Sean and Daniel spend as much time scratching their heads as they do shaking them as the initial details of both a suspect and their suspicious activity are revealed. Perhaps most perplexing are the previous similarities coming to the surface, betrayal of the countryside, the community and even down to the choice of combustible catalyst.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

2025 will be a pivotal year for technology regulation in the United States and around the world. The European Union has begun regulating social media platforms with its Digital Services Act. In the United States, regulatory proposals at the federal level will likely include renewed efforts to repeal or reform Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Meanwhile, States such as Florida and Texas have tried to restrict content moderation by major platforms, but have been met with challenges to the laws' constitutionality. On March 19, NYU Law hosted a Forum on whether it is lawful, feasible, and desirable for government actors to regulate social media platforms to reduce harmful effects on U.S. democracy and society with expert guests Daphne Keller, Director of the Program on Platform Regulation at Stanford Law School's Cyber Policy Center, and Michael Posner, Director of the Center for Business and Human Rights at NYU Stern School of Business. Tess Bridgeman and Ryan Goodman, co-editors-in-chief of Just Security, moderated the event, which was co-hosted by Just Security, the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights and Tech Policy Press. Send us a textIn this episode, a stark comparison is shown between the lies of the civilian disarmament cartels and the actual facts about keepers and bearers. While the "Everytown" communists are creating articles decrying concealed carriers as being the catalyst for "gun violence", a recent report by John R. Lott, founded on actual research, blows their moronic assertions out of the water, because it shows that concealed carriers stop more active shooters than police officers do.Support the showGiveSendGo | Unconstitutional 2A Prosecution of Tate Adamiak Askari Media GroupBuy Paul Eberle's book "Look at the Dirt"Paul Eberle (lookatthedirt.com)The Deadly Path: How Operation Fast & Furious and Bad Lawyers Armed Mexican Cartels: Forcelli, Peter J., MacGregor, Keelin, Murphy, Stephen: 9798888456491: Amazon.com: BooksVoice of the Blue (buzzsprout.com)
The JL boys cover, commentate on and consider the outcome of this first case along with the penalty applied as this would set a precedent for similar crimes still to come. And it’s a good thing they did as similar crimes come quickly when their next case has unique circumstances and explanations leaving us thinking “liar, liar, pants on fire”.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In today's all-new episode, our hosts Renato Mariotti and Asha Rangappa discuss the outrage, and potential illegality, of the Trump administration deporting lawful residents just because they oppose his cruel policies. Subscribe to our Patreon here, where paid members will get access to exclusive portions of this show. patreon.com/reallyamericanmedia Renato and Asha discuss the case of Mahmoud Khalil, a student activist at Columbia University, whose pro-Palestinian views led the Trump administration to threaten deportation. The hosts detail how Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio labeled Khalil as a potential threat to U.S. foreign policy goals in order to justify the violation of his protected status and Constitutional rights. Asha, a Yale University National Security Law professor and former FBI special agent, provides insight into the legal framework at play. She explains the risk of what happens when the executive branch assumes unchecked power to detain and deport individuals based on their speech or beliefs. Renato, a former federal prosecutor and legal analyst, lays out how green cards are supposed to provide a status that cannot be revoked without due process. And he walks us through the various constitutional safeguards designed to protect lawful permanent residents from arbitrary government retribution. Our hosts also reflect on what these moves mean for U.S. foreign policy and national security, exploring scenarios where hostile foreign governments could exploit and worsen the impact on the freedom of speech. In this broader lens, we'll also talk about a recent executive order targeting Democratic-leaning law firm Perkins Coie. But all is not lost, as Asha and Renato describe the glimmers of hope that can be seen from the judiciary. A tough legal battle awaits, which gives the courts an opportunity to highly scrutinize, and perhaps even strike down, Trump's overreaching policies. We hope you enjoy this episode! Sean and Daniel return to the Adelaide countryside and a community in crisis, considering why would their town be the target of repeated attempted arson attacks. Amongst this ongoing threat to peace, person and property it seemingly becomes worse by the unfolding realisation it is highly possible the threat was coming from within.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

After the JL boys previously turned up the heat they now turn their attention to a crime that is probably not the first you think of when we talk about lengthy punishments. This starts out with a slow burn before the full force of potential devastation is realised yet it is the alleged perpetrator that really gets the community hot under the collar.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Sean and Daniel have never shied away from shining the spotlight onto those in positions of power, the ones supposed to administer and operate our establishments. This time around they pull no punches and leave nothing to the imagination as they unpack the data and the details of the deeds done by number of those within our judiciary.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
The JL boys have long been fascinated with the timing of their topics and the topical nature of our turbulent times and this is one such time where indeed timing is everything. As if discussing the volume of crimes in our community isn’t enough, they dissect the details of what occurs within establishments expected to represent and adjudicate us all.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
A current movement repeats some of the errors of the different doctrine Timothy dealt with in Ephesus. Here is All You Need To Know About The Hebrew Roots Movement. See also Answers In Genesis. The Hebrew Roots Movement:+ Is not at all ancient. It began in 19th century America.+ Teaches that the church has abandoned its proper identity. It creates a smoke-screen of scholarliness and spiritual arrogance by using unfamiliar words.+ Teaches that we can and we should keep the Law of God today.+ The Hebrew Roots Movement teaches that there is no such thing as eternal security. It's a cousin to the modern heresy of the New Perspective on Paul.+ (In many cases) denies the deity of Christ and eternal hell. To use the terminology in 1 Timothy, it is a matter of teaching a different doctrine. Christianity is not about making people Jewish. Back to the subject at hand. The Federal Circuit’s first Chief Judge, the Honorable Howard T. Markey, announced, “In our Court there will be an opinion explaining enough to tell you what the law is in every case.” He added, “We do not just render a one-worded decision and go away.” In recent years, however, the Federal Circuit has routinely issued one-word “judgment[s] of affirmance without opinion” under Federal Circuit Rule 36(a), saying only “AFFIRMED” rather than issuing an opinion. Sean and Daniel continue their attempt to answer the question of “is getting crazier out there” as they rummage through reports to decipher the details….. that are available. The Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7) prescribes the way of human flourishing, human happiness, human blessedness. In 5:17–18, the Lord Jesus reveals that such a life is lawful. The flourishing life is faithful to the word of God, all of it. The way to human flourishing has not changed one bit up the Incarnation. Those in the kingdom of God are committed to living in accordance with God's word.
