Breaking News on the Pod! – Judge Cannon Appoints Raymond Dearier as Special Master Who would have ever thought that $8 billion would be so meager in our current situation.  That was the amount President Trump wanted to pass with Congress to secure our Southern Border.  But now, the United States is a welfare state.  Kamala Harris has stated the Southern Border is secure, but numbers would say otherwise.  In reality, our Southern Border is wide open and illegal migrants get money and healthcare before our veterans and the homeless.  We need to take care of our own first. With that said, this week we are sending another $600 million to Ukraine, brining the total to around $80 billion – an unheard-of number.  Our stock market is tanking, and inflation is soaring.  This is Biden's America. Joe Biden has been sending illegal migrants from the Southern Border around the country for months now – there have been over 70 flights to Florida alone.  In response, in comes Governors Abbott and DeSantis, who are sending illegal migrants to Chicago, Martha's Vineyard, and even Kamala Harris' house.  It is time for sanctuary cities to put up or shut up.  You wanted wide open illegal migration, now you have it - open your doors bucko! Lastly, we discuss the breaking news of Special Master Raymond Dearie, a former federal prosecutor to serve as an independent arbiter and review records seized during the raid at Mar-a-Lag.  Dearie is now charged with reviewing documents from the FBI raid and segregating out any materials covered by claims of privilege.

Aldo Buttazzoni has covered some of the biggest and weirdest Drag Queen Shows in Dallas, Texas.  With no fathers, and very excited mothers with children it is a very odd atmosphere that Aldo describes as giving off negative energy.  Taylor Hansen has covered his fair share of these events and has stated the same thing.  It is difficult to understand morality and why mothers would take their young children and toddlers to these shows.  Going deeper than Drag Queen Shows, Libs of TikTok (LOTT) and Billboard Chris have highlighted hospitals lately that are performing what the Left calls “Gender Affirming Care.”  In reality, these hospitals are performing life altering mutilation surgeries on young and confused children.  It must be stopped. As LOTT has highlighted these hospitals, in comes the unique Taylor Lorenz.  Once crying on the camera about getting bullied and doxed, Taylor has now made it her life's mission to destroy other peoples' lives and she has taken aim at LOTT.

The DOJ and FBI, with the help of Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart signing off a vague, non-particularized search warrant, really do not want a third-party Special Master to see what they took from President Trump's residence at Mar-a-Lago.  A couple days after Judge Cannon appointed a Special Master to review all the documents the FBI should (not) have taken, such as medical and attorney client privileged documents, DOJ has now filed an appeal to 11th Circuit stating the Special Master should not see the seized and stolen documents due to “national security.”  I think we have heard that line before. Remember the Patriot Act and FISA courts?  That didn't turn out too well for us ordinary citizens. DOJ is undefeated on every jury trial case on every count in Washington D.C. against J6 defendants.  With the judges in D.C. and the jury pool that voted 94% in favor of Biden, J6 defendants are getting worked over.  Julie gives us an update on the J6 cases with one of the biggest sentencings coming up. The FBI, I mean Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr., were on trial again for the alleged kidnapping of Governor Whitmer.  Last time a jury could not come to a decision, this time they found both men guilty, even though there was clear evidence of FBI entrapment.  Julie goes into the trial and the motion for new trial as the defense attorney discovered juror misconduct.

Joe Biden can't decide if MAGA is a threat.  One day he makes a Germany 1940's type speech with red lights in the background while flanked by U.S. Marines calling Trump and MAGA supporters a threat to democracy. In the days before that Hitler-like speech, Biden figuratively declared war on MAGA. The day after his fiery "Das Feuer" speech, Biden walked it back saying he does not dislike any Trump supporters. Its been obvious for quite sometime that this guy isn't playing with a full deck and is not writing his own speeches, or tweets, or anything outside a crayon coloring book. But a sitting U.S. President declaring half the country essentially domestic terrorists who are a threat to democracy is a bit bold, even for the unhinged left.  Its no secret Biden is trying to destroy the MAGA movement, or at least rebrand it to fascism.  He has to, because he will not win reelection in 2024. But there is a problem - its not working.  We now have knowledge Biden knew about the raid at Mar-a-Lago, President Trump's home. A sitting  U.S. President weaponized an unhinged Attorney General (Merrick Garland) to raid the home of his top political rival.  This is the kind of shit you see in Venezuela or Cuba, not America. So where do we go now, there is only one direction -  and we discuss it in the podcast.  Enjoy!

Ever come face to face with a real like pedophile hunter, yeah me either, but we had the chance to talk to one for our podcast so that's the next best thing.  Alex Rosen is 22 years old and from Texas.  Since he was 19, he has been browsing chat rooms and putting up profiles on social media to catch pedophiles.  Alex has been credited for 33 arrests, but his last non-arrest went viral in Berkeley, California. Pedophile Sophia Loren started a chat with Alex a few months ago and as you can see in the newsletter below, Pedo Sophia is a transgender woman, so a biological male who wanted to have sex with a 9-year-old, 6-year-old, and 1 year old girl.  Yes, you read that correctly.  A 1-year-old girl.    When the time came, Alex set up the time and place to meet Sophia and indeed Sophia was there.  Alex immediately confronted Sophia, who was a man dressed as a woman and attempting to cover his face. As Alex confronted Sophia with the explicit text messages, the more uncomfortable the situation became. A local bystander and Alex called the Berkeley Police who arrived and did their police work in Berkeley style – by standing there and almost doing nothing. Berkeley Police allegedly received the true identification from Sophia but that was about it.  Alex attempted to show Berkeley Police all the text messages and why he and Sophia were there, but instead Berkeley Police actually corrected Alex on his use of pronouns for transgender woman and let Sophia walk. The next day Alex's video with Pedo Sophia went viral and Berkeley Police had a problem on their hands. They put out a press release stating they could not get in touch with Alex. This was false. We were in touch with Alex to get him on the podcast.  Surely if we could get in touch with Alex, Berkeley Police could.  And as it turns out, Alex confirmed he tried to get in contact with Berkeley Police time and time again until he was finally put in touch with a detective for this case.  As of today and this recording, Alex has uploaded and sent all the evidence he has to Berkeley Police, and we have included some of it in the newsletter.  We must keep this story viral and put the pressure on Berkeley Police until they arrest Sophia.

JR Majewski is the type of man we want in Congress.  While less than an hour long, we plowed through serious topics with the GOP nominee for Ohio's 9th Congressional District.  From not letting Fauci walk away, to Trump's search warrant raid to the new 87,000 IRS agents to Democrats buying votes this midterm with student loan forgiveness to nuclear energy and green energy we covered it all. What is President's Trump's search warrant about?  Presidential records and privilege?  Nuclear codes?  FBI records?  Espionage?  Executive Privilege?  Professor and former career law clerk for the U.S Court of Appeal for the Seventh Circuit and former federal prosecutor William Shipley join the pod to discuss DOJ's reason for raiding Mar-a-Lago. The President Trump search warrant case is now a battle between the First Amendment and the Fourth Amendment as the media wants to see the probable cause affidavit that led to the search warrant.  As we all know, last Thursday Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart ruled that some of the probable cause affidavit, which is the reasoning of why the search warrant was granted, will be released.  The Government has until August 25, 2022, to file its proposed redactions to the search warrant.  After that, Reinhart will make his ruling and he will likely be appealed by one side or the other. Make no mistake about it, this is a DOJ political prosecution that brings us back to the days of Spy Gate.  The Trump search warrant started with alleged classified documents and nuclear secrets, but the search warrant never spoke of this.  Instead, the search warrant spoke of presidential records.  What does this mean, this was likely a setup since Trump left the White House. The Deep State exists, and this case will play out in public for all to see.  Pay attention – DOJ has gone from false FISA warrants to Spy Gate to now raiding Mar-a-Lago, the home of our 45th President, for nefarious reasons.

As you may know, I spent August 8, 2022, among the Town of Palm Beach Police and Federal Agents as they served a search warrant on President Trump's Mar-a-Lago Palm Beach, Florida residence.  You can find my pictures and videos from the night on my Twitter page.  As news media and Trump supporters converged on Mar-a-Lago ("MAL"), so did the Feds. This was an unprecedented time.  A former President of the United State's home was being torn apart pursuant to AG Merrick Garland's search warrant and the top executives of the FBI and Secret Service.  Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Florida Attorney General had no idea the Feds instructed by the DOJ were about to hit MAL.  This was a message from Biden and Garland that they could reach out and touch Trump.  And if they could touch Trump, they could touch DeSantis, and anyone else.   While Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton remain free with evidence of crimes on television, the home of the 45th President was being ransacked by the FBI for alleged boxes of documents for the national archive.  The show of force was powerful and it was meant for one purpose - to deter Trump to run for the 2024 presidency.  Will this show of force work?  It remains to be seen. If the night wasn't weird enough already, West Palm Beach, Florida Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart was the one who signed off on the DOJ search warrant against Trump.  Reinhart was a former federal prosecutor who helped give Jeffrey Epstein his sweetheart deal back in 2004-2007.  Around 2008, Reinhart went to work for Epstein.  In 2018, he somehow made his way to the federal bench. In this podcast we breakdown all the players, the legal implications and the possible political fallout for the Democrats, Republicans, Trump, and the MAGA movement.  Is enough finally enough?

The Woke Military is becoming weaker, and we may lose a major war.  China today said to President Biden that “if you play with fire, you will get burnt.”  Our military is working on pronouns and waiver for fat recruits while they are simultaneously discharging men and women because of the Covid vaccine.  The vaccine that doesn't work.  I am old enough to remember that when you got a vaccine it worked and you did not get the disease or heart conditions such as myocarditis or blood clots. I am also old enough to remember when President Trump wanted $8-11 billion to finish the southern border wall and people called him crazy.  To date, President Biden has sent $60 billion to Ukraine in a proxy war with Russia with no end in sight.  Biden is destroying the country by calls of handlers. From Julie Kelly - “In a superseding indictment the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia handling all January 6 prosecutions, George Tanios now faces two misdemeanor counts, a dramatic drop from multiple felonies he was once charged with.  George Tanios and Julian Khater, his co-defendant in the alleged attack, have been portrayed by Joe Biden's Justice Department and the national news media as the Trump supporters responsible for the death of Sicknick on January 7, 2021. After the New York Times in February 2021 retracted its initial account of what happened to Sicknick—that he was bludgeoned to death by Trump “loyalists” using a fire extinguisher—the media then suggested Sicknick died after suffering an allergic reaction to chemical spray. In April 2021, the D.C. Medical Examiner ruled Sicknick died of natural causes and suffered no internal or external injuries during the Capitol protest.  Sentencing is set for Dec. 6, 2022.” Next, we talk about whether the DOJ will take the ultimate step and indict President Trump for seditious conspiracy.  Julie and I clash on this issue and our reasons may surprise you!

John Sullivan, also known as JaydenX, the self-described civil rights activist in a New York Post article is a former hopeful Olympic speed skater and man who supports Black Lives Matter but not so Antifa.  The interesting past of John Sullivan is apparent from his journalism/activism in the summer 2020 riots in Utah and Portland which we discuss in this podcast. Sullivan describes his interactions with BLM and Antifa in the Summer of 2020 - why he went and what he saw - especially when it came to the police.   John Sullivan may also be known to you because of January 6th.  On January 6th, Sullivan recorded an up-close video of Ashey Babbitt's fatal shooting and sold it to media outlets.  Sullivan was released without bail on a handful of federal charges.  In the podcast, when asked why he was released from jail and others were not, his answer might surprise you. Yuma County, Arizona is holding 2020 election criminals accountable, and it's largely thanks to the undercover work of David Lara and Gary Snyder. David and Gary are concerned citizens who began working together in 2020 to expose ballot harvesting in San Luis, AZ. David had been investigating election fraud for 20 years prior, but it wasn't until the “new kid in town,” Gary, followed his advice and set up cameras at the two local polling locations in San Luis to record incidences of foul play during the 2020 primary election that they were able to catch ballot traffickers in the act. Based on information he has provided to investigators and his interactions with them, David expects as many as 20 new indictments will be filed soon, including ones relating to the 2020 general election. Three women have been indicted so far: Guillermina Fuentes (former mayor of San Luis), Alma Juarez, and Gloria Torres. Fuentes and Juarez have pleaded guilty to felony Ballot Abuse (AKA harvesting). Fuentes' sentencing agreement, Juarez's' sentencing agreement True the Vote received an anonymous tip and reached out to learn more about the ballot harvesting operation in San Luis, working with them at length and even visiting them to view evidence. Subsequently, David and Gary's work was used in “2000 Mules.” Before Gregg Phillips and TTV's Catherine Englebrecht's involvement, David said no one wanted to listen to him, so they credit the success of Dinesh D'Souza's hit documentary film for placing much-needed pressure on law enforcement to investigate the election fraud.

Nick Sandmann Will Go to a Jury Trial Breaking News: Before we get to the details of the Podcast, Nick Sandmann has confirmed to Two Feds & The Truth Podcast tonight that he will take at least one of his defamation lawsuits to a jury trial and “swing for the fences.”  The gloves have come off and there will be no settlement.  Up until now, Nick has settled his lawsuits with the legacy media, but no more! Who is Nick Sandmann? Nick Sandmann was 16 years old when a video of his encounter with Nathan Phillips went viral. The videos showed Nick standing close to Mr. Phillips and staring at him as Phillips sang and played the drum. The video, which was picked up by multiple outlets, also showed Sandmann wearing a 'Make America Great Again' cap. After the video went viral, legacy media falsely attacked Nick defaming him.  After that, Nick went on the offensive suing legacy media for defamation. CNN reportedly agreed to settle a lawsuit with Nick on January 7, 2020. Earlier this summer, Nick announced he had reached a settlement agreement with The Washington Post for an undisclosed amount. Additionally, Nick talks about his future and what he sees for Kyle Rittenhouse as Kyle engages his legal battles against the legacy media. Roe v. Wade & Justice Kavanaugh Assassination Attempt Nick talks Roe v. Wade. the 1973 landmark decision from the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) that granted federal protections for abortion could soon be overturned amid the revelation of a draft opinion leaked from SCOTUS. On May 2, 2022, news outlets obtained a leaked draft of the Supreme Court's upcoming decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. The February 10, 2022, first draft reveals the Supreme Court's intention at that date to overturn Roe altogether. Regardless of people's beliefs on whether abortion should be available to pregnant people in the United States, the draft has caused a whirlwind of controversy and questions. An armed man who threatened to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was arrested outside the justice's home in Maryland on June 8, 2022, in the latest instance of violence and intimidation toward pro-lifers since the unprecedented Supreme Court draft opinion leak. Should Transgender Women be Permitted to Compete Against Biological Females We talk transgender woman in sports. The majority of Americans believe that greater social acceptance of transgender people is good for society, but they overwhelmingly reject transgender women being permitted to compete in sports against biological women.  Nick discusses his take on transgender sports. Attorney William Shipley on J6, Lucas Denney, and Matthew Perna Grab some popcorn and a drink because this episode goes intellectually deep. From the secretive process of the grand jury to the J6 cases of Matthew Perna and Lucas Denney, attorney William Shipley gives a class on federal criminal law. Matthew Perna Matthew Perna, a Capitol protester from Pennsylvania, reportedly committed suicide on February 25, 2022.  It was revealed that Matthew suffered from a “broken heart” due to the ongoing case which was dragged out by DOJ. His family also blamed the “community, country and justice system” for killing “his spirit and his zest for life.” Matthew had pled guilty to a charge and without warning, was told the day of his guilty plea that at sentencing DOJ would seek an eight (8) level enhancement to Matthew's sentence nearly doubling his potential time in federal prison.  It was all too much for Matthew. He was 37 at the time of his passing.  Lucas Denney Lucas Denney, a Capitol protester defendant from Mansfield, Texas upended his court hearing Monday, March 14, 2022, with a surprise offer to plead guilty to the single-count indictment against him – just as the judge was prepared to dismiss it.  The DOJ admitted in a filing it had violated the Speedy Trial Act by failing to file an indictment or criminal information against Lucas Denney within 30 days of his arrest.  Lucas was taken into custody near Brackettville, west of San Antonio, on Dec. 13, 2021, and a federal grand jury didn't indict him until 85 days later on March 7. By pleading guilty to the single count indictment, Lucas potentially avoided decades in prison after federal prosecutors lost track of his case for months. The government has 30 days to indict a person once he or she is arrested. But prosecutors admit that after Lucas Denney's arrest in December, they lost track of his case among the hundreds of others from January 6th. DOJ prosecutors admitted to the mistake and moved to have the charges against Denney dropped without prejudice so they could return to a grand jury for an indictment on all of the original charges. But Denney's attorney, William Shipley, caught prosecutors and U.S. District Judge Randy Moss off guard when he dropped the motion to dismiss the charge and instead announced his client intended to plead guilty. Shipley said he hoped the quick guilty plea for the single charge of assault on a police officer with a dangerous weapon would keep the government from obtaining a grand jury indictment on the other charges Denney was arrested for.

School Mass Shooting in Uvalde, Texas at Elementary School Lawyer Eric Matheny joins the Pod to discuss the Texas school mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas.  The first report of a gunman approaching the elementary school came around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Moments before, the gunman had crashed a pickup truck in a ditch by the school after having shot his 66-year-old grandmother in the face in her home, just a few streets from the school. No school police officer confronted the gunman before he went into the school, contradicting earlier reports of an encounter outside. “He walked in unobstructed initially,” Victor Escalon, a regional director for the state's Department of Public Safety (DPS), said at a news conference. “He was not confronted by anybody.” Parents had massed outside the school as gunfire erupted inside, urging the police who were holding them at bay to go in and stop the carnage. A tactical team with U.S. Border Patrol went into the classroom where the gunman barricaded himself and shot and killed him about an hour after he first walked into the school, DPS said. Law enforcement defended their response to the shooting as some parents who lost children asked what happened during the hour of terror in which the gunman took 21 lives. The grief of families was compounded as police leaders struggled to answer questions about the horrific hour it took to halt a gunman who opened fire on students and teachers inside Robb Elementary School.

Kurt Schlichter, esteemed lawyer, retired Army Colonel, and senior columnist at Townhall joins the Pod for a discussion of the race media card and Buffalo mass shooter. The racially motivated shooting in a Buffalo supermarket was a atrocious crime that has been condemned by Americans of all color, faith, and political stripe. The shooter drove over three hours to launch his attack on a neighborhood that has the highest percentage of black residents in upstate New York. The Buffalo mass shooting quickly ceased being about the innocent victims or the pain and grief their families are enduring. The main story morphed into the shooter's race, political motivations, and the degree to which he was influenced by political rhetoric.  The conversation quickly turned to white supremacy and domestic terrorism.  But this is not always the case.  It seems when the mass shooter is a black male, examples such as the Brooklyn shooter or Wisconsin SUV killer, race becomes irrelevant and scrubbed from news articles.  Why is that?  President Biden visited Buffalo to continue the rhetoric of white supremacy and domestic homegrown terrorism, but never visited Brooklyn or Wisconsin at all?  Why is that?  If the suspect had been black, would he have gone to Buffalo?

Julie Kelly joins the Pod to give an update on J6 defendants and trials.  The January 6th “Insurrection” has been a shit show from the start.  Blown out of proportion by the Democrats, the Unselect January 6th Committee continues printing subpoenas faster than Biden prints money as the Department of Justice marches on with trials in deep blue Washington D.C.  The DOJ is perfect in every trial before a jury where all J6 defendants have been convicted on all counts in all cases.  Why?  Well, because D.C. is partisan, biased, and prejudiced swamp towards anyone who doesn't lean so far left you'd fall of a flat Earth.  As such, these liberal juries and judges are chomping at the bit to convict any J6 defendant who aligns with Trump regardless of the facts of the case. So what can do a J6 defendant do?  Truth is, not much.  A review of tens of thousands of pages of court filings shows more than a dozen J6 defendants have unsuccessfully tried to move their trials out of the nation's capital, arguing the jury pool in D.C. is tainted by bias, stemming either from its residents' liberal political leanings or the impact of J6 in D.C. These defendants have asked for a change of venue but have so far failed to convince D.C. judges that a transfer is necessary.  At least the appellate record is clear, but don't hold your breath for the liberal D.C. Court of Appeals to overturn any of these verdicts. With that said, these is a glimmer of hope for J6 defendants – take their case not before a jury of 12, but before a judge of one and ask for a bench trial.  In two cases so far, J6 defendants chose bench trials, putting their fate into the hands of one judge, instead of 12 strangers.  The same judge handled the two bench trials and acquitted the two defendants on five of the six total federal charges at issue, marking the only trial acquittals so far in the handful of J6 trials. Days after the announcement, the federal government, yes, the federal government, condemned Elon's purchase and announced the creation of the Board of Disinformation, also known as the Ministry of Truth, “to watch over and prevent disinformation.”  First Amendment violation incoming?  In this episode, we discuss whether Elon Musk will continue with his purchase of Twitter given the revelation that more than five percent of the users may be bots – I know, shocking.  President Trump stated today that there is no way Elon Musk will buy Twitter at such a ridiculous price, especially since realizing it is a company largely based on BOTS of Spam Accounts.  Only time will tell. We further discuss the injection of critical race theory in the education system and specifically highlight how Florida and Governor Ron DeSantis have already passed laws to combat groomer teachers who want to talk to small children about sexual topics. Taylor Lorenz, the Washington Post's internet culture beat reporter, is being accused of “doxxing” the anonymous woman who operates the popular Twitter account “Libs of TikTok.” SCOTUS Roe v. Wade Sometimes SCOTUS leaks happen, but a leaked majority opinion draft is unprecedented. Supreme Court leaks happen rarely, but there are times when votes and decisions have been leaked before rulings are publicly announced. As of last reporting, the U.S. Supreme Court remains on course to overturn Roe v. Wade as the conservative justices who signed a leaked draft opinion opposing the landmark abortion-rights ruling haven't changed their minds.  The Opinion which was authored by Justice Samuel Alito and backed by four conservative justices would overturn the five-decade-old abortion-rights ruling in Roe v. Wade. Additionally, as the Justices stand firm, demonstrations at Justice Barrett's home was one of several that occurred after the leaked draft opinion in the last week as protestors went to Justices Brett Kavanaugh's, Samuel Alito's and John Roberts' home, too.

Anyone with two brain cells to rub together is expressing concerns with the Department of Homeland Security's new misinformation board, also called the Ministry of Truth, which is the Biden administration's attempt to stifle free speech and the First Amendment. The Ministry was created days after Elon Musk purchased Twitter – not a coincidence. Want to hear a joke? The Ministry of Truth was created by Democrats to combat online disinformation.  Yes, the same party that used Twitter and Zuckerbucks to sway an election in 2020, push the Russian collusion hoax, suppress Hunter Biden's laptop from hell, and equated parents at school board meetings to domestic terrorists now wants to arbitrarily collect and analyze your free speech. This would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic. As stated by Senators Tom Cotton (Ark.) and Marco Rubio (Fla.), the Federal Government has no business creating a Ministry of Truth. The Department of Homeland Security's Disinformation Board is unconstitutional and unamerican. Additionally, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, who has a bill before Congress to defund the Ministry, stated, “Is there anything more dystopian than a Disinformation Governance Board run by the federal government? No tax dollars should go to where Biden can use the power of the federal government to silence truthful stories like Big Tech did with the Hunter Biden story.” Biden has now created a government agency tasked with the sole purpose of watching your free speech and suppressing your First Amendment rights. The ball is in your court Ministry, make the first move and let the lawsuits flow!
