La mente es uno de los campos de batalla más intensos en la vida del creyente. Al llenar nuestra mente con lo que es verdadero, puro, justo y digno (Filipenses 4:8), comenzamos a cambiar no solo cómo pensamos, sino también cómo vivimos. La mente transformada es una mente que vive en paz, que confía y que no se deja gobernar por el miedo. La batalla es real, pero la victoria es posible en Cristo. No estás solo en esta lucha. Zdzieblik et al., 2015 y 2019: mejora la recuperación y la funcionalidad de las articulaciones. Lo importante no es solo el qué, sino el cómo. Lo que debe tener una buena suplementación con colágeno (y lo que no) No todos los suplementos de colágeno funcionan igual.
