From a young age he was always enthusiastic and passionate for physical activity, but it was his love for gymnastics, however, that would greatly shape his definition of hard work and determination. Doc starts us off with asking Carl about his background, as well as what brings him over to Australia. Carl then tells us about being a Movement Specialist, realizing the importance of media in growing his brand, and recounts his experience with CrossFit as well as having gone on the ADVF Bali trip this year. Doc asks Carl to share about his current and future plans, which leads to a question about how he manages so much with limited time. The discussion turns towards dealing with rough patches in life, the importance of reconnecting with yourself and about living in the moment. Great guest, great episode! Carl was an absolute gem to have, and he’s made many good and interesting points for you all to get some take aways. Enjoy the show, guys! Tommy starts with cracking some more jokes about Doc’s Vietnam trip, then Doc comes in to ask Tommy what he’s been up to lately. The two get to talking about a Q&A with Gary Vaynerchuck, and about disconnecting on the weekends. Doc starts to talk about not wanting to document his life. They talk about what it means to become a person of interest and the changes in lifestyle that it entails. They both share their definitions and reactions, then later on Tommy defines what vlogging really is, and the debate continues. Good episode, and we really got to see into Doc and Tommy’s heads in this one. There’s good points here and there throughout the show, so tune in and enjoy! Huey starts off with talking about his soon-to-be-born baby, as well as a recent shoulder injury. The topic shifts over to business, and Doc asks him about how he keeps things in line in his business. The convo then expands over to AI’s and what they can do for businesses. Another shift in focus happens as the boys start talking about a couple of Netflix series then later on to Russian President Vladimir Putin. After that, the boys have a nice long talk about Connor McGregor. They cover a lot more topics such as visualizing the future, travel, and even about the problem with political correctness today. This is an episode with a very diverse series of topics, but that’s what makes it a great one! Tune in, guys, because there’s plenty of points for you all to take away. Enjoy!
