why getting your sleep environment right matters just as much as any supplement. Light — Morning light sets your cortisol awakening response. Evening light impacts your melatonin. Something as simple as drinking your coffee outside or dimming your lights at night makes a real difference. Your floor — Getting down on the floor daily for movement, stretching, and mobility is a primal, regulating practice. Your floor is a full gym — you just forget it's there. Your shower — A good shower filter is inexpensive and impactful. Add contrast therapy (hot to cold) and you've got a built-in nervous system reset every single day. Your breath — This one's free. I share why I love mouth taping at night, how I cue breath in my movement classes, and the power of a double exhale to release what your body is holding. Your environment — Clutter creates stress. Toxins in your fragrance create stress. Getting your environment organized, calm, and clean is a foundational health tool hiding in plain sight. A rolling pin — I know. But hear me out. I use mine for lymphatic flow and fascial work on my legs, glutes, hips, and calves. Check your kitchen drawer before you order a foam roller. Your running shoes — Walking is medicine. It's a fat loss tool, a blood sugar balancer, a connection ritual. My husband and I walk every day. It costs nothing. Your headset — I'm a corded headphones person (you won't catch me in AirPods). Audio is a powerful tool — what you listen to changes your physiology. Use it intentionally. A notebook and pen — Getting what's in your head onto paper is a power move. Clear the mental clutter. A dollar store spiral notebook works just fine. Let's dive in! Thank you for joining us today. If you could rate, review & subscribe, it would mean the world to me! This episode was sparked by a question my friend Eleanor asked me when we were together in Mexico for a mastermind back in February: "Do you think women are actually asking you for what they really need — or what they think they're supposed to be asking for?" It stopped me in my tracks, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since. In this episode, I'm diving into: Why women often come seeking physical fixes (lose the weight, more energy, better sleep) when what they're really craving goes so much deeper The gap between what we think we need versus what we actually need — and why it's so hard to close How the conversation almost always shifts when women are given real space to talk: from "I want to lose 10 pounds" to "I don't feel at home in my body anymore" Why so many of us were taught that support is something you have to earn — and how that belief keeps us stuck The role that overwhelm, identity, and nervous system safety play in our health (it's not just about calories and discipline) Why hyperfocusing on fixing your body can actually be a distraction from the real work that needs to happen How to start building from a place of nourishment and support instead of restriction and punishment The simple, unsexy things (breakfast, lunch, dinner, water) that can genuinely change your energy — and why they're the actual foundation Thank you for joining us today. In this masterclass episode, I'm breaking down the critical health factors that get dismissed when everything gets lumped under the perimenopause umbrella—and what you actually need to be testing and addressing. Key Topics: Why "It's Just Perimenopause" Isn't Good Enough The difference between normal perimenopause transition and symptoms that signal deeper issues Why severity matters: fatigue vs. extreme exhaustion, hair changes vs. handfuls falling out How to advocate for proper testing and care The Four Major Areas Being Overlooked: 1. Your Thyroid (The Big One) Why TSH alone is NOT enough—what you actually need to test The difference between subclinical hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's How thyroid issues show up differently in thin vs. heavier women The connection between thyroid health and your daughters' period issues 2. Your Adrenal System HPA axis dysfunction (what "adrenal fatigue" really means) Why your cortisol awakening response matters The connection between stress, sleep disruption, and that 1-4am wake-up call How to support your adrenals without crushing your body with over-exercise 3. Blood Sugar & Insulin Why you MUST eat within 1-2 hours of waking (yes, really) The difference between fasting glucose and fasting insulin—and why both matter How insulin resistance shows up in perimenopause Why coffee is not breakfast (and what it's actually doing to your metabolism) 4. Gut Health & Estrogen Metabolism Why digestive issues intensify as we age The gallbladder-liver-insulin connection you need to understand Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in perimenopause If you don't have a gallbladder, what you MUST be taking Additional Topics: FSH and ovarian function: what rising numbers really mean Hot flashes as cardiac events (not just annoyances) Cognitive changes, memory issues, and the perimenopause-ADHD diagnosis connection Why we need to stop treating perimenopause like something to "white knuckle through" The Hard Truths About Healthcare: I'm getting real about the reality of women's health testing in this episode: Why "free healthcare" doesn't cover functional women's health The difference between Western medicine testing and functional diagnostic testing How to create a health savings account strategy What testing actually costs and why it's worth it When to work with a specialist vs. a generalist Testing & Resources Mentioned: Blood Work You Should Request: Full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T4, Free T3, antibodies, Reverse T3) Fasting insulin AND fasting glucose Complete lipid panel Liver enzymes Iron panel Functional Tests Worth Considering: DUTCH Complete (adrenal/hormone testing) HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) Comprehensive stool testing Mira Fertility Tracker for tracking hormone fluctuations Key Takeaways: One change can create a ripple effect You don't need to overhaul everything at once Your body is designed to work in your 40s and 50s We just need to support it properly Stop comparing yourself to your 20s The goal is vitality at your current age Testing is an investment, not an expense Pay now or pay later Find practitioners who specialize Not all healthcare providers are trained the same The Mindset Shift: This is about stepping into the wisdom of midlife while honoring your body as it is RIGHT NOW. Not trying to look like you did in your 20s. Not accepting that feeling terrible is "just part of aging." Finding YOUR definition of health and vitality. Let's dive in!
