Tras sufrir un revés en el sector inmobiliario, encontró en la bolsa una alternativa más líquida y eficiente. Para Gorka, la inversión en dividendos es un "traje a medida". A diferencia de otros activos rígidos, esta estrategia permite al inversor perfilar sus ingresos según sus necesidades: ya sea buscando un crecimiento rápido del capital o una renta inmediata que impida que la inflación devore sus ahorros. "Compramos empresas de calidad que comparten sus beneficios con nosotros", resumió con sencillez. El debate subió de intensidad cuando Román tomó la palabra para analizar los vehículos de inversión. El eterno dilema para el inversor particular: gestión activa, pasiva o selección individual. Román destacó que, aunque los fondos de acumulación son herramientas poderosas para diferir impuestos, la inversión directa en acciones permite ese flujo de caja recurrente que tanto motiva al ahorrador. Lo que quedó claro durante toda la emisión es que, más allá del ticker o la rentabilidad por dividendo (yield), lo fundamental es la calidad del negocio. Los héroes coincidieron en que no se trata de comprar "lo que más paga", sino de ser socios de empresas robustas capaces de mantener ese flujo de dinero de forma creciente en el tiempo. Fue una jornada de aprendizaje donde se demostró que, con paciencia y una buena selección, el inversor particular puede dejar de ser un espectador para convertirse en un verdadero dueño de negocios.
