Matt Damon makes the girls see red (the cursing face emoji kind) with his terrible admission and his even worse attempt at a PR recovery. Princess Eugenie's brand ambassador husband is just like James Bond, actually. Up to Date Late starts and ends this episode right with some positive news this week – but we won’t be held accountable for the stuff in between. Ariana Grande and fiancé Dalton Gomez are officially married and only Amy seems to not have a problem with their timetable. Princess Beatrice is here to throw some shade on her sister’s behalf and the girls admire the effort to bolster the Royal Family drama. Ben Platt is reprising his role in the upcoming movie adaptation of the musical Dear Evan Hansen, but Jac and Amy cannot agree on how old he actually looks (and if it’s appropriate for the role). Kendall Jenner is trying to make immigrant working chic a thing to promote her new liquor and the girls highly disapprove of the cultural appropriation. An 11-year-old girl is the hero of the week after escaping an attempted kidnapping and watching enough SVU to help get the idiot would-be kidnapper caught. Amy is ready to relive her childhood in celebration of the newly announced sequel to Hocus Pocus that she and her animals might just dress up as the Sanderson Sisters. It’s all about the shade here on this week’s episode of at Up to Date Late. Jennifer Lopez is allegedly with Ben Affleck post break-up with Alex Rodriguez. Alex’s response is one that Amy admires. The Joshua Basset development post Olivia Rodrigo’s hits “Drivers License” and “Déjà vu” is not the twist the girls were expecting, but Jac and Amy wish him nothing but the best on his journey. Ellen DeGeneres has been canceled, and not by Gen Z, but by her studio, and there is little sympathy going around. Amy’s lover Armie has a new lover and she is NOT having it. Doge Coin did not sky rocket per Jac’s prediction with Elon’s SNL debut, but she’s still holding strong. Friends has its reunion episode coming up and Amy does not care. But the best news is for last. There is a serial killer in Little Rock (bad news) but there are real life super heros there (good news) to save the day, and the girls cannot wait for you to hear their names.Cover art by MichaelWuensch from Pixabay.  Resource links for this episode can be found here: http://bit.ly/utdl-ep30

On this week’s episode of Up to Date Late, Amy is offended no one will invite her to join Raya, then quickly retracts those feelings once she realizes that creepers lurk on all platforms. They don’t want anyone to get hurt, but Jac secretly hopes the orphaned booster off the Chinese rocket lands in a desolate area and create a creator. Josh Duggar comes with a trigger warning and a potential 40 years in jail just doesn’t seem to be enough. We’re all a little cheugy, and Amy is here to tell the Gen Z kids that she doesn’t really care. And if you’re not in on Doge, it’s too late now, because you can expect it to go up when Elon Musk hosts SNL this week.Cover art image by Free-Photos from Pixabay. This episode's resource links can be found here: http://bit.ly/utdl-ep29

Up to Date Late is back with an episode that definitely needs a trigger warning at the top. First up is Josh Duggar, the scum of the earth, that is finally in jail without bail and without any details about why. His sketchy past leads the girls to all sorts of unfounded conclusions. Jac gives out a shout out to Aunt Casey, who is capitalizing on her trauma with a documentary about her (and Armie Hammer’s) dark family history. Amy is so shocked to hear about Triston Thompson’s latest alleged cheating scandal that will ultimately end in heartbreak for Khloe Kardashian. If anyone is surprised that the woman who found Lady Gaga’s beloved Frenchies has been charged with being an accessory to the crime isn’t a criminal mastermind, and Jac and Amy are here to tell you how they would have committed the crime and gotten away with hit. Finally, the girls discuss Billie Eilish’s latest song and music video, and celebrate her upcoming music since Taylor Swift has decided to deprive Jac of the joy. Cover art image by Michael Schwarzenberger from Pixabay.Episode resource links can be found here: http://bit.ly/utdl-ep28

Jac and Amy are back for this week's episode of Up to Date Late with an assortment of lowlights - and a sprinkle of highlights. Disneyland is back and we didn't get tickets. Colton Underwood has some news and it has Amy reeling given his abusive history with women. The creator of the podcast Your Own Backyard should be proud not only for creating a fabulous podcast but of the momentum it brought to the case of Kristin Smart. Jac reminds our listeners that she predicted Prince Philip's death (may he rest in peace), and Amy predicts how Prince William and Harry will greet each other upon Harry's return to the family. Rachel Hollis doesn't know her privilege and the girls have a lot to say about that - especially that she's not relatable. Finally, Amy refuses to accept what the Gen Z folks are calling Y2K vintage.Cover art image by Couleur from Pixabay.Resource links for this episode can be found here: https://bit.ly/utdl-ep26

Non-consenting skeletons in YouTuber David Dobrik’s closet come out screaming and have him fulfilling the vlogging trope of I’m-crying-on-the-floor-so-you-better-forgive-me. Jac and Amy have lots of thoughts on Kylie Jenner and the definition of generosity, and how good press always leads to bad press that bites you in your fake ass. Madonna is not owning her body or her fake body that she stole, and it is so obvious she resents not being 25 anymore. Jac mourns the loss of Chrissy Teigen on Twitter, but celebrates her departure from all of Tinder’s trolls. And Amy cannot get enough out of the idea of Evan Peters as Jeffrey Dahmer reincarnate. Cover art image by BUMIPUTRA from Pixabay.Resource links used for this episode can be found here: http://bit.ly/utdl-ep24

Jac admits her mistakes but makes new predictions about a future involving Taylor and Harry and a great business deal. Amy has many words to say about this week’s news about the shooting in Atlanta and violence against Asians and Asian Americans. No one cares about the Grammy’s anymore, unless you are Jac and there is a chance that Taylor Swift and Harry Styles are going to perform together (Amy is pretty sure they are not). Terrifying news about the disappearance of a 33-year-old woman in London and the involvement of a police officer has Amy questioning police officers everywhere again. The girls reminisce on 1-year of the pandemic. The girls speculate what dirt or news the Royal Family will use to subterfuge buzz around Harry and Meghan’s upcoming interview with Oprah -and in their typical fashion, it turns dark. Women everywhere should support their fellow women, and Jac and Amy are not here for shady Taylor Swift jokes. Amy is highly confused by Hilaria Bladwin’s baby news and has some theories of her own to join those rampaging around the internet. Jac loves her Gen Z peeps, even when they want to cancel Eminem for a silly reason – while Amy knows the best way to handle the youngsters is with sternness and bribery. In terms of news, Jac and Amy show their true colors when talking about Tiger Woods’ recent car accident. The girls swoon over the adorableness of Ellie Goulding and her prego belly, and plot the eventual marriage of hers and Prince Harry’s babies. We support a freed Chrissy Teigen, who celebrates the shucking of the burden that is being followed by the POTUS Twitter account. Jac shares the exciting news of Disneyland’s latest attempt to reopen, and the girls wonder if they’re really ready to brave the inevitable crowds and the food they cannot eat. Shade is thrown in the subtle drama of Kourtney Kardashian, her new boyfriend Travis Barker of Blink 182, and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler – but Amy asks for bigger shade, please. The upcoming Spiderman film has an official title, but what Jac’s really shocked about is Amy’s secret crush on Tom Holland. There’s a lot to love and hate about Disney’s Cruella trailer and the girls have all the feelings, but there are only positive feelings for Tim Burton’s coming Wednesday Addams TV series.
